My Rock Star Salesman - Paul Lewis - Lrichardson
I must say my experience with this dealership was outstanding! Like many others, I dreaded the thought of having to purchase a new car but after my old truck died suddenly, then I was forced into the sales world. I have two family car salesman experts who are pushy but incredibly protective of me. But the salesman, Paul Wylie, handled it well.
Paul was so very helpful and patient in working with me AND my two pushy but protective family members - my dad and brother. Though I was there in person, Paul had to comfort my family over the phone via conference call on each part of the deal before I could finalize. Keep in mind they live in Atlanta and my bro manages finance for several Nissan dealerships and my dad sold cars for decades so one can imagine the nature of the conversations. He was SO very patient and flexible. I honestly felt like anyone else would have pulled there hair out from all the back and forth with my family. As the youngest and only girl living away from my family, they are overbearing.
Paul patiently spoke with my dad and brother through each part of the deal and went above and beyond to make certain I was more than comfortable with each part of the process. He truly eased my nervousness about the entire ordeal and understood that I needed and wanted to understand the process fully.
I never felt pressured or haggled in any way nor did I feel pushed in one direction to make a purchase simply to "close the deal." For that, I can't thank him enough and know he was the perfect temperament to handle my pushy/protective family along with my nerves.
I would absolutely recommend anyone particularly women who maybe more nervous to buy a car solo to this dealership. I must say, Paul was a rockstar and should be beyond commended for surviving and yes, even closing the deal with all three of us!

I love this dealership and am SO satisfied with my purchase from here!! I was interested in a Altima a few months back and Bruce Kim reached out to me. I went in to visit him and we test drove it, informed me of the price etc. I realized it was a bit out of my budget as I was unsure of a few things in my life and he was nice about letting me know that he would always be there whenever I was ready! A few months later I REALLY needed a car. I had visited a few other dealerships but they were like hound dogs. I realized that I should just contact Bruce and we quickly set up a time to meet. I went in, filled out the paper work and within a few days I drove off with my car. I love it! Everyone is SO nice at that dealership.
Bruce doesn't pressure you, and he is a relatable person. I didn't feel like I was stuck or anything like that. He even offered to Uber me up to pick up my car!

I went to Bayside just to look at Nissans and get an idea of what small SUVs are on the market. Walking through the door I met Kalyn. I described what I was looking for and she knew exactly what cars were in stock and pulled around the exact car I didn't know I was looking for!! Less than four hours later I ended up buying a brand new Rogue! Kayln and Warren were extremely accommodating and provided me with an amazing deal on the car. I have been searching for a car for about five months. I am set to graduate grad school in a few months and I know with student loan repayments, etc. it will be difficult for me to shop for a car afterwards. I was very thorough with my search. After leaning towards getting a Chevy Cruze, I visited a Nissan dealership and saw the redesign of the Nissan Sentra and my focus shifted to the Sentra. After getting the run around and dishonesty of the major Nissan dealerships in the region, I finally went to DARCARS and figured I would give it one more go-around before I just gave up and held off my search. I was helped by Jason who after telling him exactly what I was looking for, found a car that matched completely--- really my dream car! . Jason didn't pressure me into buying and he answered any question I had. He listened to me and didnt do the one thing other dealtherships did in the past: get me to settle for a car I would later not be happy with. After two days to think it over, I purchased the Sentra and it was by far the best decision I made!
Jason's professionalism and knowledge left me pleasantly surprised. After a few bad experiences with DARCARS in the past, this experience along with the excellent job their collision center did on my Cruze when it was side swiped made me a fan of this company! Sales manager Juan also cared more about the impact shopping around was doing to my credit and negotiated an excellent rate with Nissan. The whole car buying experience took about two 1/2 hours and I honestly can't think of one thing that could be changed. I am relocating to Georgia in a few months but if I am in the market to upgrade my car down the road, I will first look to DARCARS.

I was in the market to upgrade my 2008 nissan altima to a newer model and found a nice 2015 altima online at Nationwide Nissan. I was disappointed at first because I was told the car I wanted was in stock but it actually wasn't. Mikhail Kurmanov showed me several other similar models in stock, he never pressured me into making any decisions which is what i liked the most. Eventually a settled on a different altima but i was still very content with my experience.
Prepare for the Used Car Sales Experience - ROL140
My wife and I bought a used car from Leckner Nissan. I've bought most of our cars via CarMax because it is just a pressure free and less annoying process. However, in this situation, Leckner had a Kia with an advertised price low enough to spur me on to deal with the sales techniques of a dealer. My words of advice are simple for this dealer - hold them to the advertised price, watch out for added fees like the conditioning fee (cleaning/prepping a used car for sale) and take your time in deciding. You also have to be ready to hit the exit when things don't work out, but be fast as they have a silent alarm or something when a customer tries to leave without a purchase. The manager or whoever was in charge the night we were there is a quasi-Olympian given how fast he materialized out in front when we decided to hit the exit. In the end, we got what we wanted and it was at least a 1k below the price of CarMax for same car/less miles. If you can handle the awkwardness of being somewhat rude in attempting an escape when there is a problem, it will likely work out for you. Should things go really south - CarMax is across the street! Overall, I went in prepared for a car dealer experience - and I got it, along with the car I wanted to purchase. I'll also say, in some of my side conversations with the staff - they are all nice folks...who are there to sell cars. Be nice, but reasonably firm and things will likely work out for you.

