Upon arrival, the facility seemed a litte crowded at first but had plenty of parking for customers in front of the showroom. The showroom itself was clean, I was even greeted at the door which made a welcoming first impression. I was interested in the new 2015 Altima and the sales rep Karen was very knowledgable. She went through the various features and options with each model in a very easy to understand kind of way. When I picked the one I wanted, the purchasing process itself was easy going and stress-free. I've spent longer waiting around in other places. Awesome dealership!
