Best Customer Service I have had several interactions with the service department and am pleased with my overall experiences. Everyone goes out of their way to be helpful, I have had several interactions with the service department and am pleased with my overall experiences. prompt and professional repair service My new Edge began making a horrible thumping noise and would swerve upon braking-very frightening and progressively worsened over 7-10 days. I called My new Edge began making a horrible thumping noise and would swerve upon braking-very frightening and progressively worsened over 7-10 days. I called the service center for an appointment. The mechanic took me on a test drive and was very concerned about the vehicle alignment as well as the braking issue. They found that a bolt on the strut and sway bar had broken off and needed to be replaced. Due to this issue there was also excess wear and tear on the tires so they replaced all 4 tires and performed an alignment as well! And they completed all this work within 48 hours the week prior to Thanksgiving which allowed us to safely drive the vehicle to New York to visit family for the holiday. Thank you to the Service center staff! More

Extra Effort to Correct a Mishap My car was brought in for what I thought was a minor repair of the intelligent access system. It turns out that I had a wiring issue. There were a few hiccups with getting the repairs completed, but the staff at the dealership was very professional (and apologetic) and we were able to get things handled to my satisfaction, despite the initial issues. Sean and Brandon were super helpful in resolving the issue. I very much appreciate their efforts. More

The perfect Experience Had a Ford Windstar in service to find out it was not worth putting more money into it. So I had to find a vehicle. My credit isn't the best, but they Had a Ford Windstar in service to find out it was not worth putting more money into it. So I had to find a vehicle. My credit isn't the best, but they went far and beyond my expectations to get me in one. With over 11 hours over the weekend, they pulled a home run. I got approved and drove off in my new ride. Service on my F-150 I have dealt with Klaben for years now as I have leased 3 trucks though them and since the service center is in the same city that I work in, it makes I have dealt with Klaben for years now as I have leased 3 trucks though them and since the service center is in the same city that I work in, it makes it easier to get things checked or fixed while I am at work. Though I have had my share of issues with my newest 2017 F-150, Sean & Kyle have worked to make them right. Sean, is a "Go above & beyond" kind of guy who works hard to make the customer happy and has a very good temperament. My one complaint (not really a complaint, more a joke) is that it seems that they always forget to was my truck when all is done, even after I have said yes to a wash. More
