Our expierece with Hartford Toyota was great right from beginning to end. We found great selection at fair prices. Our salesman, Luis, was superb. He was knowledgable, attentive, and completely professional, always going the extra mile to find the right vehicle for our budget. Our loan paperwork was completely taken care of by the dealership with our chosen financial institution. Marc made sure the details were clear and it the deal was handled efficiently. He explained every detail of the truck and answered all of our questions. Bill in the finance department was also great to work with. This was y third time leasing a car from this dealership. I honestly had reservations about going back. My last experience wasn't very pleasant. Since the two people that I dealt with three years ago were no longer employed, I thought I would give it a try. I was leasing two cars. I expressed my concerns and thought if this dealership meets my needs, that I will do the deal. I was honest and said I had contacted other dealerships for prices. In stating my concerns, I was very happy with the deal and the service I received. Both Keith and Bob, were great and very helpful.

I was suddenly in need of a vehicle, stranded, with my parents driving me around! Mike Shakro immediately read the situation, and the people involved. He patiently and delicately navigated through countless questions.
My Dad was all geared up for a leased replacement vehicle. I wanted to make a purchase. Mike convinced my Dad of all the important, valid reasons why it's better to purchase. Then, my Dad wanted me to purchase the beautiful grey 2013 Camry ready to go. Well, that's the same color I've had for eight years.
A red 2013 Camry had just come in, with lower miles. Red...I need a splash of color! Again, Mike convinced my Dad (my cosigner) that the fire engine Red Camry was the better choice (he knew the customer who'd leased it, etc).
It's my car, after all. It's in beautiful condition, like brand-new, inside and out! It's gorgeous! I love it!
Mike went the extra mile to get new tires put on, new blades, all new mats, etc. I couldn't be more thrilled!!
I knew from the start that we were in great hands, and I felt completely comfortable with the whole process. It was a wonderful experience, and working with Mike was a pleasure. He always called us back, right away, and had answers. Without Mike, I'd be leading a Corolla instead of buying a Camry:))

The car was to have side molding which was not attached. There were no floor mats. I will be returning next week to have items installed. Disappointed.

Not only did he find me a great vehicle, but he makes sure you are getting value for you money. He personally managed my purchase right through to making sure I even had spare keys. As well a a full tank!!
You would have thought I was buying a new 2017 model. Doesn't seem to matter to TEE. Tee And David also made sure I got the best trade in value.

I had my tailgate repaired here, took longer than expected but that's fine they didn't have it in the warehouse. The person who was in charge of my vehicle was David Cotaling (the manager). My negative experience was that I was promised a full gas tank and vehicle would be returned to me back to the way it was. It wasn't. Gas tank was not full, they increased my mileage, and they returned my vehicle back to me filthy. My son's blanket was in the trunk, his car seat holder was filthy with dirt and the passenger console had shoe marks on it. What made it worse was how I received an email on MY opinion to give them a rating. I put fair and explained why. Not too long later, I receive an email from the manager stating to please give them a good review making it sound like a demand. The rating is a customer's opinion on how the service was, not a demand of what it should be for their benefit! Disappointed with the manager! Not good managing skills with customer service.

Unfortunately this dealer failed to fix a relatively simple problem with defective tires on a brand new truck and even erroneously charged me. They were given the opportunity twice but failed, wasting my time. I had the problem accurately troubleshot and resolved at another dealer in Hartford with no hassles. Toyota of Colchester has not earned my business and I will not be back.

West Brook toyota is the worst - Angry customer
I brought my car to have AC fixed and recalls. on the way back home noticed check engine light on. I went back next day to find out . Service desk man said my O2 sensor was broken $360. I spent already $650 for AC fixed. We decided to fix our own. we found out someone from west brook Toyota physically removed O2 sensor and tried to charge us $ 360.. what a greedy people. watch out please.
