Tustin Mazda service center is welcoming and efficient. They do not pressure you to do repairs. They offer and explain but do not make the customer feel uncomfortable about doing repairs. Very thorough inspection video and so kind to give a free car wash because I thought it was included. I did the night drop off and it was explained to me well how that works.
