Everyone was friendly and eager to help. Technically, the services were great. Two issues: (1) tires weren't calibrated and (2) they forgot to replace the tire hose cap on one of my tires. Had to go back and have these issues taken care of. Once done, everything was fine. Just inconvenient.

Ambrosio Rodriguez assisted me with my recent problem with the front axle. He was diligent and appraised the issue I was having and thoroughly explained what needed to be done. Ambrosio scheduled my return for both the seat belt recall issue and to repair/replace the front axle. He also described how detailing would remove the water/mineral spots on the exterior. Excellent suggestion! I am so pleased with the results I got at Spreen Honda and now my car looks like new! Ambrosio always listened carefully as I explained my concerns and offered excellent advice. He has an extensive knowledge of the autos and answered any questions I asked with clarity. Ambrosio was very friendly and professional, always with a smile. He made my Spreen Honda visits a pleasure and I look forward to seeing Ambrosio next time I have a problem with my CRV.