I love this place, for everytime I visit...the employees make me feel so welcome! John Madden and Mike Cedeno are very thorough and personable. They both work so diligently, to get even those with the worst Credit history, into a vehicle. Their selection of Cars;.SUV's and Trucks, are not 'Lemons' or leftover from things no one else could not sell or no longer wanted. I have a 2013; Java Metallic, Nissan Altima and it is very nice! After being disappointed by other Dearlerships, I realize now, Antwerpen is where I should have gone first! Just recently, Mike Cedeno was able to get a friend/colleague into a nice vehicle. This was after he had been bamboozled by another Dealership. My recent visit on yesterday, February 25th, was for Brake service...I had so much squealing coming from my Brakes...the noise was unbearable. I had the front ones done and my car only makes beautiful sounds! I will return to have the back ones done soon! I recommend anyone, to go to Antwerpen!!!
TERRIBLE Service / Parts Dept. (Timonium Road) - Mickey Mouse
Yesterday, I went into Nationwide Nissan Service Dept. to request a broken plastic clip part for the driver side molding on my car. Ryan looked at the car and stated that he would order two plastic clips for $10.00.
Upon picking up the clips today, he ordered two weather stripping clips which I never requested BUT he said they were missing and costs another $10.00. I noticed the clips for the molding were smaller than a dime , even a chimpanzee monkey could clearly see the plastic clips are the size of a quarter. After requesting a full refund from the woman at the front desk she took the clips and disappeared into the smokey back room for 15 minutes. Upon her return, she asked another woman at the front desk to give me the $20.87 back in CASH which I had paid for the day before. They ARGUED about whether this would mess up the accounting books across the street and that she could not give me cash back for anything purchased over $20.00. REALLY?!! After being thoroughly disgusted with the LACK of QUALITY customer service, I went down the street to Kelly Body Shop who called Nationwide Nissan to see if they could get the plastic clips. They called and were told by Nationwide Nissan Parts Dept., that the clips for that part could NOT be PURCHASED and that I would have to buy a NEW Chrome MOLDING piece for $220.00. I said NO, I'm not doing that.
Kelly's Body Shop told me to go online and purchase the plastic clips from Clips and Fasteners .com and that they would fix the molding for FREE, NOW that's Customer Service!!
Clearly, I was LIED to and misled by Nationwide Nissan Parts Dept. into purchasing the clips that were NOT even available to be purchased and was forced to listen to a ridiculous argument between two employees to an absurd degree JUST to get my $20.87 cash back. UNBELIEVABLE!!
I will NEVER RETURN to that disorganization and chaos EVER AGAIN!!

There should be a category for zero star because this dealership is simply awful -- deceitful, crooks. They would rip you off especially if you are a woman. Every time I take my car in for routine maintenance, they tell me something major has to be done. About two months ago, it was $1800. But today was the last straw. Dennis quoted me work that costs over $5000! And also said I need brand new tires! I bought the tires from them 2.5 years ago! I told him to just do the oil change because I don't believe them. They are just trying to make money off of me to pay their salaries. I pray they don't damage my car because my car runs GREAT. I will never use this dealership again. I am going to write their corporate office to let them know how suspect and dishonest this dealership is. Shame what people will do for money -- lie, cheat and steal from honest, hardworking consumers. Shame on you Passport!! Passport Nissan, Marlow Heights doesn't deserve your business and shouldn't be in business!

Now it's time to turn in my nissan and I couldn't be happier, this dealership's irresponsibility and lack of professionalism is so bad that I don't ever want to deal with such garbage again.

This place is run by clueless bullies.They harassed my 18 year old son, called the cops on him for opening the door and checking out the inside one of their unlocked used vehicles during normal business hours. I believe they picked on him because he looks young and they thought he wasn't a potential buyer. They lost a potential sale, we bought a car elsewhere.

I purchased a used 2007 Nissan Maxima from this dealership. The sales guy was nice however, the business practices of this dealership is the worst. I traded in a Infiniti G35 when I bought the maxima. Thirty days later the G35 was still not paid off by the dealership eventhough I called them about 3 weeks later because the finance company on the G35 kept calling me about a payment. After several phone calls to RStempler for them to send the payoff to finance company, they finally sent the payment. Well, 10 days later I get a call about being behind 2 car payments on the G35 because the check that RStempler sent had bounced. How in the world does a nationwide dealership bounce a check. There irresponsibility has now caused my credit to be damaged because they didn't pay for the trade in. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone especially if you are trading in a car. It has been a month and a half and my trade in still isn't paid off.
