The worst service I have experienced. Went 4 times in one month. After leaving the third time I left with a screw in my tire. The second time I went for the part they ordered for my car " Went 4 times in one month. After leaving the third time I left with a screw in my tire. The second time I went for the part they ordered for my car "they out on another car 15 minutes earlier." Fourth time I went and dropped the car off and stated I needed it back that day. Got a call a 4:13pm (when they close at 4pm Saturdays) and was told I couldn't get my car...and they're closed Sundays. I showed up at 7am Monday and was told "we can't find your keys or paperwork." After searching and having 3 different people look they were found in my service providers desk. I will not be returning. No manager around to even talk to. Shout out to Ricky who eventually helped me and found my keys. More

I’m a very long time customer and have been completely satisfied until my last visit. I wanted to 60,000 mile service and did not get it. Plus I suspect I was wrongly upsold. My car was returned to me satisfied until my last visit. I wanted to 60,000 mile service and did not get it. Plus I suspect I was wrongly upsold. My car was returned to me with dirt inside.
