Management is very Unprofessional and rude and they are supposed to be the leaders of the staff . Staff is disorganized and arrogant while talking to you via telephone. you can’t expect a call from y supposed to be the leaders of the staff . Staff is disorganized and arrogant while talking to you via telephone. you can’t expect a call from your team about when your vehicle is ready If you have a set date from the paperwork issued at the service counter you would expect that date for your car to be ready If your car isn’t ready and they need more time it’s up to you as a customer to call and speak with staff and ask them if they are done with your vehicle If you need more time with a customer vehicle I think that day or day after a phone call should be place to the customer Then when you decide to call and ask what’s going on it’s a problem that you called about your property The management team has no respect for customers , the manager for the service department hung up the phone while I was asking questions about my vehicle At no point was I rude to the manager or raised my voice or anything to get such a bad experience with him. Then I called back To finish gathering information from management Spoke with phone agent who transferred me multiple times and place on the call hold with music for over 3/4 mins each time only to be told that he not available for customers and they don’t know why he not answering and no one else was available It appears that you guys don’t have any polices that prevent staff from “Looking out for each other “ because it seems if you ask any questions to staff via telephone you will get the phone disconnected and all of a sudden there is no service More

O Jocelyn, the salesperson who sold my vehicle and my wife's vehicle was professional and perhaps the best experience I've ever had buying a car. My car was 1 month old and the battery died. I had it jumped and was told to bring it in and they would replace the battery. Not the case. I was told that it would be a couple days. They gave me I had it jumped and was told to bring it in and they would replace the battery. Not the case. I was told that it would be a couple days. They gave me a crap rental to drive home. Service people were rude. Also, the 2025 Kona does not have a lock out key in the fob. So I had to have parts order me one at a cost of $85.00. Not happy with the entire situation. More
