I had a good experience last year when buying a car from them but this time I must say I was disappointed, there was no transparency with the numbers for the financing, they changed the price of the car fro them but this time I must say I was disappointed, there was no transparency with the numbers for the financing, they changed the price of the car from what it was advertised and forced me to get an extended warranty. After driving the car home found the headlights and the parking brake not working. Cars are supposed to be “inspected and serviced” before going out for sale, this kind of details show the kind of work they do. More

The communication was the worst I have experienced with any type.of purchase I have made. It started the 1st day after we visited the dealership. I emailed and tried to call the sales person 2 or 3 times any type.of purchase I have made. It started the 1st day after we visited the dealership. I emailed and tried to call the sales person 2 or 3 times with no return call. We decided to find another sales person who was able to assist with the purchase. We were told a certain price for the car on our initial visit, and that changed once we started dealing with the next sales person. After we agreed on a deal and made the purchase, we had to wait 3 1/2 weeks for the car (we were aware or this). The deal we received involved a trade in, and were told it could take up to 10 days to fund. It took over 3 weeks! We made several calls to find out what was going on, and were told different stories. I requested call backs from 2 of the managers that I never got a call back. Finally, I got a hold of a manager 2 days after being told she would call me back that day. She said she would find out for me and call me back by the end of the day. I did not receive that call, and I had to follow up after 2 days passed. On the day our car arrived they got the check finalized for us. When we received the check, it was short $93 from our agreed upon amount. I was given an excuse that our prior car company would have to refund that amount. It sounds like someone in finance made a mistake with the payoff. When I spoke to the general manager, he couldn't wait for me to stop explaining on 2hat happened, so he could offer an excuse. He couldn't care less what type of experience we had. We will not be returning to that dealership. More
