First off, thank you for the 4 stars given to 2 of our team members, Mona and Tom. They are both long term team members that truly care about what they do. My focus naturally turns to your other comments regarding our technicians and work quality. It is mortifying that we would put you, or any customer for that matter, in a position to have that perception. That was not our intention and I truly apologize for doing so. No excuses. We try hard every day to separate ourselves from the competition, in a good way, that leads to customers for life. We failed miserably in your case. I hope that our numerous attempts to contact you were not a nuisance as we were simply trying to engage in any way that might be of assistance in rectifying the situation. It is my responsibility, along with the other members of the leadership team, to use your feedback and share with those involved, as an awakening to what the end results of our actions can be.
