We are leaving for our home state of Oregon, and yesterday all the warning lights on the dashboard of our Outback went on. Even though we did not have an appointment, Adam got our car in to determine what was wrong and to complete some minor repairs. We can never thank him enough! He is an outstanding representative of Subaru Superstore, and we really appreciate all of his help through the years!

Each time I come in for service, whether it's scheduled or emergency, Tyler has always been such a big help! He breaks down everything that needs to happen and the why of it. He goes into detail just so I understand everything that's going on with my vehicle. He's even gone as far to sit with me (and all my questions) so I could better track and compile data (for my own use) to estimate and plan for future service. I am completely at ease when I take my car in to him, because I know all the necessary issues will be handled accordingly and within budget.

He is thorough when discussing the recommended Ford Maintenance options and pricing. He always assures me, as best he can, the service timing, and maintains text communication to keep me updated on completion time. I appreciate Evans patience and attention to detail. Late yesterday afternoon, it was my pleasure and good luck to meet Service Advisor, Richard P... I had a rear inside sensor-controlled light that would not turn off. As a walk-in customer, Richard took the time to solve and fix my problem. The acid from an old battery had leaked and shorted the battery cable effecting the sensor... Problem solved! It is nice to see there are a few "old school" individuals, who will make time to attend to an immediate problem. A light that remains on all night would have most likely result in a dead battery!
