Quality Customer Service - New Rogue
The customer service during my visits to Younger Nissan was outstanding. The atmosphere at the dealership was friendly. I had a great experience - starting with my test drive all the way until the last explanation of the features of my new Rogue. Dan provided a thorough explanation of the vehicle and it's options. I love the new vehicle and had a great experience at Younger with the help of my salesman, Dan.

Well, when I spoke with Marvin over the phone on 5/02 I advised him that I was just inquiring about a particular car and also wanted to know if they work with people that had filed bankruptcy. I also advised him that in a couple of weeks I am gonna need a car so I just wanted a little information and didn't want to waste anyone's time. I guess he could hear the uncertainty in my voice and told me "It's ok, we all have financial hick-ups and yes if the car price is within my price range they could work with me." Not only did he tell me that, he also told me that if I didn't want to wait until the 9th hour to get a car I could come in today. Well, I met with Marvin later that evening just to walk out of the dealership with a payment that was truly in my new budget and a car the I REALLY LOVE. There were some minor things missing from for the car such as the extra key and floor mats but Marvin assured me that I would get the missing items and wouldn't have to pay for it myself. I received my extra key the next day and my floor mats are due in on 05/05, all at no cost of my own. Marvin should definitely be the face of Sheehy Nissan in Glen Burnie. Kudos to you because your customer service was truly AWESOME:)

I am 20 years old, and this was the first time buying a new car. The employees were super nice and helpful. I was satisfied with my new 2015 Altima SV!
Only thing I didn't like was that when I purchased the car, there was no passenger side floor mat, but no worries. They bought me one and shipped it to me! And, there was no windshield washer fluid in the tank at all. While this isn't a big deal, it would have been nice if they did fill it up before the customer leaves the lot. I know other dealerships that fill it up.
Other than those 2 issues, the sales was quick and non-stressful! They worked with my needs/demands and I came out with a new car that same day.

I went to Sheehy Nissan of WM on 4/30/2016 to purchase a 2016 maxima sv and I must say that I was most impressed with the customer service that I recieved from James Kim, Paul Lewis, and Ed from the Finance office. Each one of these gentlemen were fair, honest, and gave us their full attention. It was a great experience. Don't even think about going to another dealership, these guys were terrific.

I never had been to a Criswell Nissan and it was that summer afternoon I just happened to spot this dealership and decided to drop in. It was initially a casual conversation but no sooner than it turned into a more detailed and informative session, a test drive, of course with the sales pitch, but then hey that's why you are there for..to evaluate and make a decision on buying.. ain't it.. there wasn't any pressure ..it was informative and it was a smooth sail and when I was congratulated I realized I had chosen a 2015 Nissan Altima SV for a good deal and with pretty much most of must have features that I was looking for in my next new car. Overall a pleasant buying experience, knowledgeable staff that entertains all buyer's question courteously.
I would certainly recommend the place to any future potential buyer based on my personal experience and would encourage to ask as many questions as they want and still rest assured to get a consistent smiling reply with all question answered to satisfaction in a very customer friendly environment.

I purchased my 2008 Altima brand new. I did my research on the vehicle, called and spoke with Eddie. I traded in my vehicle and received the maximum amount (Kelly's Blue Book value). After speaking with Eddie over the phone as to the model, color and interior of the vehicle that I wanted, he was able to get the vehicle from another dealership. I received a call from Eddie stating he had the vehicle. I came in and the entire process was approximately 1 hour. No hassle and a smooth transaction. Hard to find the same experience today.
The only negative thing I can say is that when I was looking to purchase a new 2015 Rogue, I didn't get a return call or email.

Mr. Faris and his team welcomed us to their dealership and allowed us to test drive and learned about their vehicles. They have a great selection of Pre-Owned and New Cars with no pressure. The vehicle that I purchased was serviced, was cleaned, was detailed, and the sales team did a great job go over the features of the car with me.

