I recently purchased a 2017 Honda Ridgeline from Honda of Lisle, and have been very pleased with all of the aspects of the sales process. I had done considerable internet research on this vehicle, including specs, models and options, pricing, used car trade value, etc. and knew the model I wanted. I test drove several models, negotiated a price I thought was fair for the new truck and trade value, and completed delivery that day. No high-pressure sales push to purchase unwanted dealer "add-ons", truck was delivered in perfect shape, easy process to make a service appointment for one accessory option that had to be ordered, I would highly recommend to others to consider Honda of Lisle.

This dealership is great. This was my first car buying experience and the dealership really worked with me and made everything very easy. I was buying from out of state and made one trip to the dealership before I bought the car. I had the pleasure of working with Samer Gigis and I couldn’t ask for a more friendly and helpful car salesman. He was able to work with me to make the finances work for my situation. Samer was easily available to me throughout the whole car buying experience and very knowledgeable and walked me through the whole buying process. If you are thinking of going to this dealership I would highly recommend asking for Samer, he will make the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

Because of the experience I had on my first purchase, I decided to continue coming back for all my maintenance care through the Brilliance Service Dept. They always do great work with a great print out of all items inspected and a list of what to expect for future servicing. Today when I came in for basic oil change, I was curious about what other cars they had available. As a result, I drove out in a new (to me) certified pre-owned Accord. (Loved my first one and already know I'm gonna love the second too!) Jeff Cummings was my sales rep. He was straight forward and no playing games. He asked what I was looking for and what my terms were. From there, he got the process started and in a timely and courteous manner, he got me into my car. Darrell in the financial/business dept set me up with my paperwork and also treated me with respect and answered all my questions. These guys made the whole process easy and comfortable. Not feeling pressured or getting the usual run around is why I will always continue to come back to Brilliance Honda. Best customer service out there!

When I went in to the dealership, everyone was very friendly. The did offer me a better price than Edmunds.com. Ryan worked to get me a deal I could afford. There was some miscommunication among different departments but when I was brought to their attention, they corrected it immediately and I ended up with the deal I was originally told I would have.

Left feeling very satisfied with the work, the price and the Service Department. The only place I go. I also meet Service Manager Brian Langley, who truly cares about how his Department is ran.

I just purchased my very first car here about a month ago from my salesman Anthony and I had a really great experience. I wasn't approved for the new car I was planning on buying (which did bum me out a bit), but Anthony and their financing staff did everything it took for me to find a different car that I ended up really loving, fit my needs and my budget. The process was virtually painless and the customer service was outstanding. I was shown exactly how to use the technology my car came equipped with and Anthony even gave me a couple follow up calls to make sure everything was still going great. I recommend not only the dealership, but Anthony Juliano as well. He'll not only make sure you leave with a smile on your face, but he'll also make the process as easy as he possibly can. Would not suggest this dealership to anyone. I thin they only sell cars to people that have bad credit, are too stupid to understand simple strategy or want the car so bad, they don't care what they pay. We went in on a Friday night to test drive. The salesman kept trying to get us to buy the CR-V we were test driving. The salesman, Moudi, made up some story that for every car they sell before 6:00pm, Honda will send them two cars in return for the one sale. Luck y for us, it was 5:30. That didn't work, I don't care how many cars they get. Not that I believed the idiot anyway. Then he offered a value for our trade, unseen. I said he was too low, not even close to KBB, but we would bring the car back to have it looked at. We already knew the KBB value, but when we went in the next day, they looked at it and told us it was worth about 2500 less than they offered us, but since they already offered us that, they would give it to us. Then they showed us a KBB estimate with a different model of our car. We had the best and they showed us entry level. I refused the deal and asked for my keys, then the "sales manager" comes over and tries to sell us on putting a few thousand down to get us to the price we want to be at. Really, if we are at $30,000 and I give you $5,000 you will sell me the car for $25,000.

Avoid this place at all costs, unless you like being lied to and having your time wasted. My wife and I spent hours at the dealership test driving a car, and when we asked if it was in any accidents the dealer point blank said no and kept trying to shove paper work at us. We went home to think about it, and after running a report on Auto Check we found out it was in a front end accident just last year.
And they were trying to sell it like it was new. When I came back the next day to confront them, they said it was my responsibility to figure out if the vehicle was in a crash, not theirs to tell me. I mean...what?
Forget this place, you can do better.
Failed paint job - no support - EdHeineman
Had a great experience buying another Honda at Brad Barker in the spring. Now my 2015 CRV has several paint chips down to the metal. Every time I turn around I have another chip of paint. I have no support from the dealer just a nonchalant "Oh, those are all from rocks or car doors." No, the paint is bad and it continues to worsen. Ever see a 2015 with rust?
