I found the exact car for which I had been looking. When I made my first contact to Frank Brown, I was connected with Ricardo Alegria.
He was not pushy or belligerent, but very helpful in answering all the questions I had about the car. He took the time to FaceTime me and show me every detail possible about the car. He did not hide anything from me. It was a bit of risk for me (money and time) to fly from KY to TX to do this deal. My offer was immediately accepted, and the paperwork was overnighted to me (I financed in my town).
When I arrived at Lubbock airport, Ricardo was waiting for me. When we arrived at the dealership to physically see the car, there were zero surprises. It was exactly what Ricardo told me it was. After the test drive, I sat in the office for a total of 5 minutes. He handed me the keys and I was on my way. The process could not have been any easier!
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thanks Ricardo and Frank Brown!
