My family and I went car shopping at "The Honda Superstore of Lisle" last Wednesday (08/09/2017) to look for a new vehicle. (We actually ended up buying a Pre-owned 2016 Honda Civic Sedan-Touring)
We sat down for a couple of minutes until we were greeted by Scott Heger. From that meet and greet moment, I know right away that this is the kind of a salesman to trust with our car buying. Scott listened to us all the time and answered our questions patiently and honestly. Scott made us feel comfortable at the showroom. He went above and beyond showing us all options, and he made sure that my family ended up with the car that we want. There were no hassles, pressure, or slick sale gimmicks.
While doing the paper works, Scott always comes back to us very often to ask if we were doing fine specially our kids and ask too if I want more coffee. My 8 y/old daughter even ask me if I’ve known Scott for a very long time because of how comfortable we talked to each other. For me and family, when somebody treats you with GREAT RESPECT, it’s a deal breaker for us.

I had the pleasure of working with Brian Krakowski. He is the best! He was very pleasant when we walked in the showroom. Even after we told him we had already been in and talked to another sales person ( who wasn't in at the time) he continued to answer our questions and offer to help. He didn't walk away knowing he would not get the sale. We came back a few times looking at the CRV. We were also working with Missy, when the possibility of leasing came up. She called Brian in and he took his time to explain all the pros and cons of leasing vs buying. We came back the next day and our original sales person was working with another customer, so Brian helped us again. We bought the CRV that day and he was more than efficient. He made the process of buying a car as hassle free as possible. Because we had to go, he told me to come back the next day and we would thoroughly go over all the features in the car, because he didn't want us to feel rushed. Brian went far above and beyond taking care of us. Honda should be proud to have Brian on their team! Honda of Joliet is a great place with great people.

I finally had to trade in my 26 year old Honda Accord yesterday. I put it off until it couldn't be fixed anymore or it cost too much money for repairs. So, I checked out cars available at Napleton Honda online, found a CRV I liked a lot and went in for a test drive. That SUV was too expensive for my budget so Peter took me on a test drive in a 2014 Honda Civic. It handled great and was just what I was looking for. I spoke with Tony Chippas over the phone the day before and he was very encouraging and assured me they would take care of me in finding the right car. Tony introduced me to Peter and he took it from there, with Tony helping in the process from time to time. They let me take the car to my mechanic for a thorough once over and made any recommended very minor adjustments needed when I returned. They were most encouraging throughout the entire process. I got approved for the loan and was taken to the finance department where I met Frank who patiently explained everything to me and offered me a great deal on extras like an extended warranty that fit my needs. I couldn't ask for a more competent and friendly group of gentlemen. Buying a car can be an intimidating process, but Tony, Peter, and Frank made it easy and flawless. Thank you so much for being so professional and for treating me like a friend, not just another customer. Your phone calls to me later in the afternoon and this morning showed that you are grateful for your customer's and want to make sure they are happy with their purchase. I appreciate you all! Koodos to Brian, my Consultant, who did all sorts of multi-tasking in my presence, phone calls, placing his guests in places in the best area as cars are fast moving in and out of a very small space. I feel challenged to go there but I suppose they are used to it. Five stars to the staff and to the service manager who always nods or give the guests nice greetings. He too is watching to make sure traffic is on the move.

I just bought the 2017 Honda Ridgeline Black Edition from Muller Honda of Gurnee. I have to say the customer service is amazing! We knew what we wanted and what we were willing to pay. Everyone was willing to do what it took to make us happy. They were not your typical pushy salesmen. Its like they cared about what you wanted and not about a sale. After having the car for a few hours we had the air on high since it was super hot out that day and a crack in my windshield happened. It was so odd but I was upset and pissed since this was my first brand new car. I called the dealership back and told me to bring it in and they would see what they could do. No argument they fixed the windshield and it looks brand new again. I don't know too many dealerships that have that customer service. They jumped right on it at the time I brought it in. Another associate took the time to train me on all the amazing features of the truck without rushing. It felt nice to learn things and not feel like I was wasting their time. They say call with any questions and let me tell you this place will be more than happy to take the time to help you. Its nice knowing majority of the salesmen there have been around for 17+ years. Says alot about the dealership. I highly recommend any Honda and to only buy from Muller. I had a Civic before that I bought somewhere else and I didn't get 1/2 customer service I received at Muller.

I recently totaled my car and was in need of a new vehicle quick. Michael Pompilio took the time to narrow down exactly what my wife and I were looking for and picked the perfect vehicle. Our time at the dealership was later in the night which extended past closing but Michael never rushed us or made it seem like we were keeping him late. This was the best experience I have ever had while purchasing a vehicle.
New vehicle purchase - Average experience - Tioga
During my recent vehicle purchase at Honda of Champaign, the sales staff and sales manager were friendly and honest. They accommodated my needs and special requests. Communication and attentiveness were excellent.
I was misled by the service adviser whose stated that I would need to purchase and install the trailer wiring separately. Further research on my own by consulting the Honda press release, and confirmation by a different Honda dealer, proved that the wiring would already be on the vehicle when delivered since it was the AWD model.
The buying experience was good up to that point, but then went sour during the meeting with the business manager. I wished he would have asked a simple question up front, "Are you interested in purchasing an extended warranty or service contract?" It would have saved me a great deal of time and anxiety. Instead, I got a drawn out sales pitch for additional warranty products that I found to be quite annoying.
There was a paint flaw on the new vehicle that was missed during the prep, but it was remedied by the service department before I left the dealership.
The amount offered to me for my trade-in was about one third of the NADA average trade-in value, so naturally I declined.
The dealership staff asked me in person and then in a subsequent email to give them 100% or 5 star review ratings. I find this to be presumptuous, and I wonder if this practice taints some of the dealer ratings in general.
Overall, I can recommend Honda of Champaign, but there were several minor issues that made it less than a perfect experience.

I just purchased a brand new civic from this McGrath location and let me tell you it was a great experience. The salesman Aldo Mendoza was very good at getting me into the exact car I wanted. He also was able to give me a fair price for what I wanted for my trade in. Overall it was a great buying experience. Also Greg was very helpful helping us switch plates over and showing the features of the vehicle along with Aldo. Finance went really smooth as well. Jim the finance manager wasn't pushy like finance managers usually are, he gave us options and let us decide. I really recommend McGrath Honda if you are looking into buying a car weather its a used or new car they'll make sure you get a deal you are looking for and if you are looking for a salesman Aldo Mendoza is the guy to go to!

He was the absolute best ! Unlike any other salesman I've come into contact with along my journey of looking for a new SUV. His energy level was inviting, and made you want to just hang out with him, yet, he was very professional. He made the process quick, easy and affordable for me. He was not overbearing or insulting to me because I was by myself and a female. With other car dealers I visited that weekend, I actually walked out due to insulting car dealership games, and number playing. But with Moudi, he was straightforward from beginning to end. I went there to take the oil consumption test!! After 1.30h I asked for my car and they told me I am not able to pass the test because I have leaks...(my engine is dry) but I MUST PAY 40$ for oil change! They don't inform me for leaks or anything before change the oils! At Honda receipt says
1.Check for visual licks
2.Proceed to consumption test (change the oils)
They wouldn't give to me my keys if I didn't pay and when I asked them why he didnt check for leaks first and the answer to me was THATS THE WAY WE WORK!!! Very rude staff.
Now I don't know what I am supposed to do with a car whose model has an issue with sticky piston rings
