Service/Oil Change The service dept & employees are great at Maple Hill. They are very attentive, prompt & get your vehicle in and out as fast a possible. The waiting a The service dept & employees are great at Maple Hill. They are very attentive, prompt & get your vehicle in and out as fast a possible. The waiting area is great as well. They have various types of K-cups & alot of snacks to choose from. They have tv & alot of magazines to make the short time pass fast. You can also walk around the showrooms & look at the new vehicles that are available. I was only there for 30 minutes for my oil change from start to finish. Great service guys. Keep up the great job! More

Recall nightmare! My Subaru Crosstrek was in for a recall. During the 2 day job my compressor was damaged so the dealer needed to have my car for 5 days not 2. Duri My Subaru Crosstrek was in for a recall. During the 2 day job my compressor was damaged so the dealer needed to have my car for 5 days not 2. During that time I was told that one of my belts needed to be replaced and I told them yes please take care of it. When I finally got my car 5 days later I find out the belt was not replaced! The service department told me they would replace it for me when I came in for my next oil change. I am not comfortable with the way this whole ordeal went. Now I don't feel confident driving my car knowing that the mechanic felt changing the belt was necessary but now it is okay to drive around with it for a few months until my next oil change. This whole ordeal did not instill confidence in the service department. More
