Younger Nissan did a great job of offering me a no pressure, comfortable sales experience. Rico Gaines was very knowledgeable and directly answered all of my questions about the car and all the available options. He was very chill and pleasant to work with, I never once felt pressured to buy (but I was already decided half way through the test drive). Rico ensured that I received all the rebates and incentives I could get, getting me a very good price for a brand new car. Other associates at the dealership were also very professional, but I honestly didn't speak with them very much.

Mr. Jerome meet me and my family at the door. I explained what I was looking for. He asked me to wait a moment came back with keys to the car and we were on the road. I explained my situation and what i was looking to do. He stayed late to help me get the financing that I needed. Very polite gentleman, that showed an actual interest in getting the deal done. I had gone to another dealer and they refused to return my phone call. Mr. Jerome returned my phones, responded to emails and was very patient and working with me until we were able to get this deal done. I really appreciate his efforts.

I had the CV boot on my 2007 Nissan Murano repaired this month (June 2017) at Criswell Nissan of Germantown. Dave Scott (service manager) was my point of contact to ensure the best service was rendered. Tee, my mechanic also did a wonderful job with the repair. Overall, my experience has been great! This was the second repair I had at this location and both experiences have been above and beyond. For this service, my oil was low so they topped it off at no additional cost and the prior service in Feb 2017 a temporary "fix" was made to get me to this point...both as a courtesy and without adding any additional costs (my first repair was related to rusty oil pipe). I appreciate that Dave helps me stay within budget and is attentive to my financial constraints. He provides courteous and prompt service that is tailored to meet the customers needs. I will definitely be returning to this location and requesting the same service provider (Dave) and mechanic (Tee). Lynn is also very polite and prompt to follow-up on appointments. Overall, the experience continues to be great at this location...I will be returning in the future!

I have given 5 as my rating, because Nissan of Bowie deserves it!! Jerry Fink assisted me in getting my second new car. He made sure I was happy, and never rushed me. Nissan of Bowie takes it's time with each customer. They listen to what you want as far as your payment and what you would like your car to have. They work out good deals, so that you will walk away happy. I would recommend this dealership as the best I have been too. I definitely will be be getting all my cars from there. So if you want a dealership that will be honest and won't cheat you or get over on you, or say what you want to hear, well I advise you to go to Nissan of Bowie and ask for Jerry Fink.

DARCARS Nissan Rockville is hands down the best there is from sales team to the finance team. My Salesmen was Jason Ku and I couldn't have gotten any luckier having him call me the same day i seemed interested, couldn't have done it with out him and Deff the best Salesman in Nissan. I had to have my entire passenger seat replace due faulty seat belt harness. When nissian replaced the seat it looked like some students from the school workshop assembled it. The entire backing felt from the chair. I was really dissapointed to experience this. Nissan has always provided quality service. I'm not sure what happened, but please check the service your having done throughly.

Its simply a waist of time. Very unprofessional team. I was there waiting and all i was asking was the price of a car and i did tell them I don't want to take one out for a test drive. They asked all these personal questions, entered all my information and at the end told me they can't give me any numbers before I test drive a car!