Just bought a 2016 Nissan Rogue last night. My sales person, Jon Eller, was great! I am very happy with my new car, trading in my old truck, and all the people I met last night. I look forward to bring my new car in for it's free maintenance in their service area. Did I get the "internet price" , well no, but I now understand what "internet prices" are and don't blame the individual dealer for the practice. Did I get the best deal I possibly could, who knows. I don't have the time to go around to several dealers and try to cut deals. I am happy with the deal I made and that is really all that matters in the end. In the long run I am happy that the "internet price" lead me to this dealership. I had a very pleasant experience and love my new car!
Purchase of a 2015 Altima to replace my old 2005 one. - Easyrider
The salesman, Guv Mitchell, was recommended to me by James Washington of the Service Dept., whom I trust through long experience having my 2005 old Altima taken care of. Guv was a delight to work with, and that made the whole experience enjoyable as well as reassuring. My new Altima is every bit the car Guv claimed it to be, and I am embarrassed at how much pleasure I am getting from what is after all, a material object. Guv was patient throughout the whole process, during the time I undecided right up until explaining how the new car operated and worked (the many buttons!). The woman who dealt with the payment details was also a pleasure to work with. If I recall, her name was Renee. Over the years, I have had many good experiences at Norris Nissan, and I hope that they continue under new ownership.
Purchased 2013 Nissan Titan S Crew Cab - bado2236
I spoke to Reginald Cousins regarding Nissan Titan I found on Car Guru.com, after talking with him I drove down there and test drove the truck. The price was a bit out of my range and the best they offered to me would be $500 off of the original sticker. I refused to make a deal, and Reggie did not pressure me at all. After 2 days went by, the dealership lowered the same truck by $700 and when I called them they reduced it another $950. The deal on the truck was decent, and Reggie is an excellent sales person. He even sat along with my one year old in the back of the truck while I test drove it. Very pleasant and professional person. Would def. recommend him to anyone.
Manager Rick was a bit rude, and aggressive, told me that they would match my banks APR of 3.59% with theirs of 3.79%. I told him that I will go with my bank and he said (after rudely not willing to drop the price on the truck) is it really worth it to go with your bank because of that .2%? So I told him of course it is. It is my money. And he had some nerve to even ask me that after he did not want to go any lower on the truck.
Finance manager Ashley Lowman was very pleasant and professional. Not pushy with any of the extended warranties, so that is definitely a plus.
Warranty on certified vehicle seems very decent, however I just purchased the truck so I do not know how the service will be.

My salesperson Keith Biggar from Preston Nissan, MD is the best. very cool. all Preston Nissan are very nice & There was no pressure. they have large inventory of new & used pre-owned cars and trucks with the best prices. i live in Dover, DE and this is my 3 rd new car from them. all my friends buy only from them. its very far but we make sure to stop @ Harrington casino on the way to them. show them another price and they can make your best deal. the service dept is the best and always have a coupon or free OLF, etc......! also Dont Forget to ask them when they have the Nissan Incentives and Rebates & this will save you more... big $$$. shop smart. good luck.

I walked in with a goal of getting out of a terrible car loan and into a brand new car, and with the help of the manager Phil and my salesman Imani that's exactly what happened. They listen to what it was I was looking for as far as payments and style of car even down to the color. They made a promise to get me into the car of my dreams and I couldn't be more happy. The service was wonderful, very friendly people who where honest and able to explain everything step by step with the process. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to get their dream car to stop looking and go here first. Did I mention this was not the first place I went to and was turned away. So special thanks to this dealership for a wonderful experience!!!!
Terrible experience - Tire tracks across my back
I have purchased many cars but this was my worst experience- terrible finance guy. I'm disgusted and have absolutely no trust in this dealership. I wish I had walked out when I overheard cursing regarding another customer. Please read the reviews before going here and find another dealership.
It's sad because I do like the car. I don't know if I will enjoy driving it AT ALL after the paperwork fiasco where the discount disappeared. I thought we had agreed on everything but I needed my BS detector and red marker before signing.

Had very poor collision work done at Passport Collision Center - supposedly Nissan Certified Autobody shop. Several locations of paint overspray were left, multiple dents were left, rubber door seals were mangled and not replaced and, tape seams for paint were visible to the eye and have begun peeling. Mud flap did not form to body, because body work was not formed to specifications and parts were reused that were stated to have been replaced in the detailed billing.
Low tire light problem - Nette
I can see why this service department only gets an overall star rating of 2.2. I had to take my 2014 Rouge back 4 times for the low tire pressure light coming on and not going back off. All they would do is add air to my tires and tell me it's because of the weather. No one cared enough to really check it out until I contacted Nissan Corporate. Then I got a case number. They told me the next time this happens to contact Frank (the manager of service). He even called me and told me to do so. Well 3 weeks ago it came back on, so now I will be contacting Frank and drive all the way back out there again and really hope they actually fix the problem this time.

This place is run by clueless bullies.They harassed my 18 year old son, called the cops on him for opening the door and checking out the inside one of their unlocked used vehicles during normal business hours. I believe they picked on him because he looks young and they thought he wasn't a potential buyer. They lost a potential sale, we bought a car elsewhere.

I purchased a used 2007 Nissan Maxima from this dealership. The sales guy was nice however, the business practices of this dealership is the worst. I traded in a Infiniti G35 when I bought the maxima. Thirty days later the G35 was still not paid off by the dealership eventhough I called them about 3 weeks later because the finance company on the G35 kept calling me about a payment. After several phone calls to RStempler for them to send the payoff to finance company, they finally sent the payment. Well, 10 days later I get a call about being behind 2 car payments on the G35 because the check that RStempler sent had bounced. How in the world does a nationwide dealership bounce a check. There irresponsibility has now caused my credit to be damaged because they didn't pay for the trade in. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone especially if you are trading in a car. It has been a month and a half and my trade in still isn't paid off.
