We have bought several cars from this dealership. We never received any pressure from the salesmen on buying a car. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. These people are also very easy to deal with and still very helpful after the purchases were made. The service department is excellent and they are also easy to deal with. They listen to your concerns and treat you like one of the family.This is why I brought my sister here to lease a car.

Search for a 2013 Certified Sienna - Abiding
My husband I had been searching for a 2013 Certified Toyota Sienna XLE with Navagation, backup camera that was in really nice shape and really preferred a specific color. It's a lot to ask and we searched far and wide eventually traveling 1 hour to Toyota of Greenwich. Initially I searched. by myself, and the minute i walked into the showroom I was warmly greeted by Bob Federico, the sales manager. I explained my need and he introduced me to Shani. Shani is highly knowledgable on the vehicles and has a relaxed personality that is easy to relate to. Never once did I feel pressured or like I needed to wash my hands from that slimy salesperson attitude. Several times she stayed late to meet our busy schedules, and on her days off, when we needed updates, Bob Federico stepped right in. Ultimately we found a vehicle in another dealership, but it was through no fault of Toyota of Greenwich Our needs were specific, so it just came down to where the vehicle was located. The warm family atmosphere was very comfortable. I'll definitely return when in the market for our next Toyota. (All we will ever buy! Amazing cars! !)

Bobby Ledesma and Frank Pratts were terrific. They were accommodating, very detailed in their explanation of the leasing process, and receptive to the needs and concerns of the client. I liked the one sales associate program. I had one sales person's undivided attention. This raises the confidence level of the client in the dealership and the vehicle.

If you want a great buying experience for a Toyota, go see Rob Apted at Gale Toyota. He was very courteous and absolutely did not pressure me into buying the car I bought (2014 Toyota Coralla LE). Got me approved on a busy Saturday and I drove off the lot same day. When I went to drop off the title to the car I traded in, I talked to him about some concerns with the car (front bumper loose, one hubcap different from others, etc.) We scheduled an appointment for today to detail the car and he stated that he would take care of my concerns and he did. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Toyota. Thanks Rob.

Very easy and quick buying experience! I worked with Tee on buying a used Scion FR-S(a car he originally sold). Helped work out a fair deal, and drove it off the lot that day. The entire process was very easy. Traded in a car, switched my insurance, and signed all the paperwork in less than 2 hrs. The whole staff there was very nice and helpful. Overall was a great buying experience. I would Highly recommend!

I had my tailgate repaired here, took longer than expected but that's fine they didn't have it in the warehouse. The person who was in charge of my vehicle was David Cotaling (the manager). My negative experience was that I was promised a full gas tank and vehicle would be returned to me back to the way it was. It wasn't. Gas tank was not full, they increased my mileage, and they returned my vehicle back to me filthy. My son's blanket was in the trunk, his car seat holder was filthy with dirt and the passenger console had shoe marks on it. What made it worse was how I received an email on MY opinion to give them a rating. I put fair and explained why. Not too long later, I receive an email from the manager stating to please give them a good review making it sound like a demand. The rating is a customer's opinion on how the service was, not a demand of what it should be for their benefit! Disappointed with the manager! Not good managing skills with customer service.

Big Disappointment - SJP
Unfortunately this dealer failed to fix a relatively simple problem with defective tires on a brand new truck and even erroneously charged me. They were given the opportunity twice but failed, wasting my time. I had the problem accurately troubleshot and resolved at another dealer in Hartford with no hassles. Toyota of Colchester has not earned my business and I will not be back.

High pressure sale and bully tactics. Unfriendly and wanted money to test drive truck not even on lot. Was told nobody could find my truck and that I would pay over MSRP.
Found great dealer In Ma. and bought my truck less than two weeks later.

After visiting two respected Toyota dealerships (#1 & #2) I went to Westbrook Toyota/Scion (#3). I will be ordering a 2016 Toyota RAV4. When ordering from the factory I know all dealers pay the same amount. When the sales person gave me the final price I couldn't believe my ears. They were $4,788.78 more than Dealer #2 and $5,179..27 more than Dealer#1. When viewing the options that I ordered, they were twice the price of the two previous dealers. We reviewed my list of options three times so we were sure to compare apples to apples. They offered me $1,300.00 less than the previous two dealers. in regard to my trade in. Compare prices with other Toyota dealerships so you can save your fast dollars.

IT IS 5:13 PM ON MONDAY. WE CALLED OUR SALESMAN BACK NAMES JASON WHO TOOK US FOR A TEST DRIVE OF A VEHICLE THAT WE WERE INTERESTED IN. THIS VEHICLE WAS GOING TO BE A SPECIAL ORDER VEHICLE . WE COULD NOT EVEN GET THRU DUE TO THE FACT THE RECEPTIONIST ANSWERING THE PHONE KEPT CUTTING MY HUSBAND OFF AS HE WAS TRYING TO JUST LET HER KNOW THAT SHE KEPT CONNECTING HIM TO A VOICE MAIL...THIS WAS 3 TIMES. HE FINALLY GOT A PERSON AND MY HUSBAND WHO IS HARD OF HEARING ASKED HIS NAME AGAIN AND THE PERSON STATED THAT HE HAD ALREADY TOLD MY HUSBAND HIS NAME!!!!!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? AND THEN I GET ON THE PHONE AND SPEAK TO MIKE ANTONINO AND HE COULD HAVE CARED LESS!!!! NICE TO SEE THAT YOUR DEALERSHIP DONT NEED BUSINESS AND THAT YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS SO RUDELY FOR NO REASON...WE WILL STICK TO FALVEY'S...AT LEAST THEY KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY ANSWER THE PHONE AND SEEM TO CARE ABOUT OUR BUSINESS.
