I have nothing but great things to say about both Tony Carroll and Zimmerman Honda. It was a completely painless experience. We visited four dealerships and also negotiated with two online including the other local Honda dealership and by far this was the place that we felt comfortable due to a friendly staff and no high pressure sales tactics. I do not make impulse purchases and let Tony know ahead of time we like to take our time when making major purchases. Tony was perfect. He answered any phone call I made and if I had a question and he wasn't sure of the answer, he didn't make something up (unlike a competitor), he found the correct answer out for me. He is extremely courteous and helpful as was the rest of the staff. Off the top of my head, Marty, RC, Brian, and Sean all spent time talking with us and giving attention to our Chihuahua and Yorkie. As far as price goes, they met our best trade in offer and beat out best sale offer for the car we were purchasing. The price was less than what TrueCar said was a great purchase price. Aaron from finance was also great and found an offer that saved us some basis points on our financing agreement. I cannot recommend this place enough, especially Tony. He will bend over backwards for you and will not pressure you into making a decision before you are comfortable.

Bought a '13 crv today. Found the place because they were offering at a fantastic price. Very busy Saturday. Salesman trying to balance three people at once ( even though we had an appointment.) Took one hour to find out if a different car was certified. No one could answer. Never did find out! Check-out process was quite slow. Took 45 minutes to learn the loan rate and payment info. If the deal hadn't been so good we most certainly would have left. Too many people involved, all very nice, but they need to figure out how to work together MORE EFFICIENTLY. Five hours later.. great car, great price, lousy experience.

I purchased a brand new car at Mc Grath Honda of St. Charles on 2012. The buying experience was great until we bought car. After they got our money and closed the deal the troubles started with the service department.
Usually I'm not a negative person and never spend time for negative comments or reviews. They installed a remote starter and alarm but t never worked properly and after trying a few months to fix the issue we gave up and they removed it. We got a new alarm from a different mechanic shop that worked perfectly.
We started having a issue with starting the car after a year. We went to the service department a few times, but they weren't able to find the problem. After a few attempts they told us that there is an electric drain from the alarm. We took the car and went to a different mechanic shop to check the issue and they didn't find anything wrong with the electric system. In the mean time continued to not to start sometimes. We went back to the dealer for another check on the car they replaced the battery and tore out the remote starter and the alarm without even calling us and making sure that is fine. Thank god everything was free, covered under the car warranty.
But they didn't fix the problem and today -12/03/2016 after more than four years and spending hours and days of going back and forward, the technician Michael Palmer was so rude and uncooperative he even told that I was wasting his time and he isn't going to make any free diagnostics, the problem is again in the battery. But it is not worth their time anymore because my car is four years old and there is no more warranty.
My suggestions to every body if you have money and time to spend go to Mc Grath Honda of St. Charles or otherwise stay away.

This was my third purchase of a Hyundai from the Bob Brady Dealership because I really like Hyundai's, and I enjoy working with the sales and service staff at Bob Brady's. Not only was he more than willing to work with me to stay within my price range, but he was able to get the monthly price down BELOW it. I would strongly recommend purchasing a car from this dealership, ESPECIALLY if you are a first-time car buyer like myself. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I admit I was a little skeptical prior to coming to this Honda dealership due to all the negative ratings (those were mostly related to trade in/used vehicles). But I recently bought a new 2016 Honda CR-V through an online sales consultant Jessica N. she was wonderful and emailed me back w/n 24 hours and was very patient and informative with my phone calls and questions. I had a great experience when I went into the store Ash the sales consultant took very good care of me and my significant other. Jessica gave me an out-the-door price and within 5 minutes of me walking in they had paperwork printed that matched my online quote with Jessica's. John handled financing and was very thorough throughout the process and explained every step of the way. Overall, it was a great experience to purchase a new car. Not to mention the PRICE was definitely right and the best quote I could find in Illinois. No dealership would come down from in price by a penny.

Napleton of Loves Park stands behind their sales. I bought a used Toyota Sequoia from Napleton and everyone was extremely friendly and easy to work with. The sales manager I worked with was not pushy at all and the entire team was helpful during the negotiations. Upon getting my new used car home (to the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago—about 70 miles from the Napleton Loves Park location), I attempted to use the DVD player that came built into the vehicle. I noticed it would not work and immediately tried to see if I could troubleshoot the issue myself after doing some research. After researching and trying a few small fixes, I determined I was not going to be able to fix the issue easily so I called Napleton to see if they would be able to assist, saying I only had the car a few hours. I talked to the General Sales Manager Dan, and he was very apologetic about the situation, and told me that they would investigate and fix the issue as soon as they could. I then told him that I lived about 70 miles away and would not be able to bring the car into their dealership for awhile due to the long drive. Dan then offered to pick the car up from my house, drive the car back to/from Loves Park, and to provide a loaner car to me while the car was being worked on. I did not like the idea of putting another 150 miles on the vehicle just to get the DVD player fixed, so Dan then offered to drive it to/from on an enclosed trailer.
Long story short, everyone was a pleasure to deal with from Napleton, the car was driven to/from my house on an enclosed trailer, and the DVD player now works fine. Customer satisfaction was very important to Napleton of Loves Park, so you should not be worried to buy a new or used car from them. They were great to work with and stood behind their cars.

After speaking to to a rep from the dealership twice we made the 50 mile drive to check out a 2015 Nissan Murano. It seemed like a great price and had very low miles. We we arrived there were so many cars for sale that there was no place for us to park.
After finally just parking in an isle we went inside and it took 10 minutes for us to be assisted.
The car was filthy and had no gas in it. The salesman was clueless when asked details about the car. It just appeared to me that they made no effort to get the car ready for us. If they don't care before the sale why would I think they would care AFTER the sale!
