Jim and Luis, thank you for your customer service! I wasn't expecting to walk out from the dealership the same day with a beautiful RAV4 Limited.. I was very impressed on how knowledgeable Luis was with the technology in the RAV4. As for Jim, when it came time to negotiate our deal, he was pleasant and came back one time with a great price on the RAV4!!

My husband and I went in today to look for a car. Cooper was super helpful and answered all of our questions. They had a perfect car for us! Once we decided that we were not going to let this great car slip through our fingers, Cooper introduced us to Billy the finance manager. All went smoothly and we drove away in our new car, ON A SUNDAY! We will definitely come back here again for our next car. Great experience!

I have bought and/or leased Toyotas for decades, starting with a Tercel, and then moving to other vehicles such as a RAV4 and a Prius, which I finally gave to my daughter after 230,000+ miles in 7 years, which probably lasted so long because I always had it serviced at Toyota of Greenwich. (She put another 20k+ miles on that car while living on a military base in Texas.)
I was driving an old RAV4 with 163k miles on it, and brought it in for a repair at Toyota of Greenwich.. I got great advice from their service expert (Jay Wright) that I would be better buying a newer car, and I ended up traded it in for a 3-year old Prius, which will drop my gasoline bills in half. I got excellent service from the service department and from the sales department (Thanks Dave Sullivan!!!) and was driving home the newer Toyota, purchased at a very fair price, by the end of the same day! I never expected that to happen so quickly, as my wife and I thought it would take a week or more to find a replacement.
I will never buy or service another car from anywhere other than Toyota of Greenwich, because of the excellent staff they have, from the mechanics to the service managers to the sales people and owners. They all work together to make owning and servicing a Toyota vehicle a pleasure!

it is so nice to go to a dealership and not be hassled or pressured to buy. they gave us their bottom line price and they even gave us 24 hrs to think about it. and held it for us without a deposit. this is our 4th vehicle purchase from a1 toyota and our 3rd from same employee quincy smith. quincy is great to work with and he doesn't forget you we always call him when we want a new car.

Awesome facility with even more awesome people in it. Hoffman Toyota is a great dealership; and of all the dealerships I have visited (15 in all) they are the flagship. that is it; plain and simple. My experience leasing a Toyota Rav4 was in fact enjoyable contrary to the norm. Larry Valenta and James Fappiano were exceptional, class-act all the way. they are great guys with flawless performance. and to Whom is or will be reading this review, you don't have to take my word for it, just pop-in at Hoffman Toyota and meet these chaps (you don't have to buy a car)... they are just that GREAT.

I went in to look at my options before my lease ended for my 2014 RAV4. Steve, my salesman immediately helped me & explained what I could do to get the best deal. He showed me a 2016 RAV4 that had all the features that I really wanted. Negotiated with Jose, the general manager about my trade in & that I really wanted this car! I got to walk away that same day with the car that I wanted with no money down & got the lowest monthly payment possible! I would highly recommend this place!!

If you want a great buying experience for a Toyota, go see Rob Apted at Gale Toyota. He was very courteous and absolutely did not pressure me into buying the car I bought (2014 Toyota Coralla LE). Got me approved on a busy Saturday and I drove off the lot same day. When I went to drop off the title to the car I traded in, I talked to him about some concerns with the car (front bumper loose, one hubcap different from others, etc.) We scheduled an appointment for today to detail the car and he stated that he would take care of my concerns and he did. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Toyota. Thanks Rob.

This was my first time purchasing a car. Having previously known little about car buying (or cars in general), I did research to prepare. I had been looking at other dealers and ended up at Stephen's Toyota. Upon arriving, a sales associate, Victor Ortiz, was waiting with information from another individual I had spoken with on the phone and print outs of the cars I had looked at on Edmunds and TrueCar. He reviewed the 2016 Toyota Corolla I was looking to purchase and scheduled to test drive. When another associate had pulled the car, he spoke about the scheduled drive and was able to get the car. After test driving, he was able to get all information together and worked with the finance department/manager. The entire team worked to get a good deal. I am still impressed with how helpful everyone was, especially Victor.

Bought a 2016 4Runner from Randy. He had to hunt down what I wanted and customize a few things to make it exactly how I wanted. Not only did he deliver but it ended up being even less than what he originally quoted. He was down-to-earth and not your typical cheesy, xxxxxxxx artist salesman. We didn't have to waste time with the back and forth "I have to check with my manager" price haggling game. He's the man to see if you don't want to play games. Tim, the business manager, was also a pleasure.

I had my tailgate repaired here, took longer than expected but that's fine they didn't have it in the warehouse. The person who was in charge of my vehicle was David Cotaling (the manager). My negative experience was that I was promised a full gas tank and vehicle would be returned to me back to the way it was. It wasn't. Gas tank was not full, they increased my mileage, and they returned my vehicle back to me filthy. My son's blanket was in the trunk, his car seat holder was filthy with dirt and the passenger console had shoe marks on it. What made it worse was how I received an email on MY opinion to give them a rating. I put fair and explained why. Not too long later, I receive an email from the manager stating to please give them a good review making it sound like a demand. The rating is a customer's opinion on how the service was, not a demand of what it should be for their benefit! Disappointed with the manager! Not good managing skills with customer service.

Big Disappointment - SJP
Unfortunately this dealer failed to fix a relatively simple problem with defective tires on a brand new truck and even erroneously charged me. They were given the opportunity twice but failed, wasting my time. I had the problem accurately troubleshot and resolved at another dealer in Hartford with no hassles. Toyota of Colchester has not earned my business and I will not be back.

After visiting two respected Toyota dealerships (#1 & #2) I went to Westbrook Toyota/Scion (#3). I will be ordering a 2016 Toyota RAV4. When ordering from the factory I know all dealers pay the same amount. When the sales person gave me the final price I couldn't believe my ears. They were $4,788.78 more than Dealer #2 and $5,179..27 more than Dealer#1. When viewing the options that I ordered, they were twice the price of the two previous dealers. We reviewed my list of options three times so we were sure to compare apples to apples. They offered me $1,300.00 less than the previous two dealers. in regard to my trade in. Compare prices with other Toyota dealerships so you can save your fast dollars.

IT IS 5:13 PM ON MONDAY. WE CALLED OUR SALESMAN BACK NAMES JASON WHO TOOK US FOR A TEST DRIVE OF A VEHICLE THAT WE WERE INTERESTED IN. THIS VEHICLE WAS GOING TO BE A SPECIAL ORDER VEHICLE . WE COULD NOT EVEN GET THRU DUE TO THE FACT THE RECEPTIONIST ANSWERING THE PHONE KEPT CUTTING MY HUSBAND OFF AS HE WAS TRYING TO JUST LET HER KNOW THAT SHE KEPT CONNECTING HIM TO A VOICE MAIL...THIS WAS 3 TIMES. HE FINALLY GOT A PERSON AND MY HUSBAND WHO IS HARD OF HEARING ASKED HIS NAME AGAIN AND THE PERSON STATED THAT HE HAD ALREADY TOLD MY HUSBAND HIS NAME!!!!!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? AND THEN I GET ON THE PHONE AND SPEAK TO MIKE ANTONINO AND HE COULD HAVE CARED LESS!!!! NICE TO SEE THAT YOUR DEALERSHIP DONT NEED BUSINESS AND THAT YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS SO RUDELY FOR NO REASON...WE WILL STICK TO FALVEY'S...AT LEAST THEY KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY ANSWER THE PHONE AND SEEM TO CARE ABOUT OUR BUSINESS.
