I started out as a porter then a Service Advisor, and Service Director at Cleveland area Ford/Lincoln dealer. My wife and children have been my motivation and inspiration, I am blessed. I have definitely realized what it means to work in an organization completely committed to and driven by a "customer first" culture/business model. Our team is just that and always working to get better together every day. Thank you in advance for taking the time to provide your feedback.

My car w My recall meant a full day of service. I was provided with a similar vehicle to use for the day, and that was so easy and quick to arrange. My car was ready before closing time and was clean and ready to go. Joe French and Sean Bradford went above and beyond as they were very considerate about my driving from my home in North Canton. Very professional and personable staff - we'll be back! More

The service department quickly diagnosed the problem, and Brandon very efficiently got me into a rental, all covered by my Ford power train warranty. Brandon and Sean kept me up to date on progress and Sean followed up with me after I picked up my repaired car. Everything went very smoothly and I'm very happy with the quality of the work. More

It’s very stressful and inconvient due to the fact that I have a toddler with me all day everyday and I live 45 minutes away. I honestly think my car was built and rushed on a Friday and many things have gone wrong numerous of times. I have brought it in for service way more than I should buying brand new.. wish there was a better solution to my many problems. More
