I wish they cared as much about service as they did about sales. Very underwhelmed by this last service experience. Price gouging dealership! 9000 over msrp, then your sales manager gloats to my face about it. Enjoy now because when the economy turns around and your inventory is over ful 9000 over msrp, then your sales manager gloats to my face about it. Enjoy now because when the economy turns around and your inventory is over full you will be emailing and calling to buy a 3rd vehicle... NEVER AGAIN... I will just keep collecting my lifetime oil changes ( best $500 ) I ever spent 10 years ago... Reno lithia hyundai will never see another dime or kind word from me. More

Reno Lithia Hyundai was a mess for me to get my 23,000 dollar car from. The car not only has many problems, it already needs new brakes and tires. I’ve only bought the car 3 months ago. I have a mouth ful dollar car from. The car not only has many problems, it already needs new brakes and tires. I’ve only bought the car 3 months ago. I have a mouth full to say about these people but I better just keep it to myself. Would not recommend this place to anyone. More

I purchased a used Jeep Rubicon off their used lot, I immediately noticed David Diaz from a previous Dealership that we purchased a new Jeep for my wife, so I felt comfortable from the start. I Rember D immediately noticed David Diaz from a previous Dealership that we purchased a new Jeep for my wife, so I felt comfortable from the start. I Rember David being very polite and easy going, we had a great experience on that purchase, and no different at this dealership. we go inside and I recognized PJ from another dealership from a couple years earlier, and we have purchased several trucks from him in the past. I had no idea he was working at this dealership, great guy. We were just driving by and saw this Jeep, and David was out there. David got a us a great deal on our used Jeep, and I have to say I felt we were treated very well even though it was a used car. We had a couple of minor things that we had on the due bill that needed to be corrected, and they were. Scott Robert was the one who verified the due bill and worked everything out. I can tell you from my experience with this dealership, they take doing the right thing seriously. Matt Franceschini worked with the sales department on that part. Matt was helpful and professional, and good guy. I would very easily recommend this dealership to anyone. Dex Baker. More
