My 16 Pathfinder is from out of state and when I received my MD tags in the mail, I needed help mounting a front bracket (as it previously did not have one). When we could not find the option package for the vehicle we wanted ( these guys really tried they called everyone) they made us an excellent price on a stepup model that had everything we wanted and even more at all time keeping us within ou budget.

This was by far the best car buying experience I ever had. I walked away from the table at 2 other dealerships because of hidden fees, altered trade in value, etc... so I called Criswell before I stopped at the dealership. Ceasar Yanes took the time to understand everything I was looking for, and he called me back within an hour's time and provided every detail regarding the deal. When I arrived, every last figure was exactly what Ceasar had told me, and he got me the exact figure I needed for my trade as well. Krystie in finance was amazing as well, and the entire purchase transaction took 1 hour from the time I arrived. PAINLESS! I knew exactly what car I wanted and it wasn't a Nissan. The exact used Toyota I wanted was for sale at this dealership. Emerson Greene and Ryan Davis could not have been more helpful unless they gave me the car for free! They did everything possible to get me in that car within my budget and we just couldn't make it work. Emerson tried to get me interested in cars within my budget but I wanted to shop for the Toyota I had been looking for. These two guys were such basically decent people who understood and supported me in my panic to replace my recently totaled car that I can not thank them enough. Anyone shopping for a Nissan should absolutely shop this dealership and specifically ask for Emerson. Whoever said you can't trust a used car salesman never met Ryan and Emerson.

Sent my car in for a oil change multi point inspection and recall. Called me two hours later to say I need $900 worth of brake work...just purchased the car from THEM a little over a year ago. Never mentioned the tire maintenance light that was on but when I picked it up it was still on. Claimed no one told them to do anything about it..I didn't tell them to call me with $900 worth of brake repairs but they did that. Told me the tire rotation would have been another $29 but never told me I needed one. Taylor was rude and very unhelpful. Don't waste your time or money.

The service team was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Although they found that my car needed more service than what I brought it in for, they did not pressure me to do the work that was not necessary. They kept me informed throughout the process. They did only what was pressing. And gave me approximate timeline for when the other services would likely become more pressing. The shop advised my steering switch was under recall (which I was not aware of). They exchanged the switch the same day.

They asked all these personal questions, entered all my information and at the end told me they can't give me any numbers before I test drive a car!

I had a great experience with Passport Nissan. I called them up on Memorial Day looking for a great deal on a new Murano. I had seen a competitive Internet Price they posted, but I live in New York and needed a great offer to make the trip down there worth my time.
I called them up and told them my situation. They didn't play games. Right away, Brandon and team took me seriously and worked with me on price. Since it was a big holiday, they were motivated to make deals happen. And that's exactly what they did. They quoted me a fantastic price, sent it to me in writing, and I was on my way down from NYC to sign and drive.
When I got there, it was getting late in the evening. But they treated me like it was first thing in the morning. The car was immaculate and ready to roll. They didn't waffle on their offer or try and hard sell me on a lot of other extras and add-ons. I was clear about what I wanted, and they delivered.
Brandon was awesome and extremely helpful. He took his time and gave me a full tour of the car and demo of all the electronics. He wanted to make sure my drive back to New York that night was a fun and comfortable one. My four-hour drive back home was awesome because I felt like I already knew my car.
By the time I was leaving the dealership, it was 9:30pm. Brandon was getting in his own car to head home as well. But instead of darting out, he waited for me to settle in to my new car, just to make sure I was good to go. Then, right before I left, he jumped out of his car and ran over for one more tip. He reached in my window and flipped on the fog lights. "The car looks even cooler if you put your fog lights on," he said.
That's a guy putting a little extra effort into his job right there. You can just tell he cares and wants to make sure people are truly happy. He made things happen that day, along with the whole team. And even though I traveled from 4 states away to get this deal, it was seamless and totally worth it. A great experience here!
TERRIBLE Service / Parts Dept. (Timonium Road) - Mickey Mouse
Yesterday, I went into Nationwide Nissan Service Dept. to request a broken plastic clip part for the driver side molding on my car. Ryan looked at the car and stated that he would order two plastic clips for $10.00.
Upon picking up the clips today, he ordered two weather stripping clips which I never requested BUT he said they were missing and costs another $10.00. I noticed the clips for the molding were smaller than a dime , even a chimpanzee monkey could clearly see the plastic clips are the size of a quarter. After requesting a full refund from the woman at the front desk she took the clips and disappeared into the smokey back room for 15 minutes. Upon her return, she asked another woman at the front desk to give me the $20.87 back in CASH which I had paid for the day before. They ARGUED about whether this would mess up the accounting books across the street and that she could not give me cash back for anything purchased over $20.00. REALLY?!! After being thoroughly disgusted with the LACK of QUALITY customer service, I went down the street to Kelly Body Shop who called Nationwide Nissan to see if they could get the plastic clips. They called and were told by Nationwide Nissan Parts Dept., that the clips for that part could NOT be PURCHASED and that I would have to buy a NEW Chrome MOLDING piece for $220.00. I said NO, I'm not doing that.
Kelly's Body Shop told me to go online and purchase the plastic clips from Clips and Fasteners .com and that they would fix the molding for FREE, NOW that's Customer Service!!
Clearly, I was LIED to and misled by Nationwide Nissan Parts Dept. into purchasing the clips that were NOT even available to be purchased and was forced to listen to a ridiculous argument between two employees to an absurd degree JUST to get my $20.87 cash back. UNBELIEVABLE!!
I will NEVER RETURN to that disorganization and chaos EVER AGAIN!!

Now it's time to turn in my nissan and I couldn't be happier, this dealership's irresponsibility and lack of professionalism is so bad that I don't ever want to deal with such garbage again.

This place is run by clueless bullies.They harassed my 18 year old son, called the cops on him for opening the door and checking out the inside one of their unlocked used vehicles during normal business hours. I believe they picked on him because he looks young and they thought he wasn't a potential buyer. They lost a potential sale, we bought a car elsewhere.

I purchased a used 2007 Nissan Maxima from this dealership. The sales guy was nice however, the business practices of this dealership is the worst. I traded in a Infiniti G35 when I bought the maxima. Thirty days later the G35 was still not paid off by the dealership eventhough I called them about 3 weeks later because the finance company on the G35 kept calling me about a payment. After several phone calls to RStempler for them to send the payoff to finance company, they finally sent the payment. Well, 10 days later I get a call about being behind 2 car payments on the G35 because the check that RStempler sent had bounced. How in the world does a nationwide dealership bounce a check. There irresponsibility has now caused my credit to be damaged because they didn't pay for the trade in. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone especially if you are trading in a car. It has been a month and a half and my trade in still isn't paid off.
