Jim Hudson Lexus in Columbia, South Carolina, always treats the customer well. The sales people are well-informed and Shaun in the service department was courteous and helpful while answering numerous treats the customer well. He explained the importance of vehicle maintenance (oil changes) as we live in a state with a lot of heat and humidity and because I drive few miles regular maintenance is very important. I can always tell the difference in the way my car drives after maintenance. More

Fabulous and quick service! Check engine light came onand I panicked. I am a single Mom with 3 children. I called Darryn and within 30 minutes service scheduled pick up. I had a loaner in less than 2 onand I panicked. I am a single Mom with 3 children. I called Darryn and within 30 minutes service scheduled pick up. I had a loaner in less than 2 hours. Received a video text of the findings. My car was back 24 hours after it left. I am a loyal Lexus customer! More
