The only stressful and disappointing event was two days later. I had bought this vehicle because it was advertised capable of towing up to 3000 pounds WITH TRAILER BRAKES. When I called the service department to schedule installation of 2" receiver hitch, 7-pin wiring, and brake controller, I was told I couldn't get them and DIDN'T NEED THEM. This despite the car's manual and PA state law. This caused me a great deal of anxiety until U-Haul came to my rescue. More
