We purchased a 2024 BMW X5 on Friday February 27 and they delivered to us on Saturday February 28. Is was sold under the context everything was working and had past all inspections. On Monday morning receiv delivered to us on Saturday February 28. Is was sold under the context everything was working and had past all inspections. On Monday morning received a code that engine oil was incorrect and received a code Emergency Call System Malfunction from the minute we got in the car. Called Crystal our salesperson and she said to bring vehicle to BMW for the codes. We told her they services the vehicle so they should fix the oil. When we brought it for them to fix the oil code we let her know about the Emergency Call code. She said we would need to bring it to BMW get the code fixed. When I brought it to BMW they informed us that this would not be covered under warranty because the top of the vehicle and the fin has damage like it had been hit with a garage door or something similar. I contacted Crystal to let her know what BMW found. Sent her manager Ruben the video from BMW and also a picture I took from above the vehicle on the day it was delivered showing the same damage BMW showed. Ruben requested information from service department on the inspection they performed. He informed me when the vehicle was inspected there was nothing found. I requested pictures and was told there are no pictures and I purchased the car as is. We did purchase the car as is but we were misinformed on the condition of the car. More

Cris was great. Like David, cris was able to get me out of a bad situation, upfront with my options, wasn’t pushy and moved this process quick! Like David, cris was able to get me out of a bad situation, upfront with my options, wasn’t pushy and moved this process quick! More

I don’t even know where to start! Big Star Cadillac gave out the best customer service experience we’ve ever received from a dealership. We were greeted immediately and not only did w Big Star Cadillac gave out the best customer service experience we’ve ever received from a dealership. We were greeted immediately and not only did we have an extremely quick wait time for our vehicles appraisal, we were treated so kindly and shown a breakdown of our numbers right away. Our kiddos even got special attention and snacks during our wait from a fully stocked, clean, & organized snack bar. There was even drinks for us adults. Our sales associate Mario did absolutely everything he could to get us into our current vehicle at a price that was not only fair but better than we expected to receive. I mean as far as speaking to multiple managers and members of his team addressing our concerns and answering our questions. He also gave my husband and I his personal number and responded quickly even after hours. I genuinely felt that we were taken care of in a way that goes beyond what you’d expect to from a car dealership. All of our accommodations were met and Mario seriously went above and beyond helping us upgrade our family vehicle! 10/10 would recommend Big Star Cadillac to family and friends. More

Everything was good on deal except I was only given one key fob to my new car. As a dealership they should have order a 2nd key fob for me or at least offered to get me one at a discounted price. key fob to my new car. On 9/13/24, I purchased a 2019 Lincoln Navigator with 69,843 miles for $39,945 as advertised on CarGurus. During closing, the price increased due to what they called a "reconditioning fee." After buying 69,843 miles for $39,945 as advertised on CarGurus. During closing, the price increased due to what they called a "reconditioning fee." After buying the car, it stayed for reconditioning, and I picked it up on 9/20/24. Before leaving, I noticed a rattle, which I was told was the running board. After driving it home, I realized the issue was a cam phaser problem, and the car also shifted poorly. I reported these issues and returned the car three days later. The cam phaser was fixed, but the shifting issue was ignored. I picked it up on 10/24/24, but the transmission still felt off. After learning about "active learning" transmissions, I gave it time to adjust. However, just 21 days later, the transmission completely failed. Attempts to contact the dealership's general manager have been ignored despite multiple messages left with receptionists. Now, I’m stuck with a $45,000 loan and facing a $9,000 transmission repair. This experience has been deeply frustrating and unprofessional. Key points: I declined an extended warranty due to past bad experiences. Their "170-point check" clearly missed major issues. These problems existed when the car was traded in, leaving me to deal with them. I was offered a trade after only three days but found no suitable options. The car's issues began the day after purchase, well within the manufacturer’s warranty expiration at 70,000 miles. Since the purchase and dropping off the car for the cam phaser/death rattle fix, I’ve only driven the car for 21 days, yet these major issues persist. (RE:From my Google review.) More
