I had a great experience there with my wife, basically being a first time car buyer. Kyle was the best we could have asked for, he was very friendly, helpful, and very understanding to our needs and wants. He is a cool guy who didn't seem arrogant and enjoyed the small talk,(which was a good thing and made me more apt to buy) He made us feel welcome, that we weren't just a job and was forced to talk with us. I would definitely buy from him again and recommend him to other people.

Here is a follow-up to me previous review (http://www.dealerrater.com/dealer/Galesburg-Ford-Inc-review-29387/). After explaining to the sales person, in a series of emails in which he simply could not understand why I had gone elsewhere, ending with me pointing out that this was the more irritating experience I had ever had, he sent an email to my employer, complaining about my attitude, with the implied threat that if they did not get me to retract my review, we might find ourselves getting poor reviews. Now, I'm not sure when the First Amendment was repealed, or when it became my employer's business what I say to people in my off-hours, but this just seems silly. Now my employer was annoyed (not with me), and would otherwise have been completely ignorant of this dealership. This seems like a very strange response for a salesperson to have, no matter how badly he may think that I treated him. After complaining about this to various people, Mr. Warren did send me an apology along with the offer of a free oil-change. A frustrating and exhausting experience for everyone involved, i'm sure. But Galesburg Ford seems to recognize this, and is trying to do better.
