So very impressed with customer service the process of purchase with Louis, Branden and Jennifer in finance was the easiest we have ever had, today we had a hiccup with our new car!! For some reason e purchase with Louis, Branden and Jennifer in finance was the easiest we have ever had, today we had a hiccup with our new car!! For some reason everything was dead would not start. We contacted Louis and within a half hour I had a call from Shelby in service. FYI it's Saturday afternoon!! A young man by the name of Jesse very nice. came to our home with a rental for us and picked up our vehicle to take to service! Hopefully they can find the issue but seriously we are impressed with how they handled this. Shelby took me step by step to make sure we were taken care of....she understood this can be upsetting since we just purchased 2 weeks ago. We have faith they will find the problem and get our vehicle back to us Thank you to all at Klaben Kent!! More
