We set up an appointment and looked at the two cars we had narrowed our search down to, went for a test drive, and made an easy decision. Everything was crystal clear all through the car buying process. Our sales professional, Tim, was great. A pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable in the VW line up, and a Volkswagen enthusiast himself. We really hit it off. Also, Jason in finance was super easy going. Absolutely zero pressure. We have been considering this purchase for about 9 months. No pressure. We looked around at Chevy, Kia, haundai, and we’re getting ready to buy the new trailblazer. However the comfort level and ride was superior and roomier for a bit more money. We first test drove the Tiguan in December and then test drove at least 4 other brands. The comfort and room in the front stuck with me and we came back for one more look. Glad we did. The zero percent finance was a plus too! More
