Hit or miss, their appointment system is terrible. Getting a confirmation on scheduled maintenance takes at least 3 people for them to solidify anything. Their customer service leaves much to be desired, even if it’s just an oil change, expect to be there a couple hours. Doesn’t matter if you have an appointment. More

When the dealership requested my trade I figured , they aren’t going to stand by this email but I will try. They gave me exactly what they said they would. The sales representative that initially helped us was very professional but the general manager and the finance manager took so long that took advantage of me being exhausted of waiting. I told the finan very professional but the general manager and the finance manager took so long that took advantage of me being exhausted of waiting. I told the finance manager three times that I didn’t want any additional warranty, service contract or gap insurance and he added it anyway. I even told him NO.. I’m not keeping the car more than 3 years I never do. Unbelievable! Your Manager said he could do better with a new car for only 6000.00 more NOT TRUE! Who in the right mind would pay 26,000 for a Kia Rio? With a 82 month plan? I should have walk away and not let your manager and finance manager manipulating me. When my only intention was to purchase the 2020 model for 12,000. The finance manager would go thru the slides in a half of a second. I would take it back if I could but the last paper I signed (very convenient) was the no cool off time. Hope you guys sleep well at night More
