I have been trying to get my gap insurance refund since January 2025 that was issued to the dealer by chase bank. I have talked to the finance manager several times, the sales manager and even the general manager. I have been calling weekly for over 3 months now. Each person I spoke with said they would get it resolved and get the refund check to me. They also say they will call back. No one ever calls back. Last week I spoke to the general manager and he got mad because I am frustrated with his dealership and asking for what is owed to me. He also assured me he would resolve the issue and overnight a refund check. Well I am still waiting on my check. The refund was sent to the dealer and instead of sending me the refund, it appears they are just keeping my money. Worst dealer experience in over 60 new car purchases. Will never buy here again and will never recommend this dealership.

They were very professional at the express oil change. A little longer than I anticipated. But other than the time everything went well. They also rotated the tires but didn't check the psi. Returned to have the correct air pressure adjusted. As far as dealerships go They are topnotch.

I had one of the worst experiences with this dealership. Please do not finance through them. The dealer finalized one amount on paper but swapped it with a higher amount on screen, sneaking in unnecessary charges like the Elite Package and Tri Bundle—which I never agreed to. The financing ended up being $7,000 more than expected, and to make matters worse, he manipulated the loan duration and amount to inflate the interest rate by 2%. This was a deliberate trick to trap customers into paying significantly more over time. After the deal was done, there was zero support. Calls were ignored, and they took no responsibility for the shady behavior. This was a complete scam. Avoid this dealership at all costs—run, don’t walk. Protect yourself and your money.
