High marks to the dealership and to my salesman Tim. We had ordered a new Bronco Sport in May through another dealer and no fault to that other dealer, but the date for our car kept getting pushed back. I reached out to Tim who had some incoming vehicles that ft what we wanted. He paired us up with one almost entirely identical and put a claim in said vehicle for us. 2 weeks later we get the call the vehicle arrived and we made our drive to the dealership to test drive and check it out. Aside from the test drive time and general conversation my wife and 2 young children were in, and out with our brand new bronco. Tim is super efficient and kept the process moving along. The dealership staff helped keep things moving as well with zero holdups. Awesome experience More

Well my boys where at it again, I call them the nail brothers. I have never had two boys find so many nails in tires in my life. Klaben Ford is the best dealership around. Stopped by and talked with Tyler he was busy but asked what he could do told him about the tire and asked if he could do a oil change and tire rotation he grabbed the keys and said I’ll take care of it and call you later. Called me at noon I was like wow that was quick he said he was able to get it right back. I can’t say enough good things about him very friendly and helpful, as is all the Klaben family. I ran into my 2 salesmen Chris “awesomeness Maximus” Moldas and Tim “ the Man” sterling they both asked if anything they could do for me. Asked when anew Bronco sport was coming? They we are on top of it. Great guys. I’m proud to be part of the Klaben family. I almost forgot thanks to Brandon for ringing me out and helping apply ford pass points. More

They do not jack up prices, they have availability of cars, the nicest and knowledgeable sales specialists, plus I do not have to put money down to hold a car or special order. OMG, I would definitely check out this dealership for Fords, Lincoln and used vehicles. More

Needed some new tires. Of course there is only one place to go Klaben Ford. Mike Brandvold is my service writer, Mike is extremely knowledgeable on all auto mechanical need Of course there is only one place to go Klaben Ford. So with out haste Mike had prices and all the discounts available to me used FordPass points and the price was the lowest around. While preforming the tire change they damaged one of my wheels, but Klaben stepped up and replaced. After driving awhile I could feel a shaking in my steering wheel. Called Mike said bring it back in for a rebalance, he said sometimes the bigger tires need rebalanced. That’s where Eric comes in I trust him the most for suspension and tire service. Talked with Eric,Mike,Tom, and Sean. I guess to of my where beyond be able to be balanced. I was unsure how they could have my truck leave this way in the first place. I wasn’t to happy, but after talking about some tires come with problems, they made everything right. So Klaben is still the place I only go and will be. From my two salesmen Chris “awesomeness Maximus” and Tim sterling and the service team they treat you like family. And that’s why I have been buying and servicing my vehicles there for over 20 years.
