Salesperson was great - very well versed in product. Made the process extremely easy. However, Finance guy, Mr Bear (sp?) took a few hours to get paperwork complete and was terse and a bit arrogant- for a ne the process extremely easy. However, Finance guy, Mr Bear (sp?) took a few hours to get paperwork complete and was terse and a bit arrogant- for a new customer to end the deal on a sour note with this guy was unprofessional. I've never liked the car buying experience but Bobby Alanis, desk mgr, and Caitlyn Shelton, sales, at Advantage Chevrolet changed all of that! I was helping a lady, who recently lost her husband, purcha Alanis, desk mgr, and Caitlyn Shelton, sales, at Advantage Chevrolet changed all of that! I was helping a lady, who recently lost her husband, purchase a newer used car. Caitlyn and Bobby did an unbelievable job and went out of their way to make this the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. I'm in my middle seventies and have bought over 80 autos in my lifetime. I couldn't recommend Caitlyn more highly! I also might add, I drove from Indiana to Illinois to assist this lady in making this purchase. More
