They force you into things you don’t want, and services you don’t need. I went because a good friend of mine highly recommended certain individuals there and hasn’t bought many vehicles from them. I will happily be back, dealing with Stockton, Shane, Joey and Alfred was a breeze. Had I not been so picky and driven several different options we would’ve been in and out. The atmosphere is great, very family friendly, snacks and drinks for yourself and the family while you go through the process. It was definitely a pleasure and we will be back. Only downfall, you have to ring the bell before you get the keys. :) More

The best car buying experience. Hands down. I had a 2017 Tacoma that was messed up by another competitor car dealership just down the road from Toyota of Cleveland. Toyota was given the truck to I had a 2017 Tacoma that was messed up by another competitor car dealership just down the road from Toyota of Cleveland. Toyota was given the truck to work on and during the process of having the 2017 Tacoma repaired we decide to trade it for a 2018 Tacoma. The people at Toyota of Cleveland were extremely kind and fast at finding me the specific truck that I wanted even going out of their way to have it in under 2 days from Knoxville. Cindy McMichan and the Sales Manager, Justin Hall were absolutely the best people to work with. No frills, no haggling, and no problems! Always made it a point to talk and answer any questions we had! I would and will recommend Toyota of Cleveland to everyone I know and my Father will as well. Also Anthony in service was excellent to work with on my 2017 Tacoma and I will be bringing my new 2018 Tacoma to Toyota of Cleveland for future service! More

Went above and beyond When I’d lost a key I can happily report that buying the key replacement coverage paid off. A new key for my new RAV4 would have been $470 but instead When I’d lost a key I can happily report that buying the key replacement coverage paid off. Additionally the service guy happily synced my phone again for me, showed me how to remove back seat headrests when I want and the cargo cover. Finally he took a few minutes to easily tutor me on my Navigation System. I was extremely pleased with the friendly thorough beyond the pale Service. More
