Shelley Clark contacted me about my current lease expiration and offered to assist with either a new lease or purchase. As soon as my wife & I met with her, we bonded with Shelley and it was like working with a close friend. There was no pressure, just friendly discussion and a lot of fun! We enjoyed our experience with Shelley from beginning to end - which didn't seem like much time at all. Shelley introduced us to her sales manager Brian Rogers who helped work out a good deal for us and we had some good bonding time with him too as it turned out we had mutual acquaintances. Wrapping-up the transaction with Ed Beleznay was smoothe too; he knew his craft well and helped us with some last-minute decisions.

First of all, I have been dealing with Herb Gordon Datsun since 1971. Most of my automobiles have been Nissan. A very reliable means of transportation, and the sales service has always been top notch. There are 3 Nissan dealers closer than Herb Gordon, but it is worth the extra time and mileage.
This time, my college bound son needed a car quickly, so I gave him my Herb Gordon Nissan's 2006 Altima. Sorry to see it go because it was a great car with low cost maintenance.
Therefore, I contacted Herb Gordon's internet sales via an email explaining my preferences. Ben Peter, their internet sales associate, called me within 15 minutes to briefly explain to me what they had in inventory, and asked when I would be available to meet with him and test drive those cars. I selected the car, and I drove it while Ben Peter explained to me the new electronic gadgets, the engine and transmission, and the new safety features that came with the car. After I decided on a car, Ben went over the entire car describing in more detail and showing me by example how those Nissan features worked. If I had any questions, Ben went over the procedure again to assist me in understanding the function. That is great customer service.
While going through their financing officer, Mark Sonn, to purchase the car, everything went smoothly and any topics that where discussed were quickly resolved. Again, great customer service.
Overall, from the time I arrived to the time I left, it was less than 2.5 hours. That was great.

I absolutely enjoyed my experience with Sheehy of White Marsh. I work in another county and wasn't able to get to the store until after 7:30pm on a weeknight. I waited until my Sales guy, Paul was finish with his other customers and then we proceeded to handle our business. Paul was extremely patient, understanding, and VERY well mannered. He never pressured me into buying something that I did not want. He did not even mention anything else other than what I wanted to buy. I told them my price range and they were able to honor my request shy of $9.00! Not bad, right!? The only thing that I would have changed is I was not able to get gas and a replaced hub cap with the purchase of my vehicle. I came back the next day to get it detailed because the prior night, we stayed until about 10:30pm. I was told that I would get gas, new hub cap, and detailed. I only got the detailing of the car. The service was still excellent in my opinion. They're a really a great team. Anyway, if you're looking for a great Nissan and a great team, then I suggest you visit their location. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you for your business.

My family and I purchased two cars from this Darcars Nissan and both times their Sales Manager, Mr. Faris provided excellent customer service, offered their full support to find us the right car that we were looking to purchase. Mr. Faris and his team welcomed us to their dealership and allowed us to test drive and learned about their vehicles. They have a great selection of Pre-Owned and New Cars with no pressure. The vehicle that I purchased was serviced, was cleaned, was detailed, and the sales team did a great job go over the features of the car with me.

I purchased my 2008 Altima brand new. I did my research on the vehicle, called and spoke with Eddie. I traded in my vehicle and received the maximum amount (Kelly's Blue Book value). After speaking with Eddie over the phone as to the model, color and interior of the vehicle that I wanted, he was able to get the vehicle from another dealership. I received a call from Eddie stating he had the vehicle. I came in and the entire process was approximately 1 hour. No hassle and a smooth transaction. Hard to find the same experience today.
The only negative thing I can say is that when I was looking to purchase a new 2015 Rogue, I didn't get a return call or email.

Spoke to Imani in sales who swore up and down he could help me after explaining my situation to him.. He was very eager for me to do a credit app and even more confident he could help.. Well he couldn't the finance guy John was Leary from the start and was not very welcoming or inviting even when I am in a better situation I will never do business with this dealership.. No help just inquiries!! Know your job, know what banks will work with what don't run customers credit over and over just for a sale if u already know ...bad business

No wonder Pohanka has 2015 inventory till now. Went to Nissan Pohanka to find Pathfinder but the kind or pricing they are offering is now where competitive to any Nissan Dealers. When ask about discount, Sales Team proudly say that they can match the price if one can bring competitive written quote from other dealer. With 100 out of 100 other Nissan dealers are selling car lower than their prices.
It's just that Sales Team don't want to work and try to get customer by themselves rather they want to just let customer do all work and then come to them with the competitive quote which they can match.
Also they have enough time to chit chat, giggle around when customer are waiting in front of them but no push for selling cars...I know at least 3 of my friends who finally end up buying car from other dealers because of such attitude..first i did not believe them but now i can have my own experience to share..