TERRIBLE Service / Parts Dept. (Timonium Road) - Mickey Mouse
Yesterday, I went into Nationwide Nissan Service Dept. to request a broken plastic clip part for the driver side molding on my car. Ryan looked at the car and stated that he would order two plastic clips for $10.00.
Upon picking up the clips today, he ordered two weather stripping clips which I never requested BUT he said they were missing and costs another $10.00. I noticed the clips for the molding were smaller than a dime , even a chimpanzee monkey could clearly see the plastic clips are the size of a quarter. After requesting a full refund from the woman at the front desk she took the clips and disappeared into the smokey back room for 15 minutes. Upon her return, she asked another woman at the front desk to give me the $20.87 back in CASH which I had paid for the day before. They ARGUED about whether this would mess up the accounting books across the street and that she could not give me cash back for anything purchased over $20.00. REALLY?!! After being thoroughly disgusted with the LACK of QUALITY customer service, I went down the street to Kelly Body Shop who called Nationwide Nissan to see if they could get the plastic clips. They called and were told by Nationwide Nissan Parts Dept., that the clips for that part could NOT be PURCHASED and that I would have to buy a NEW Chrome MOLDING piece for $220.00. I said NO, I'm not doing that.
Kelly's Body Shop told me to go online and purchase the plastic clips from Clips and Fasteners .com and that they would fix the molding for FREE, NOW that's Customer Service!!
Clearly, I was LIED to and misled by Nationwide Nissan Parts Dept. into purchasing the clips that were NOT even available to be purchased and was forced to listen to a ridiculous argument between two employees to an absurd degree JUST to get my $20.87 cash back. UNBELIEVABLE!!
I will NEVER RETURN to that disorganization and chaos EVER AGAIN!!

I had a great experience with Passport Nissan. I called them up on Memorial Day looking for a great deal on a new Murano. I had seen a competitive Internet Price they posted, but I live in New York and needed a great offer to make the trip down there worth my time.
I called them up and told them my situation. They didn't play games. Right away, Brandon and team took me seriously and worked with me on price. Since it was a big holiday, they were motivated to make deals happen. And that's exactly what they did. They quoted me a fantastic price, sent it to me in writing, and I was on my way down from NYC to sign and drive.
When I got there, it was getting late in the evening. But they treated me like it was first thing in the morning. The car was immaculate and ready to roll. They didn't waffle on their offer or try and hard sell me on a lot of other extras and add-ons. I was clear about what I wanted, and they delivered.
Brandon was awesome and extremely helpful. He took his time and gave me a full tour of the car and demo of all the electronics. He wanted to make sure my drive back to New York that night was a fun and comfortable one. My four-hour drive back home was awesome because I felt like I already knew my car.
By the time I was leaving the dealership, it was 9:30pm. Brandon was getting in his own car to head home as well. But instead of darting out, he waited for me to settle in to my new car, just to make sure I was good to go. Then, right before I left, he jumped out of his car and ran over for one more tip. He reached in my window and flipped on the fog lights. "The car looks even cooler if you put your fog lights on," he said.
That's a guy putting a little extra effort into his job right there. You can just tell he cares and wants to make sure people are truly happy. He made things happen that day, along with the whole team. And even though I traveled from 4 states away to get this deal, it was seamless and totally worth it. A great experience here!

They didn't listen to any of my concerns. They let me drive a car that almost killed us. Then all they could say was "we didn't do anything wrong."
I have owned/leased nissan for 6 years and I have never seen such crappy service.
Now it's time to turn in my nissan and I couldn't be happier, this dealership's irresponsibility and lack of professionalism is so bad that I don't ever want to deal with such garbage again.

This place is run by clueless bullies.They harassed my 18 year old son, called the cops on him for opening the door and checking out the inside one of their unlocked used vehicles during normal business hours. I believe they picked on him because he looks young and they thought he wasn't a potential buyer. They lost a potential sale, we bought a car elsewhere.

I purchased a used 2007 Nissan Maxima from this dealership. The sales guy was nice however, the business practices of this dealership is the worst. I traded in a Infiniti G35 when I bought the maxima. Thirty days later the G35 was still not paid off by the dealership eventhough I called them about 3 weeks later because the finance company on the G35 kept calling me about a payment. After several phone calls to RStempler for them to send the payoff to finance company, they finally sent the payment. Well, 10 days later I get a call about being behind 2 car payments on the G35 because the check that RStempler sent had bounced. How in the world does a nationwide dealership bounce a check. There irresponsibility has now caused my credit to be damaged because they didn't pay for the trade in. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone especially if you are trading in a car. It has been a month and a half and my trade in still isn't paid off.
