The customer service at this location is wonderful! My husband and I had such an amazing experience at this location, from the start to finish. I knew that I wanted a white Honda Pilot, however they did not have this color. Nelson Caban was able to get it for me within a month! I was so happy to wait because it was my first "new" car and my first SUV. I love the car and could not be happier with this car buying experience! Nelson Caban and Starr Lack were so helpful!! My mother in law also came in to look at a car and she raved about Nelson too. She said that he was so professional and that her whole experience was great! Because of the experience I had on my first purchase, I decided to continue coming back for all my maintenance care through the Brilliance Service Dept. They always do great work with a great print out of all items inspected and a list of what to expect for future servicing. Today when I came in for basic oil change, I was curious about what other cars they had available. As a result, I drove out in a new (to me) certified pre-owned Accord. (Loved my first one and already know I'm gonna love the second too!) Jeff Cummings was my sales rep. He was straight forward and no playing games. He asked what I was looking for and what my terms were. From there, he got the process started and in a timely and courteous manner, he got me into my car. Darrell in the financial/business dept set me up with my paperwork and also treated me with respect and answered all my questions. These guys made the whole process easy and comfortable. Not feeling pressured or getting the usual run around is why I will always continue to come back to Brilliance Honda. Best customer service out there!

Bought a '13 crv today. Found the place because they were offering at a fantastic price. Very busy Saturday. Salesman trying to balance three people at once ( even though we had an appointment.) Took one hour to find out if a different car was certified. No one could answer. Never did find out! Check-out process was quite slow. Took 45 minutes to learn the loan rate and payment info. If the deal hadn't been so good we most certainly would have left. Too many people involved, all very nice, but they need to figure out how to work together MORE EFFICIENTLY. Five hours later.. great car, great price, lousy experience.

When I went in to the dealership, everyone was very friendly. The did offer me a better price than Edmunds.com. Ryan worked to get me a deal I could afford. There was some miscommunication among different departments but when I was brought to their attention, they corrected it immediately and I ended up with the deal I was originally told I would have.

Carlos Fuentes- the sales consultant did an excellent job explaining the pros-and cons of all options available to us. He patiently explained the technical details like the CVT. But he never pressurized or rushed us. we visited again last month and he showed us around let us test drive multiple cars never once pressurizing us. Finally we bought the car last week and he gave us excellent tips of maintaining the car. he always has a smile, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous always professional. I will readily recommend the dealership to anyone wanting to buy a car.

I have leased 3 vehicles in the past few years from this dealership. Always had an overall positive experience except this most recent time when I went in wanting a lease special they had on their website, only to learn that the ad was a gimmick.
This has always been a dealership I have relied on top be straightforward and different from others. It really is disappointing that they have fallen to practices that entail not honoring their own specials they advertise online.

Would not suggest this dealership to anyone. I thin they only sell cars to people that have bad credit, are too stupid to understand simple strategy or want the car so bad, they don't care what they pay. We went in on a Friday night to test drive. The salesman kept trying to get us to buy the CR-V we were test driving. The salesman, Moudi, made up some story that for every car they sell before 6:00pm, Honda will send them two cars in return for the one sale. Luck y for us, it was 5:30. That didn't work, I don't care how many cars they get. Not that I believed the idiot anyway. Then he offered a value for our trade, unseen. I said he was too low, not even close to KBB, but we would bring the car back to have it looked at. We already knew the KBB value, but when we went in the next day, they looked at it and told us it was worth about 2500 less than they offered us, but since they already offered us that, they would give it to us. Then they showed us a KBB estimate with a different model of our car. We had the best and they showed us entry level. I refused the deal and asked for my keys, then the "sales manager" comes over and tries to sell us on putting a few thousand down to get us to the price we want to be at. Really, if we are at $30,000 and I give you $5,000 you will sell me the car for $25,000.

Communication Issues with Customers - Dianne
The best person to work with at this dealership was Stephan, our salesman. He was professional, friendly, had a positive attitude, and offered to help us in any way he could. The out-of-state purchase resulted in our buying a very fine 2014 used Honda Pilot. Two issues: (1) There was no owner's manual, and they had no interest in making sure we had one. Yes, I can buy one on eBay for $30, and that's what I would have done if I had been the manager at the dealership! The communication issue is that they never told us there wasn't one, probably didn't know, and did not respond to the first three calls we made about it. Finally, they said they had one, but it's more like a pamphlet, and they were sending it right away. When it arrived, it was indeed a pamphlet, or a leaflet . . . an advertisement piece features the various Honda models. That's all. (2) The other was also a communication issue. They could have told us it would take three weeks out of four to receive the out-of-state paperwork in order to license the vehicle. With 30 days to get the license, and with my plans to be out of state the fourth week, this was definitely an issue. If they could have at least communicated to me what the expectations are, I wouldn't have stressed about it. By the time I received the title, I had one morning to get my license paperwork on the day I had to leave town. I would have appreciated a clean car when we arrived at the dealership too, since they knew the day before we were arriving from out of state by noon on the day we purchased it. The good thing is that I bought a great vehicle, and when I get my owner's manual (which I had to buy on eBay), I'll finally be able to figure out how to use the navigation and other systems.
Failed paint job - no support - EdHeineman
Had a great experience buying another Honda at Brad Barker in the spring. Now my 2015 CRV has several paint chips down to the metal. Every time I turn around I have another chip of paint. I have no support from the dealer just a nonchalant "Oh, those are all from rocks or car doors." No, the paint is bad and it continues to worsen. Ever see a 2015 with rust?