I purchased a car on Wednesday 6/8/16 from Ray Washington. The purchasing part of my experience was great. Customer service was great until you actually have an issue. Seems like the managers at the Bel Air Nissan doesn't want to deal with any problems that come their way. When I purchased my Nissan Versa Note, Ray told me that I was required to pay a deposit. I told Mr. Washington that I didn't have that kind of money but that I would be canceling the manufacturer's warranty, extended warranty and GAP insurance on my trade in and it should be close to that. I also explained that it could take 4-6 weeks to do so and that they (your company) would have to hold my check and I would call in to give the approval to deposit the check. Ray told me that would not be a problem to hold the check until I called. I think there was a disconnect between the finance office and the accounting office because my check was deposited 2x in June (2 weeks apart) causing 2 overdraft fees. I was also told that I would get all of these discounts by one of the owners (Brian Kilby) for buying 3 cars previously from Jones Junction, and my first payment wouldn't be due for 45 days. I checked my paperwork and noticed that I didn't get any of the discounts that I was told that I was getting and that my first payment was due on 7/8/16. I had left 3 messages for the Nissan manager Chad, spoke to Chad 2x (said he would look into and call me back), left a message for the office manager Michele Rubino, and left a message for the owner Bryan Kilby to call me and have yet to hear from anyone. On July 1st, Lamar Williams called me and told me that he could fix the due date for me and proceeded to tell me that he would meet me anywhere to sign the new contract. I explained to him that my company closes at 9 and that I could be at a Mcdonalds by 9:30. He said he would meet me there. I waited at the Mcdonalds for 45 minutes before he texted me to tell me to come to Jones. I could have been home in bed by 9:45 if he had told me to just go to Jones in the first place! The reason why I stopped at Jones Junction to buy a car was because I would get free oil changes, and free car washes for as long as I owned the car. The first 3 cars I purchased from Jones went without a hitch but this 4th car has been nothing but issue after issue. The car is great but the customer service is something else. I'm hoping to get this resolved as soon as possible so that I can further enjoy the purchase of my new vehicle instead of resenting it. I believe this will be the last time I purchase a vehicle from Jones Junction. I only gave 1 star because the customer service I received the day of purchase was great and you also have to give a star rating.

Had very poor collision work done at Passport Collision Center - supposedly Nissan Certified Autobody shop. Several locations of paint overspray were left, multiple dents were left, rubber door seals were mangled and not replaced and, tape seams for paint were visible to the eye and have begun peeling. Mud flap did not form to body, because body work was not formed to specifications and parts were reused that were stated to have been replaced in the detailed billing.

They didn't listen to any of my concerns. They let me drive a car that almost killed us. Then all they could say was "we didn't do anything wrong."
I have owned/leased nissan for 6 years and I have never seen such crappy service.
Now it's time to turn in my nissan and I couldn't be happier, this dealership's irresponsibility and lack of professionalism is so bad that I don't ever want to deal with such garbage again.

This place is run by clueless bullies.They harassed my 18 year old son, called the cops on him for opening the door and checking out the inside one of their unlocked used vehicles during normal business hours. I believe they picked on him because he looks young and they thought he wasn't a potential buyer. They lost a potential sale, we bought a car elsewhere.

Stay away from this place. They sold me a 2013 Chevy traverse for 21,000. Was there all day so signed papers without looking. 3 weeks later I realized they actually sold it to me for 30,000 and put me as the co buyer. Now I have a car that's not worth 30,000 and under someone else's name. BEWARE OF THE HARMOND BROTHERS!!

I purchased a used 2007 Nissan Maxima from this dealership. The sales guy was nice however, the business practices of this dealership is the worst. I traded in a Infiniti G35 when I bought the maxima. Thirty days later the G35 was still not paid off by the dealership eventhough I called them about 3 weeks later because the finance company on the G35 kept calling me about a payment. After several phone calls to RStempler for them to send the payoff to finance company, they finally sent the payment. Well, 10 days later I get a call about being behind 2 car payments on the G35 because the check that RStempler sent had bounced. How in the world does a nationwide dealership bounce a check. There irresponsibility has now caused my credit to be damaged because they didn't pay for the trade in. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone especially if you are trading in a car. It has been a month and a half and my trade in still isn't paid off.
