on new Acura RDX required tire rotation. Told 3 times by service advisor that tires were definitely rotated. I proved tires were not rotated due to scratch on tire rim. Service Manager's responses: "Unfortunately, the service advisor has no idea that the service was not completed until it is pointed out by a client which is too late" and "it is the responsibility of the client to point out what was not done by your service department". I assumed everything stated in writing on the service order would be done! Dishonest and shocking business practice! How will you confirm your tires were rotated and the correct services were completed? I am very disappointed!

an hour and a half to get service on my car. I grabbed a soft drink and some pretzels and in about an hour they called me.
