Zimmerman Honda in Moline was a great help in this confusing process as this is not something taught in school (graduating college in a few weeks). I am like most people and I did all of my research online. I was then able to negotiate a price with the online team that responded very quickly (about 1 hour or less). After just a few emails, we were able to agree on a price. Then, the sale associate that I worked with was super energetic and understanding of what I wanted to get done. I even went through the process of trading in my old car. So I did about everything I could in terms of buying a new car and the staff was very nice and helpful. It didn't matter who I was interacting with, they were all willing to speak with me and help me. They were also very helpful with first time buyers at explaining the process and paperwork. I spent most of my physical time with the sales associate Tony and did the internet pricing through Marty. Both were very helpful. I would highly recommend Tony if you are looking for a great salesman who is willing to help you. While he was busy at the end of the month (speaks to how good he is), he is able to make plenty of time for you and go way beyond the average salesman to get you the best deal and make sure you are completely satisfied with your car! Service was Exceptional Our lease was up on one car. We liked the Civic and Accord so much we traded in our other car too and left with two new cars.
