This dealership treats you like family. The experience we had buying two different cars in one month was so different than any car buying experience i have ever had. They did whatever they could to deliver what we were looking for. Sam is the absolute best guy to buy a car from and Cody is by far the best finance guy I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I 💯 percent recommend this dealership. I had never driven a Mazda before but after helping my twins both purchase Mazda Cx 5 s i have decided that when I am ready for a new vehicle I will definitely be buying a cx 5 from Sam. They stepped up to the plate when my car got flooded out in a huge predawn rainstorm and was out of commission for 3 months waiting for a new engine. Fortunately, after my 30 days of rental coverage ran out, Russell Cunha, the GM offered me a brand new CX5 (the model I was considering when my CX30 lease was up in April), which was very generous. Unfortunately the Flood price for a new CX5 lease was about $100/month than a competitor, so I leased elsewhere Service people were wonderful, especially Steven! More

I bought a new Mazda today and cannot express how much I appreciate the pricing and customer service from Rich Morra and Russ Cunha. Flood Mazda's offer on my trade in was excellent, and Rich spent so much appreciate the pricing and customer service from Rich Morra and Russ Cunha. Flood Mazda's offer on my trade in was excellent, and Rich spent so much time in my new vehicle showing me how to use all the features, since I traded in a 9 year old "basic" car that didn't have any of the new safety features, Apple car play, etc. I am not a frequent car buyer, (clearly) but I am now a Flood Mazda fan and recommend everyone visit Flood Mazda for a great car purchase experience. This dealership will treat you well! More
