Syed was the ultimate professional. I never felt pressured or like I had to rush into any decision. I bought a used Honda Pilot, the sales individual was nice and friendly However, I can't give a good rating based on the experience I had after I purchased the vehicle. When I wanted to cancel my gap in nice and friendly However, I can't give a good rating based on the experience I had after I purchased the vehicle. When I wanted to cancel my gap insurance and bumper to bumper warranty 34 hours after I purchased the vehicle realizing I could receive this through my insurance for less money, I was treated poorly and felt like I was wasting their time. The business/finance person was disengaged unwilling to work with me as a customer or to think outside of the box to see how we could make this work. I was an inexperienced car buyer and I guess I learned my lesson about this dealership. Being nice and willing to help only matters before you purchase your vehicle. More

I walked in knowing about what I wanted, just needed to figure out the best way to do it. Tony went over everything with me, the financial differences between getting a new vs used car, to help me decide figure out the best way to do it. The financial team (Steve and Kenn) working with Tony was able to help sweeten the deal with a lower interest rate and that was all thanks to Tony telling them my story. He took the time to go through every option with me when I took delivery of my SUV. He knows his stuff and I would, and have been, recommending him to everyone I talk to. He's the best!!!! More
