I've been with Smythe Volvo since 1991 and have over thirty years experience in the automotive industry. The best part about working at Smythe Volvo is the local business feel of the company. Knowing almost every customer who walks into the shop is a great feeling. My favorite Volvo of all time was the C30. It was a small, fast and super-fun 2 door hatchback with a turbo 5 cylinder engine. When not at Smythe Volvo, you can find me kayaking or fishing somewhere in New Jersey.

Kyle in sales was great when we purchased our 2 Volvos, a real professional! A few weeks ago he and Doug in service helped me with a minor issue and saved me time and an unnecessary service visit! Terrible service department. They don't work to help you find the issue in your brand new car and come back saying that the feature isn't available in your car. After spending mo They don't work to help you find the issue in your brand new car and come back saying that the feature isn't available in your car. After spending more time myself with Volvo USA, I was confirmed that the feature is available in my car and something isn't working correctly. So if you take your car there, think twice about their diagnostic, because they want to make it easy and not sort out your problem. The best part is that when you point out the feature is in your Window Sticker and standard for XC90, the associate tells you that he doesn't have time to research this now. I regret one day buying a car here, I won't ever step in here again for new cars nor service. More

I would expect ion delivery of a certified used vehicle, filters replaced, and functional system features/applications. Service within 9K to have several system features addressed. Several days in shop res filters replaced, and functional system features/applications. Service within 9K to have several system features addressed. Several days in shop resulted in a fully restored Navigation system and other features still not working. Currently at another dealer to see if they can be resolved. Disappointing… Tom was great! More
