Gaskets / Seals An oil leak was discovered during a recent visit. Klaben put dye in the oil to help determine the leak's location. I came back several days later for them to finish the leak diagnosis. I had several gaskets / seals fixed on a part associated with the turbo. So far, so good! More

Finding the problem I went in for an oil change and a "noise". The service department quickly diagnosed the problem, and Brandon very efficiently got me into a rental, al I went in for an oil change and a "noise". Brandon and Sean kept me up to date on progress and Sean followed up with me after I picked up my repaired car. Everything went very smoothly and I'm very happy with the quality of the work. More

Staff is accomadattinf and nice, issues atill happening. The staff in the service deptartment are very accomadating and nice, however each time I bring my car in for service I have to bring it back in for th The staff in the service deptartment are very accomadating and nice, however each time I bring my car in for service I have to bring it back in for the same thing. It’s very stressful and inconvient due to the fact that I have a toddler with me all day everyday and I live 45 minutes away. I honestly think my car was built and rushed on a Friday and many things have gone wrong numerous of times. I have brought it in for service way more than I should buying brand new.. wish there was a better solution to my many problems. More

Awesome as typical of Klaben Ford! it was a last minute request on a cold snowy day. no real time or room for my car BUT...Klaben Ford (Kim Wolfram) made it work and thank goodness for it was a last minute request on a cold snowy day. no real time or room for my car BUT...Klaben Ford (Kim Wolfram) made it work and thank goodness for Kim, and Sean Bradford as well! The car ultimately needed the Serpentine belt and right front and lower controls arms. Best part, they found me a car to drive home (which is 50 miles away)! That's right...I moved 50 miles away and STILL remain loyal to Klaben Ford at Kent, as they are always willing to "go the extra mile" for me! Kim, Sean, Loretta...THANK YOU ALL! to the mechanics that work on my car....THANK YOU! Keep me and my Fusion running a few more thousands of miles and I'll be back in with my next ford! Battery replacement I took my car into Klaben to have the battery looked at after I had to use a battery pack to start it. It was just outside the 3 year warranty so I di I took my car into Klaben to have the battery looked at after I had to use a battery pack to start it. It was just outside the 3 year warranty so I did have to pay $50 for a new one since it was still pro rated. The service advisor (Kim Wolfram) advised me the positive battery cable needed replaced as well because acid had eaten through it. I took it to another dealership I had an extended warranty through thinking that may be covered (unfortunately it wasn’t). That dealer told me the cable did not need replaced. When I called Kim to tell her the conflicting diagnoses, her manager (Sean Bradford) called me back. I took my car back to Klaben and Sean had the mechanic come out to the check in area. He showed me the back of the cable where there was barely any metal left. Klaben replaced the cable at a great price. They bent over backwards to make sure my car was right. I would highly recommend their service dept. Their employees are very polite and top notch. More

Exceptional service from exceptional people! Klaben service department amazes me, yet again! I'm always treated with respect, their honest, and make each customer feel special and appreciated. M Klaben service department amazes me, yet again! I'm always treated with respect, their honest, and make each customer feel special and appreciated. My recent repair was totally unexpected, pricey, and disappointing. But at the end of it all, Brandon and his manager made it all work out for me, they actually cared enough to communicate with me through the entire ordeal. No one has any idea what this meant to me. I drive 120/day back and forth to work so having a car is a BIG deal, well when I needed Klaben Service Department they were right there. It was a BIG deal to them too. More
