I have purchased two cars from Manly Honda and each time was a seamless experience. Scott was very personable and knowledgeable from beginning to the end of the process. We hit a little bit of a snag when g was a seamless experience. Scott was very personable and knowledgeable from beginning to the end of the process. We hit a little bit of a snag when going through the loan paperwork but Scott and his finance team went above and beyond to help us with the purchase. I highly recommend Manly Honda, not only for their great cars, but for their amazing staff as well. More

Rude salesman! This Manly Honda dealership sold me a used Tesla without providing sufficient mileage to drive home despite the fact that I told Mr. Gage Smith the This Manly Honda dealership sold me a used Tesla without providing sufficient mileage to drive home despite the fact that I told Mr. Gage Smith the driving distance from Elk Grove the day before the appointment. It took me nearly 6 hours at the dealership mostly waiting for the car to be charged. I needed to leave at the end of the day despite questionable mileage sufficient to drive home. Accidentally I kept the charging adapter by the dealership (about $16-$20 on Amazon). Without this adapter, I would be stranded if the car doesn’t have enough charge for me to drive home. I cannot use Tesla charging station due to the fact that it needs a few days to register a new car. While driving home, Mr. Smith phoned me twice which I could not answer since I don’t have a car phone holder. He then texted me a “rude/nasty message “ inquiring about the adapter. Without even asking if I was able to get home safely. Obviously this salesman does not care about his customer’s safety and put a $16 adapter as his top priority, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Update: Manly Honda management contacted me providing apology the next day. Given the effort and the willingness to improve the service. I award this dealership a new positive rating. More

Superb dealership. Gage Smith was a new salesman on the team and greeted me in the morning. I went to.all the other dealers on auto row, but decided to return to Manly Gage Smith was a new salesman on the team and greeted me in the morning. I went to.all the other dealers on auto row, but decided to return to Manly and play it out. Gage was present and focused and found me the perfect car. What he didn't know, he found out by working seamlessly with his team. Great experience from A-Z and I love my new red car!! More
