I purchased a very lightly used 2020 Jetta from North Penn on 1/13/21. I inquired about the car the weekend prior, I was contacted by Shawn their Internet Manager. He set up a time for me to go see the c Penn on 1/13/21. I inquired about the car the weekend prior, I was contacted by Shawn their Internet Manager. He set up a time for me to go see the car in person with Greg. I got there and Greg had the car turned on (with the heated steering wheel and seat on-major plus). He let me go for the test drive. I fell in love with the car and it was time to talk numbers. Greg had all the numbers ready to go within minutes and I put a deposit down on the car. I spent less than an there, between driving the car and talking numbers. Greg answered all my questions and set everything up for the delivery of the car a week later. I got there on 1/13- all my paperwork was prepared by their F&I Manager Jason. Again, I spent less than an hour at the dealer and was leaving with a brand new-ish car. I will be purchasing any new VW in the future here as well as sending everyone I know to Greg to purchase a car! More

We set up an appointment and looked at the two cars we had narrowed our search down to, went for a test drive, and made an easy decision. Everything was crystal clear all through the car buying process. Our sales professional, Tim, was great. A pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable in the VW line up, and a Volkswagen enthusiast himself. We really hit it off. Also, Jason in finance was super easy going. Absolutely zero pressure. Including running the car through detail one last time, we were in and out in two hours flat. Like I said, this is how car shopping should be. More
