After being quoted a price $9 K above what I expected at another dealership I went to Family Hyundai and, in less than 10 minutes had a fair quote. One hour later I was driving home. The employees all see another dealership I went to Family Hyundai and, in less than 10 minutes had a fair quote. One hour later I was driving home. The employees all seem to like working there, too The car is great and I will be trying them for service when I need it. More

Dealing with my sales representative I didn't get my lifetime oil Changes that were supposed to transfer over from my first new car purchase, and I felt rushed and didn't feel comfortable and Dealing wi lifetime oil Changes that were supposed to transfer over from my first new car purchase, and I felt rushed and didn't feel comfortable and Dealing with Service made me feel worse, especially after finding out service couldn't save or work on my car so I lost My Kona Iron Man and was given a Loner that had to many Issues, feeling like I didn't matter even when I was told take my time that I had a case in progress With Hyundai it was a factory Defect.
