I scheduled a service appt, but they forgot to reset my dashboard. When I called to inquire I was told that I should just look it up in the Owners Manual OR bring it back to the dealership so they can 'tea dashboard. No apology for the inconvenience what-so-ever or an attempt to make it up to me. (1hr round way trip for me to go back). I had high hopes for better cistomer service. More

The Auto-Butler is the Biggest Rip-Off we Customers are a Victim Off. I took it every six month cause. They charged me $899 for this Inefficient Service.
