As a Service Advisor, I have the opportunity to work with customers directly and it's a pleasure to help solve their problems. My career in the auto industry began 37 years ago. Prior to that, I worked in service stations. I have a strong understanding of BMW documentation for CPO and warranty requirements. Some awards I've received include the 2010 BMW Silver Podium award and 2016 BMW Customer First award. My wife, Michelle, and I have been married for 29 years and have three sons, two grandsons, and one granddaughter. We love to travel and have been around the US and to destinations including Mexico, Bermuda, Rome, Italy, and more. We are very active within the Catholic Church and currently sponsor a young girl in Africa through Compassion International. In my spare time, I enjoy fishing, hiking, and most outdoor activities. At the dealership, I am a Certified Pre-Owned Service Advisor. I love what I do and can’t wait to meet you and help you find exactly what you’re looking for.

Went for a service that I have scheduled a week in advance, providing the car mileage and VIN. After making me wait nearly 2 hours, an advisor calls me and tells me his supervisor did not allow the se advance, providing the car mileage and VIN. After making me wait nearly 2 hours, an advisor calls me and tells me his supervisor did not allow the service due to "the high mileage of the car". What a joke!!! If the car had been lower miles it would not need this service. So, basically they tell you they service only BMWs which don't need service! Avoid at any cost! What kind of authorized dealer can't service their own cars?!? More

System update My dash screen on my 2019 X3 M40i was starting to have some sort of fit where it would look like bad reception on an old tv so I made an appointment My dash screen on my 2019 X3 M40i was starting to have some sort of fit where it would look like bad reception on an old tv so I made an appointment to have it checked out since it was a hazard not seeing any instrumentation. Because of the covid 19 situation things had to be handled a bit differently and it seemed unclear when i might get the X3 back but they were able to get it in, diagnose the issue and get me the car back by the end of the day which was great, also providing me with a Lyft ride home and back. It was covered under warranty except for the state inspection renewal which was great. More
