DO not buy a used vehicle from this dealership! I will surely recommend this dealership to my family and friends because all of the staff made it easy and simple for me to purchase my vehicle. Since I called JC, pre-owned vehicle manager, he was friendly friends because all of the staff made it easy and simple for me to purchase my vehicle. Since I called JC, pre-owned vehicle manager, he was friendly and showed interest in helping me find a great deal. Then I spoke with Justin, used car salesmen, and he was able to keep me updated on the status of the vehicle and instilled me to trust and purchase the vehicle. I am beyond glad I drove 250 miles to pick up my new vehicle, and all thanks to the great team there at the dealership. I had a catastrophic experience at a close by dealership called Cavender Buick and GMC North a few days prior to reaching out to JC. It was their unwillingness of properly communicate with me and the sense of superiority over me as a buyer. They even went out of their way to make it a point that is I did not buy a vehicle from them then someone else will go and buy them that vehicle. They were not worried about customer satisfaction.
