I apologize that there was damage done during your oil change. Unfortunately, the body shop does require appointments to get a quote for the damage. We asked that you call to schedule that appointment and get the quote so that it can be done according to your schedule. Once that quote is sent over to us, we will make arrangements with you to pick up your vehicle and get a loaner to you as soon as possible. I sincerely apologize for all the inconvenience, but this is the best way to get all of the body work done as quickly and easily as possible.
