I found a Jeep Gladiator I liked online, Nate Mendez reached out and we text a few times, so I decided to check it out. Nate was not there the day I went, but he made arrangements for me to speak with M reached out and we text a few times, so I decided to check it out. Nate was not there the day I went, but he made arrangements for me to speak with Malik. My mindset was to find something newer than my 2018 JKU with lower payments(it sounded better in my head). The management team did their thing and showed me what they could do, as I liked the Gladiator A LOT. The next day I returned, Nate spent time with me helping to remove things from my JKU(rock lights, etc.)instead of on the floor making sales. Could I have walked away with ease, yes. But, I REALL love my new Gladiator and it was made possible by the entire team(sales, management and FNI). I don't think I've ever had that easy, non-pressured experience at a dealership buying a vehicle, and it all started with a few text with Nate. Thank you team Jerry Ulm. KC Howard More

I’m not a fan of surveys, so I rarely take them and never provide a written review. I believe that time tells and it’s easy write praise when you’re in the feel good phase. However, I will say that I was impressed with the entire team, and most importantly the culture of the dealership. The leadership clearly focuses on the client which makes the client feel comfortable and that makes the business part of the transaction work for everyone. This group hit all the big topics 1.professional 2.knowledgeable 3.no pressure sales at any point (the rarest of all) 3 fair- my car was special order with specific options. there’s no negotiation… I didn’t have to, Kyle gave me his best price, explained how he was able to do it and that was that. Could not be happier with him 4 Steven walked through the closeout process - I elected to forgo the optional warranties, zero pressure and kept a smile on his face. 5 Devonte- he showed as much excitement as we did and it’s genuine. He gave 100% attention to getting the deal done , vehicle ready, and the tutorial to my daughter. (He has a good future ahead of him) I interact with a lot of people and he possesses solid core values, the ones that aren’t taught. you have them or you don’t. More
