It’s amazing how this day turned out to be My story can be bittersweet. I had a 2017 Chevy equinox that I had for 6 years and I just recently finished paying off the car-note, a couple of months after t be bittersweet. I had a 2017 Chevy equinox that I had for 6 years and I just recently finished paying off the car-note, a couple of months after that , I noticed that it was time for an upgrade so I went online I looked up some vehicles in Lexus and one of the employees, Evan reached out the next day, not knowing that I was on my way to Lexus dealership, already so I replied that I will be on my way to explore more options. As soon as I arrived, Evan welcomed me and show me my options and explained everything carefully and thoroughly. He took his time and was very professional and honest about everything, I honestly did not expect to walk out with not only the car that I wanted but with the car payment that I wanted as well. Evan and his team went above and beyond my expectation . I’m truly happy with my new 2025 Lexus NX 250 suv . Thank you so much ! I regret purchasing a vehicle from Lexus North Miami. My experience has been disappointing from the moment I bought my brand-new car to every service visit since. The sales rep who prepared my paperwork My experience has been disappointing from the moment I bought my brand-new car to every service visit since. The sales rep who prepared my paperwork was a crook and a liar, misleading me about the maintenance services that were supposedly included with my purchase. I later found out I had to pay $1,400 for the vehicle maintenance they initially claimed would be complimentary—on top of the $1,300 in dealership fees I had already paid. To make matters worse, the service department fails to meet even basic expectations. They don’t even wash the car after servicing, something most luxury dealerships offer as a courtesy. The lack of transparency, deceptive practices, and overall poor customer service have left me extremely dissatisfied. I deeply regret buying a car from this dealership and would not recommend Lexus North Miami to anyone. More
