Worst dealership ever! ! The worst service I have ever received, related to an automobile. Screw up after screw up. Sloppy, subpar work. Took forever (a month) to fix defect ! The worst service I have ever received, related to an automobile. Screw up after screw up. Sloppy, subpar work. Took forever (a month) to fix defects ties to my X7. Then returned my X7 with the white leather seats covered in dirt, garage dust, a foul odor, and a greasy film. I cannot wait for my lease to be up. I am going back to Mercedes as soon a possible. Mercedes knows how to treat their customers and provide a best-in-class service experience for their clients. BMW of Sarasota has ruined my BMW experience. I now assume that all BMW dealerships - with the full knowledge of BMW USA - treat their clients like disposable, insignificant cash machines. I will let everyone I know, the owns or is looking to purchase/lease a luxury vehicle, to avoid the BMW brand like the plague, and to avoid BMW of Sarasota at all costs. More
