I found a car I really liked but I live out of state. Elizabeth was timely in her communication with me and made sure I had all the information I requested in order to further discuss the transaction. Eventually she connected me with Don who was incredibly paitent and understood my situation. In the end, eveyrone worked very diligently to get me the car I wanted as well as get a fair trade-in value on my existing car. All around very impressed with the high touch and honesty during the buying/trade-in process. Would recommend both as I enjoyed my experience and once I arrived to pick up my new car, it was very efficient and everything went as we all agreed to. And Elizabeth even came in on her off day knowing I was coming from out of town and she thoroughly explained everything to me and answered all my questions! Thank you!!!

Looking on line for an Odyssey sending requests for more information to several dealers Marty was the first one to reply. Marty emailed and called providing me the full history of the Odyssey. I made arrangements to look at the van the following Saturday. When I arrived at the dealership the Odyssey was up front and ready to go. Needles to say I drove home in a new Odyssey, thanks Marty.

I was in the market for a somewhat new car, since mine was getting a little old. At some point my parents and I stumbled upon this dealer and saw a 2009 Toyota Camry for about $9,600 online. It looked like a nice, affordable and reliable car, so we went to go check it out. As soon as we arrived at the dealer we were greeted by Jakub Kot, a smart, well presented young man. He showed us the car, we took it for a spin and as a family, me and my parents, we decided that it was indeed the car we were looking for. When we got back to the dealer Jakub presented us with some of the best customer service I have seen in quite some time. He was friendly and easy going, as well as relatable, since him and I are both 20 years old he was able to comprehend what it's like to make such an important decision on such a tight budget. Once we spoke about the car a little bit he was able to give us a great price on the car. Truly Jakub knows how to treat a customer with care. Overall it was a wonderful, stress-free experience and I would encourage others to come to this dealership if they are looking forward to affordable cars, great customer service, and fantastic savings.

Because of the experience I had on my first purchase, I decided to continue coming back for all my maintenance care through the Brilliance Service Dept. They always do great work with a great print out of all items inspected and a list of what to expect for future servicing. Today when I came in for basic oil change, I was curious about what other cars they had available. As a result, I drove out in a new (to me) certified pre-owned Accord. (Loved my first one and already know I'm gonna love the second too!) Jeff Cummings was my sales rep. He was straight forward and no playing games. He asked what I was looking for and what my terms were. From there, he got the process started and in a timely and courteous manner, he got me into my car. Darrell in the financial/business dept set me up with my paperwork and also treated me with respect and answered all my questions. These guys made the whole process easy and comfortable. Not feeling pressured or getting the usual run around is why I will always continue to come back to Brilliance Honda. Best customer service out there!

Also the people are nice and professional and they do a good Job.

The honda service guy Eric was excellent. I took my car in because my car was pulling to the left. We taught it was just an alignment issue but turns out to be a bad tire. Eric was very helpful with keeping us updated and help us get a loaner car to drive back to Rockford which is an hour away. The sales guy Steve was great with helping us with our loaner car. He also fill our gas tank for us and was very friendly. We recommend Honda at Motor Werks because of the way the sales and service people treated us.

My salesman, Alvin, was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and courteous. I also dealt directly with Frank, the general manager, who I also liked. However, I specifically requested that the financing go through Capital One instead of Wells Fargo because I simply do not like Wells Fargo......long story. The finance person also stated it would go through Capital One. But, somehow it ended up with Wells Fargo anyway. I left a voice mail for Frank and have not got a call back. It is frustrating not to get a call back.

