Simply Horrible Vehicle was scheduled 2 weeks in advance for a service and spark plug chage. I even spoke to the service writer two days in advance to remind them. Told him my daughter is bringing my wifed vehicle in for us, so call me with any issues. I never received a call and still waited over 5 1/2 hours......for a service! More

Amazing experience Surprised by the knowledge of the service writer. I normally cringe when I have to walk near the service center of a dealership. The service guys always appear to be a superstar mechanic but can’t even change the oil in a vehicle. David was beyond helpful and even went in depth explaining things. Never once felt pressured, I will definitely let everyone know my experience and will always return and be a customer of Mr. Truitt. Thanks again! More
