Homero maintains the highest level of professionalism, knowledge of the product and kindness. He is very straightforward and consistent. I feel very fortunate to know him and to call him a friend. This most recent vehicle (2022 Pilot) involved Homero Lima, and Scott Bousquet (Finance Manager).. This purchase, like each of the others, here, was seamless, and saved me money. When at this dealership, I make a point of reaching out to certain other personnel too (Scott Birtles, Adriel Calo, and Tim Islip) just to say hi.
