Denoyer Chevrolet is the most incompetent dealership I have ever been in. It took 5 months 3 visit and several complaints to GM corporate to get a simple warranty repair. When you walk into the service area the service advisers are the most unfriendly people I have ever seen, they look like they should be on a suicide watch. I did not find any one to be helpful or communicate at a level that a dealership of this size requires. I'm very disappointed and will never do business again at this amateur hour dealership More

Service dept is a big part of where I purchase a car. I brought my car in TWICE for my heater and gave them $108.00, and it’s exactly the same as the first time I brought it in!!
