I met Rudy one time and then later with my daughters. He listened carefully to my story of my Ford having been totaled by a Mac truck. He explained that reimbursement would take a bit of time. He listened to what I was looking for and the purpose of the new car. He never tried to pressurize me like some other dealers. I felt comfortable talking to him and looking at several options. I then chose the Crosstrek and the process from there was very smooth and easy. He explained that title of the new car would come from DVD after some time. He put on my old plates for the Ford.
