I would highly recommend this dealership. The dealership was clean the people were very nice. I was approached by Bill Howorth (the salesmen) he was great. He was very knowledgeable about the truck, was not overly pushy, very organized, was very down to earth and was more then willing to work with me on a price that worked well for me. Unlike other dealerships I have been to in the past the actual buying process did not take long what so ever I was in and out with my new truck within an hour and a half it was great. Bill was even nice enough to call me the following morning just to make sure the truck drove well home and there were no issues once we left, it was very thoughtful and made a great impression. My girlfriend will be looking for a new car within the next few years and we will be back to valley Honda for that car as well and we will also be requesting Bill again.

Sam responded quickly and via email (my preferred method) to my initial query. I asked him a total price which he provided and there was no attempt to pad it when I was at the dealership - had there been, I would have walked out without buying the car so I was happy about that. Ryan, who took over from Sam, was very helpful and responsive with regards to getting the necessary paperwork to my credit union in a very short period of time and, when we got to the dealership, he continued to be helpful without being pushy. For example, without my having to ask, he offered a test drive - I'm not sure if that is standard but, in any case, I appreciated it. Despite his efficiency though, I didn't feel rushed or pressured which is important to me. Overall, very satisfied with my experience.

We checked the used car website and found a 2014 Odyssey that we liked. Called our salesperson we have used in the past and got an appointment for the next day, The showroom was very busy and Tim was working with someone when we arrived, but he was quite able to take care of all of us. He is very experienced and knows his car business. We took a test drive, filled out paperwork and drove it home that afternoon! Hondas are great and reliable but so is our salesperson, Tim Render.

Very pleasant sales experience with a recent purchase of a used Honda Fit that was on the lot. I dealt with James A. and he was very professional and not at all the typical "Car Salesman" stereotype that is so prevalent with this trade. A low pressure, low bull approach is appreciated greatly.
It's nice to work with a salesman that understands that the internet exists and that customers can come in the door having a pretty good idea of what the out the door price on a vehicle should be before entering into negotiations.
Many other dealers in the area are still practicing the same old song and shady dance as they have in years past. So it was refreshing to find a dealer that seems to be moving beyond those tactics (or at least a salesman that is).
The next time we're looking for a new (or newer) car, we will look up James first.

Bought a '13 crv today. Found the place because they were offering at a fantastic price. Very busy Saturday. Salesman trying to balance three people at once ( even though we had an appointment.) Took one hour to find out if a different car was certified. No one could answer. Never did find out! Check-out process was quite slow. Took 45 minutes to learn the loan rate and payment info. If the deal hadn't been so good we most certainly would have left. Too many people involved, all very nice, but they need to figure out how to work together MORE EFFICIENTLY. Five hours later.. great car, great price, lousy experience.

In 2011 I purchased a civic at continental Honda through the Costco auto program. I had an exceptional buying experience with Terry Scudieri. So when I was interested in a second honda, I went back to continental honda using the Costco program again. Once again I had an exceptional buying experience, this time with Rich Jaeger. The price was very fair, and Rich was thorough and transparent in explaining the price. The 2017 accord I bought came with a lot of technology, and Rich spent a lot of time with me explaining all the new features. A week after the purchase,I noticed a paint defect in the door. Rich took care of the defect to my great satisfaction.

Don't buy car from castle Honda, go to any other dealership. I bought a car from a salesman name Dan park, he was so nice and helpful when I'm purchasing a new car. But when I went back in for my 1st time oil change, they charged me $77.
(the service guy should've told me that they are going to charge me but he didn't. All he said was I need ur signature. It's kinda my fault too. I should've checked the paper before I sign)
So I said " I've never seen a dealership who charges 1st time oil change" and he said "u should call ur salesman about that"
I was on my way to work and they already did the oil change so I had to pay and rush out from there, and I called DAN PARK (salesman)couple hours later and asked him if there's anything he can do for me. But his reaction was so rude, he wasn't the same salesman who Sold the car to me. He said " there's nothing he can do and his off that day so don't wanna deal with me" OMG
What kind of salesman does that? I get it. U don't wanna work on ur day off , but still at least he could've said nicely I'm off today can I call u back tomorrow when I'm at work or something. His attitude really upset me so I called castle Honda to speak with sales manager her name was Nora or something, OMG, she's the worst she said ur problem is minor problems I have, don't call me again I'll call u back on Monday,(I called her twice cause she hung up on me). And of course I never heard from her. ( All this happened on Friday and today is Wednesday) I'm wasn't looking for free oil change, all I want was nice explanation.
(I trade in 2015 Audi Q5. And I bought 2016 crv touring. And all paid off and even bought extended warranty, I'm not cheap person who trying to get free stuff all the time)

Would not suggest this dealership to anyone. I thin they only sell cars to people that have bad credit, are too stupid to understand simple strategy or want the car so bad, they don't care what they pay. We went in on a Friday night to test drive. The salesman kept trying to get us to buy the CR-V we were test driving. The salesman, Moudi, made up some story that for every car they sell before 6:00pm, Honda will send them two cars in return for the one sale. Luck y for us, it was 5:30. That didn't work, I don't care how many cars they get. Not that I believed the idiot anyway. Then he offered a value for our trade, unseen. I said he was too low, not even close to KBB, but we would bring the car back to have it looked at. We already knew the KBB value, but when we went in the next day, they looked at it and told us it was worth about 2500 less than they offered us, but since they already offered us that, they would give it to us. Then they showed us a KBB estimate with a different model of our car. We had the best and they showed us entry level. I refused the deal and asked for my keys, then the "sales manager" comes over and tries to sell us on putting a few thousand down to get us to the price we want to be at. Really, if we are at $30,000 and I give you $5,000 you will sell me the car for $25,000.

Communication Issues with Customers - Dianne
The best person to work with at this dealership was Stephan, our salesman. He was professional, friendly, had a positive attitude, and offered to help us in any way he could. The out-of-state purchase resulted in our buying a very fine 2014 used Honda Pilot. Two issues: (1) There was no owner's manual, and they had no interest in making sure we had one. Yes, I can buy one on eBay for $30, and that's what I would have done if I had been the manager at the dealership! The communication issue is that they never told us there wasn't one, probably didn't know, and did not respond to the first three calls we made about it. Finally, they said they had one, but it's more like a pamphlet, and they were sending it right away. When it arrived, it was indeed a pamphlet, or a leaflet . . . an advertisement piece features the various Honda models. That's all. (2) The other was also a communication issue. They could have told us it would take three weeks out of four to receive the out-of-state paperwork in order to license the vehicle. With 30 days to get the license, and with my plans to be out of state the fourth week, this was definitely an issue. If they could have at least communicated to me what the expectations are, I wouldn't have stressed about it. By the time I received the title, I had one morning to get my license paperwork on the day I had to leave town. I would have appreciated a clean car when we arrived at the dealership too, since they knew the day before we were arriving from out of state by noon on the day we purchased it. The good thing is that I bought a great vehicle, and when I get my owner's manual (which I had to buy on eBay), I'll finally be able to figure out how to use the navigation and other systems.
Failed paint job - no support - EdHeineman
Had a great experience buying another Honda at Brad Barker in the spring. Now my 2015 CRV has several paint chips down to the metal. Every time I turn around I have another chip of paint. I have no support from the dealer just a nonchalant "Oh, those are all from rocks or car doors." No, the paint is bad and it continues to worsen. Ever see a 2015 with rust?
