This dealership treats you like family. The experience we had buying two different cars in one month was so different than any car buying experience i have ever had. They stepped up to the plate when my car got flooded out in a huge predawn rainstorm and was out of commission for 3 months waiting for a new engine. Unfortunately the Flood price for a new CX5 lease was about $100/month than a competitor, so I leased elsewhere Service people were wonderful, especially Steven! More

I bought a new Mazda today and cannot express how much I appreciate the pricing and customer service from Rich Morra and Russ Cunha. Flood Mazda's offer on my trade in was excellent, and Rich spent so much appreciate the pricing and customer service from Rich Morra and Russ Cunha. Flood Mazda's offer on my trade in was excellent, and Rich spent so much time in my new vehicle showing me how to use all the features, since I traded in a 9 year old "basic" car that didn't have any of the new safety features, Apple car play, etc. I am not a frequent car buyer, (clearly) but I am now a Flood Mazda fan and recommend everyone visit Flood Mazda for a great car purchase experience. Everyone very friendly and helpful. However, my new CX30, on scheduled pickup day, was sloppily cleaned and under hood and entire motor etc were mud splattered. There was a line in the windshield which could have been a crack. This is sloppy salesmanship - Sam knew I was coming in to pick it up and should have made sure it was perfect. I emailed Russell and soon received a call from Mary in customer service etc. I should have received a phone call and apology from Mr Cunha himself. Also, when I went to pick up the vehicle, Sam tried to take care of another client during my appointment time. He said they were late, which clearly was not my problem. More