First off let me say that I shop when making a purchase. A lot. I have been a Honda owner since 1993. I recently was in the market for a new car and looked at Mercedes, Cadllac, Hyundai and Mazdza for a sedan with the latest and greatest in technology, without exceeding my desired price point. Once again I came back to the Honda Accord EXL-V6 with Navi and sensing, because of the reliability of Honda and the ease of use of the technology.
I was fortunate to be in a position that I did not HAVE to have a new car, but wanted one. I shopped the majority of the local Honda dealers and found Bill Kay to have the most competitive pricing around, even more so than the dealer where I bought my two previous Accord EXV-L's.
My sales person, Donny McGee went above and beyond to meet my needs. He had the vehicle delivered to the dealership within a few days of placing my order. He worked around my schedule coming in on his days off to meet with me. He made sure I was able to get the best price available (over $750 less than other dealers) and made sure the car was spotless when delivered. All while being personable and professional. No matter who I spoke to during the purchasing process at Bill Kay, they knew who I was and were very pleasant to deal with.
Although it's a bit of a drive to get to Bill Kay, I feel you would be remiss not to visit Bill Kay for your next vehicle purchase. I look forward to outstanding service for my Accord in the future.

I recently visited Muller Honda for service on my 2010 accord. I bought the accord at Honda of Kenosha, but since I live in Grayslake I don't want to trek up to Kenosha for reliable service. I have used the service department before, when it was Rosen, and it was fine, but nothing special. This time, I was blown away. My service advisor was Chris Wrublik, and he made sure that all of my concerns were addressed. Not only that, he fixed an issue with my brakes that Honda of Kenosha had messed up on!
The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I was out in an hour, for oil change, spark plugs, belt and filter replacement, and brake service. I never got the survey, my spam box must have permanently ate it, but I could not let this service go unnoticed.

We knew our older car needed to be replaced, but put off purchasing a replacement as long as possible. We visited several dealerships during our search for a used vehicle with low miles, pristine interior, a record for reliability and great gas mileage. We found a few vehicles at other dealerships that could have worked, but didn't like the atmosphere or the attitude of the salesmen. When we stopped by McGrath Honda in St. Charles, we were greeted warmly by Conrad Gomes, who seemed more interested in helping us find the right vehicle and explaining the features of the various models we test drove than making a sale. The Saturday we visited, Conrad ended up not having a vehicle we were interested in so we exchanged contact information. The following Monday, Conrad and his sales manager both contacted us by phone to say they now had a vehicle they thought would be a perfect fit for us. We ended up driving to St. Charles on Tuesday evening and purchasing the car. We are thrilled. Conrad phoned us the day after the sale to make sure we were happy with the purchase and offered to explain any features (like Bluetooth) that we might not be familiar with how to work. Within a week, we also received a hand-written thank you note in the mail from Conrad. Thank you to Conrad and the team at McGrath Honda in St. Charles for an amazing car buying experience!

Very poor customer relations after making a purchase. I bought a used 2014 Civic in a month or two ago from them. Spring rolled around and I tried to turn on the AC for the first time and discovered that it didn't work. I brought it back in hoping they would be helpful and fix the issue for at least at a discounted rate since they sold it to me with the issue and I had only made one payment on the vehicle. They refused to give me any leniency at all and were going to charge me $110/hr just to diagnose the issue. I would expect a dealership like this to have a little better customer relationship than to just dismiss me the second I drive my vehicle off the lot. While I understand that they are making a business decision to not provide me any leniency, their decision will keep me from doing any future business with this dealership again.

Greeted by 6 month old deflated balloons, every salesman with a look of who cares on their face, and a couple of mobsters with silk suits trying to tie you to a salesman's desk. I thought this type of salesmanship was long gone. I thought wrong. Just find another dealer....Honda is a great product with a great reputation. Just don't line these peoples' pockets because of it. Google Honda dealers and they are all over the place, and they don't treat you like you are intruding.

Bought in a 2015 Honda Fit EX-L that was having problems starting, the car in the short time that I owned it would not start on two separate occasions and I was told by Joe the service manager that the car was ok and since they could not replicate what happened when the car wouldn't start, next time it happens, I needed to call road side assistance, Not acceptable!!! no one buys a car, especially a Honda that may/may not start, Joe was no help and offered no solution or any explanation, nor felt bad that a customer was having an issue with a Honda and his only solution was to "call roadside assistance if it happens again"
