We were working with a local dealership. Turned into an awful experience. Younger had the vehicle I was interested so we decided to make the 55 minute trek to Frederick. My experience was so worth the drive. Kevin, David, and Ed all made my new car purchase so easy. They all made us feel so comfortable. My husband walked up to Chano King, a salesman, and was greeted professionally and was given assistance immediately. I had no idea I would leave Sheehy Nissan as the proud owner of a Rogue SUV. Mr. King, Mr. Galloway, and Mr. Kim, were very knowledgeable and worked very hard to get me the vehicle I requested as well as the payments I could afford. Sale manager Matt was clear and precise when explaining questions we had about financing and in negotiations. But the difference with Mr. Ku is that I felt a touch of assurance and consideration. So I decided to give it a trial. Even when I had to postpone my initial appointment for family reasons, Mr. Ku did not sound phony or discouraged. I felt like I had a true relationship. I purchased my 2008 Altima brand new. I did my research on the vehicle, called and spoke with Eddie. I traded in my vehicle and received the maximum amount (Kelly's Blue Book value). After speaking with Eddie over the phone as to the model, color and interior of the vehicle that I wanted, he was able to get the vehicle from another dealership. I received a call from Eddie stating he had the vehicle. I came in and the entire process was approximately 1 hour. No hassle and a smooth transaction. Hard to find the same experience today.
The only negative thing I can say is that when I was looking to purchase a new 2015 Rogue, I didn't get a return call or email.

I have never recieved such amazing customer service when buying a car. Emerson went above and beyond to make my car buying experience amazing!! I told him exactly what I wanted and he made it happen without trying to persuade other options which other dealerships had done. I would go back to that dealership in a heart beat. I also am going to recommend that family and friends ask for Emerson. Every staff member that I met that day were extremely personable and professional even when we were still filling paperwork out after they had closed. I'm looking forward to my next purchase there.

Spoke to Imani in sales who swore up and down he could help me after explaining my situation to him.. He was very eager for me to do a credit app and even more confident he could help.. Well he couldn't the finance guy John was Leary from the start and was not very welcoming or inviting even when I am in a better situation I will never do business with this dealership.. No help just inquiries!! Know your job, know what banks will work with what don't run customers credit over and over just for a sale if u already know ...bad business

No wonder Pohanka has 2015 inventory till now. Went to Nissan Pohanka to find Pathfinder but the kind or pricing they are offering is now where competitive to any Nissan Dealers. When ask about discount, Sales Team proudly say that they can match the price if one can bring competitive written quote from other dealer. With 100 out of 100 other Nissan dealers are selling car lower than their prices.
It's just that Sales Team don't want to work and try to get customer by themselves rather they want to just let customer do all work and then come to them with the competitive quote which they can match.
Also they have enough time to chit chat, giggle around when customer are waiting in front of them but no push for selling cars...I know at least 3 of my friends who finally end up buying car from other dealers because of such attitude..first i did not believe them but now i can have my own experience to share..

Had very poor collision work done at Passport Collision Center - supposedly Nissan Certified Autobody shop. Several locations of paint overspray were left, multiple dents were left, rubber door seals were mangled and not replaced and, tape seams for paint were visible to the eye and have begun peeling. Mud flap did not form to body, because body work was not formed to specifications and parts were reused that were stated to have been replaced in the detailed billing.

I purchased a car in April of 2016. The dealership let me take the car on an extended test drive overnight, which was nice. Haggling was lengthy, their sales techniques are aggressive, and most of it was directly with the sales manager bypassing micromanaging my salesman. They wanted to claim that my trade in was only worth 3K because of the VW Dieslel scandal (note, I did not have a TDI). Claiming that the value of all VWs had dropped dramatically. Played this card that their computer wouldn't allow for a generated appraisal. However, in the end they did give me 6k trade in value, which was over KBB. But, I had to fight for that. When it came to financing, I specifically stated that I would sign their paper to run credit check run to get a loan going, but i wanted them to only apply to one credit union. I told them that I did not want to have them shop various banks for me and I had already checked out the interest rate with that FCU and knew my credit score. They said that would not be a problem, they can simply reach out to that credit union. Smoke and Mirrors. Lo and behold, I received 20 different pieces of mail from various banks a few weeks later. My credit score went from being 745 to 648 after the purchase of this vehicle. However, I did give my salesman the benefit of doubt for miscommunication with their finance dept.
In addition, they described their Jones for a lifetime and carwashes to be misleading. The carwashes were described as a full service car wash. Eh no, not the case in the slightest.
Fast forward to servicing. 1st servicing occurred -- I noticed that there was an odd sound occurring when turning the steering wheel at low speeds. The service attendant, casually explained to me, that he had looked it up in their system, but I would have to say the phrase, "it sounds like a knocking" in order for them to fix it. Knowing, that the techs were able to reproduce the sound. (seemed silly to tell me make me say the phrase) He said he'd call me when the parts were in to replace the washers. 2 months later no call, i called back no record of it in the system. Asked me to come back in to show it to them. Came back in, the tech's said, this is normal -- all Rogue's sound like this. Nothing to worry about. So i googled and found a service bulletin "Description: NISSAN: SOME VEHICLES ARE EXPERIENCING A POPPING NOISE WHEN TURNING EITHER RIGHT OR LEFT COMING FROM FRONT COIL SPRINGS AND BOTH FRONT COIL SPRINGS AND STRUT BEARINGS NEED REPLACING. MODEL 2014-15 ROGUE. *PE" and showed it to them. They claimed that it didn't apply to the 2016, so there's nothing than can do.
Now that this Rogue was totaled, I want to get another one because of how safe everyone was. But I really don't think I will not be buying from Jones and I definitely won't be getting a crappier interest rate thanks to all of the unnecessary hard inquiries. Free oil changes aren't worth all of this.

I have owned/leased nissan for 6 years and I have never seen such crappy service.
Now it's time to turn in my nissan and I couldn't be happier, this dealership's irresponsibility and lack of professionalism is so bad that I don't ever want to deal with such garbage again.

This place is run by clueless bullies.They harassed my 18 year old son, called the cops on him for opening the door and checking out the inside one of their unlocked used vehicles during normal business hours. I believe they picked on him because he looks young and they thought he wasn't a potential buyer. They lost a potential sale, we bought a car elsewhere.

I purchased a used 2007 Nissan Maxima from this dealership. The sales guy was nice however, the business practices of this dealership is the worst. I traded in a Infiniti G35 when I bought the maxima. Thirty days later the G35 was still not paid off by the dealership eventhough I called them about 3 weeks later because the finance company on the G35 kept calling me about a payment. After several phone calls to RStempler for them to send the payoff to finance company, they finally sent the payment. Well, 10 days later I get a call about being behind 2 car payments on the G35 because the check that RStempler sent had bounced. How in the world does a nationwide dealership bounce a check. There irresponsibility has now caused my credit to be damaged because they didn't pay for the trade in. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone especially if you are trading in a car. It has been a month and a half and my trade in still isn't paid off.
