He was very thorough to explain every feature and setting of the vehicle, and has followed up multiple times since the sale. He even offered to come in on his day off for us to take delivery, if necessary. He presented an itemized breakdown of the pricing, which was easy to understand. Our dealings with Tom Aresenian from the finance dept were also excellent, and didn't involve high pressure sales tactics; as we have experienced at some other dealerships in the past.
