I received good service from Cody in leasing a new Camry. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car. As with most dealerships they say they'll offer you a great deal from the start but in reality you have to negotiate a deal and this dealership was no exception however in the end I felt that I received a reasonable deal for my new lease.

Originally my wife and I came into this dealership with intentions of looking at a Toyota Rav4. Tim Roy was our sales man who we had the pleasure of working with. He took the time to get to know what we were looking for, what our price range was, and gave us a thorough explanation and tutorial of all the bells and whistles that the Rav4 had to offer. Everything from opening the hood, to explanation all of the features of the navigation system. We must have spent at least an hour and a half. Never did he pressure us to buy the car that day. Fast forward i had intended to buy a Chevy Silverado and had pretty much committed already. I slept on it and came in the next day to speak to Tim about the Toyota Tacoma. Again he walked me through all of the features and navigation (many of which were the same for the Tacoma). We took it for a ride and i changed my mind to purchase the Tacoma. A lot more bells and whistles than the plain old Chevy Silverado. I'm loving the Tacoma and we are picking up the Rav4 on Saturday. Needless to say what we thought was going to be a 1 car purchase turned into two due to the great experience and sales experience.

He spent time with me in the Pyrius this morning reviewing all the high technology systems in the car. He answered all of my questions and he is very knowledgeable about the Toyota brands and shares his expertise. He prepares the final sale to completion.

I recently went to this dealership and I met Tamara. She had a smile on her face and was ready to help me. She was very knowledgable about the vehicle I was interested in. This isn't my first time at a dealership, so I get sometimes there is stress.. But not with this dealership- everything was smooth sailing. Just got a 2016 Rav4 at the August Toyota clearance sale. Got a great deal! We haven't bought a new car since the recession of 2008 and our credit is getting better, but not perfect.
Mike Shakro, our sales rep walked us through the leasing and buy options, working to help us get the best value and help with our monthly cash flow. Then Jose in financing went to bat for us too. We got a fabulous new car that works with our budget.
We were referred by a friend who has 3 Toyotas. We'll now get Toyota's from hereon and refer all our friends and family too.
Best of all, the Rav4 is awesome! What a great feeling to drive this new car!

I had my tailgate repaired here, took longer than expected but that's fine they didn't have it in the warehouse. The person who was in charge of my vehicle was David Cotaling (the manager). My negative experience was that I was promised a full gas tank and vehicle would be returned to me back to the way it was. It wasn't. Gas tank was not full, they increased my mileage, and they returned my vehicle back to me filthy. My son's blanket was in the trunk, his car seat holder was filthy with dirt and the passenger console had shoe marks on it. What made it worse was how I received an email on MY opinion to give them a rating. I put fair and explained why. Not too long later, I receive an email from the manager stating to please give them a good review making it sound like a demand. The rating is a customer's opinion on how the service was, not a demand of what it should be for their benefit! Disappointed with the manager! Not good managing skills with customer service.

In the current market Customer Care is key to sucess. We came here as a last resort after visiting several car dealers in the surrounding area. Frustrated with the whole car purchase experience we really didn't expect anything positive. I must say our experience here was both positive and refreshing. Every step along the way the staff was very helpful and more than willing to let us take vehicles home overnight or all day. We did this on three different occasions with different vehicle types. I must say I never expected this high level of customer care. I would highly recommend giving them a chance to win your business.
The general manager was awesome. He showed us patience, was courteous and very helpful as we worked through our circumstance revolving around this decision. BIG Thank you to Andy, Jason, Rocco & Chris for sharing his story.

Big Disappointment - SJP
Unfortunately this dealer failed to fix a relatively simple problem with defective tires on a brand new truck and even erroneously charged me. They were given the opportunity twice but failed, wasting my time. I had the problem accurately troubleshot and resolved at another dealer in Hartford with no hassles. Toyota of Colchester has not earned my business and I will not be back.
West Brook toyota is the worst - Angry customer
I brought my car to have AC fixed and recalls. on the way back home noticed check engine light on. I went back next day to find out . Service desk man said my O2 sensor was broken $360. I spent already $650 for AC fixed. We decided to fix our own. we found out someone from west brook Toyota physically removed O2 sensor and tried to charge us $ 360.. what a greedy people. watch out please.

IT IS 5:13 PM ON MONDAY. WE CALLED OUR SALESMAN BACK NAMES JASON WHO TOOK US FOR A TEST DRIVE OF A VEHICLE THAT WE WERE INTERESTED IN. THIS VEHICLE WAS GOING TO BE A SPECIAL ORDER VEHICLE . WE COULD NOT EVEN GET THRU DUE TO THE FACT THE RECEPTIONIST ANSWERING THE PHONE KEPT CUTTING MY HUSBAND OFF AS HE WAS TRYING TO JUST LET HER KNOW THAT SHE KEPT CONNECTING HIM TO A VOICE MAIL...THIS WAS 3 TIMES. HE FINALLY GOT A PERSON AND MY HUSBAND WHO IS HARD OF HEARING ASKED HIS NAME AGAIN AND THE PERSON STATED THAT HE HAD ALREADY TOLD MY HUSBAND HIS NAME!!!!!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? AND THEN I GET ON THE PHONE AND SPEAK TO MIKE ANTONINO AND HE COULD HAVE CARED LESS!!!! NICE TO SEE THAT YOUR DEALERSHIP DONT NEED BUSINESS AND THAT YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS SO RUDELY FOR NO REASON...WE WILL STICK TO FALVEY'S...AT LEAST THEY KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY ANSWER THE PHONE AND SEEM TO CARE ABOUT OUR BUSINESS.
