I called salesman Ben Smith, and set up my initial appointment. Ben communicated all the information he could in reference to the Jeep Wrangler that I was interested in purchasing. Ben and I agreed upon a time for me to come in, a 100 mile trip for me, on a Thursday at 1:00pm. I drove to the dealership; Ben met me outside, he had the Jeep all ready, I took a quick test drive, and was sold. The entire staff was very professional, and helpful to Ben as he is new to their dealership. Jim in the Finance department was very professional, and quickly got me taken care of. I was signed, and delivered by 4:30pm, and on the way home with my new Jeep. Thanks again.

Like many people the recession of 2008 hit me and my family hard. Due to income reductions my credit rating suffered. I have been able to recover some the past two years but knew a car loan would be out of the question. I totaled out my car in an accident with a deer and needed to replace it. In addition my 16 year-old daughter was ready for her license and living in Michigan on dirt roads that are tricky in the snow I wanted a newer vehicle with AWD and the latest safety equipment. I was able to save enough to purchase a used vehicle and went in to see John. After a discussion of my options I left the dealership convinced I was going to have to use all my savings on a used vehicle. On my way home John called me and suggested a pre-paid lease. I immediately went back to see John and he initiated the pre-paid lease process and walked me though all the needed income and credit history documentation. John had me approved by 4 pm the next day and I was able to surprise my wife and daughter with a beautiful 2016 AWD Escape with all the latest safety technology while keeping dollars in my savings account!

If you're in the market for a used vehicle, you've got to see Dennis Lietz at Suburban Ford in Ferndale. My experience is a "Good Deal Gone Great". My wife and I were in the market for a used Ford Flex. Driving back from Troy, we saw a 2010 White Flex at Suburban. Monday evening, we went and met Dennis who told us the Flex had a deposit and showed us other vehicle. Saddened with couldn't find "our" car. When leaving I gave Dennis my business card and told him if anything fell through on the Flex to let me know. I few days later Dennis said the Flex was available again and I had 1st dibbs. Negoiated the trade in and we're driving away in "our" Ford Flex. Thanks for the help Dennis.

Brendon and Jordan helped us find the vehicle that we wanted. We began looking on Saturday and we weren't exactly sure which options we wanted on a truck. They had us drive so many vehicles so we could experience each engine and option that we were considering and they Didn't even pay attention to the store hours while working with us, they stayed later and made us feel so important. Brendon even met us at another one of their dealerships so that we could drive another truck that evening........on a Saturday. We sent Brendon a text on Monday and told him what options we were looking for and he found us exactly what we were looking for and we purchased it on Tuesday and we love it. Jordan went over every feature of the vehicle to make sure we understood everything and kept reminding to call if we have questions. These guys sure understand great customer service!

I'll start off by saying more and more car shoppers look forward online before heading to a particular dealer. Car buying is miserable normally. But I have a no nonsense attitude about it. Taylor ford really did a great job and I'm really impressed. It's been years since I've had an experience in a domestic non luxury dealership, and I'm really impressed.
While looking for a very specific vehicle online I found many matches at dealers all over the metro area, but when I called to see if they had it every single time it was a no, until I called Taylor ford. The phone system seemed kind of silly when I called as I selected used cars then had to ask again when the girl answered. But I reached mark Taylor, I quickly explained I am looking at a car it says that he has and want to know if it's actually available. He checked and said yes. I asked if it was a good idea to fill out a credit application he said yes. I said I'll do that now and be there in 30minutes. I'm sure salespeople hear that all the time people coming then bail...
I headed over to the dealer and upon pulling in the vehicle I inquired about was backed in the first parking spot next to the door and had a dealer plate on it ready to go. I really was expecting the usual sit down talk about this and that have to wait to get it ready etc. I was stunned! I was greeted immediatly by mark (probably best desk in the place sitting next to the door) he immediatly introduced himself, asked me for my id made a copy and we talked for a minute about why I need a certain vehicle and my finance limitations. He then handed me the keys and said go take it for a ride or whatever it's got a plate and gas for you. I said I'd be gone for about an hour to show to my wife at home and he said fine see you later. He never insisted he take me out first or take a certain route or anything. This really made me feel good. He wasn't wasting my time and I wasn't interested in wasting his.
When I returned I was again immediatly greeted by mark, and asked how I liked it and if the wife approved, she actually did. I told him about my financial issues and that I had no interest in putting any money down and wanted to complete the deal ASAP. He told me to take a seat or walk around for a bit and he'd see what he could do. I got a cup of water (some complimentary snacks and maybe soda not in a vending machine would be nice) and took a walk outside to see what else they had on the lot, while doing so I really felt good about the vehicle I had chosen. Not more than 5minutes had passed and mark found me outside showed me some preliminary numbers, we agreed that those would be acceptable. He asked to give him a few more minutes, so I headed inside and took a seat. A few minutes later he asked me to sit down with finance "wizard" Cindy.
I've bought many cars and dread this part the most. I made it clear to Cindy maybe too soon that I'm a no nonsense guy and she got it. We had a great time talking about many things. She managed to get me approved by a big bank with a good interest rate, with a warranty and no money down for less than the preliminary figuring showed. I really couldn't believe it! Since I was using a consigner she needed to be present I explained it was getting late and I'd need to bring her the next day. I didn't get the usual well it's only 4 can't we finish this today spiel. Again I was stunned. We agreed on a 3pm delivery on Thursday. I left happy and excited, something I hadn't experienced at a car dealer since the first test drive I had in a new car 13 years ago.
Thursday came we had to bump our delivery back a little as we were running a little late. When we arrived again we were quickly greeted by mark and he went and let Cindy know we were there. She was finishing another delivery so we had to wait a few minutes but nothing crazy. He took us to Cindy and she greeted my cosigner and myself and we had lots of laughing and talking. My cosigner really felt included and really liked Cindy a lot. She couldn't stop talking about her on the way home! Cindy was very accommodating with her explainations, jokes, and helping point out exactly where to sign and initial! We walked out with our new car in less than an hour. And my total investment of time at the actual dealership was maybe 2 hours. Not the dreaded half a day or more crap.
I'm so glad that the team at Taylor ford was so accommodating, friendly, and didn't waste my time. It's nice to go in and get real answers. And walk away with a real vehicle, a vehicle you can feel good driving and know that you didn't just get taken.
Upon delivery I noticed an issue that I hadn't expected I brought it to marks attention and it was corrected immediatly and professionally as well.

I scheduled my car for an oil change with Ryan. Jason changed the oil - fast friendly service. My husband ordered parts for our pickup, and then we scoped out the lot and took home a used vehicle. The staff, from the parts and service department to the sales floor are always wonderful to work with. Steve met us in the lot, but because Jerry is our sales person he handed us over to Jerry. Earl and Brendon are very pleasant and make you feel like you are part of the family. I would recommend Lafontaine Ford of Gladwin and their staff to anyone.

I was in the market for a new Ford Focus and I wanted to take a look online first. I visited the Tom Holzer website and filled out the quick information that was requested. Soon after (within a day), Jack Kare emailed me and asked that I stop in so we could speak in-person. I went to the showroom within a day or so and Jack really went out of the way to give an inviting first experience with him as a salesman. We talked in the showroom for a while and he really educated me on what vehicles were available with different options.
He spent a good few hours with me and we eventually walked the lot and looked at a lot of difference vehicles. We eventually settled on the one I wanted and he had me out of there with my new car that very same day.
Jack Kare goes above and beyond any vehicle salesperson I have ever dealt with in the over 20 cars I have purchased from various dealerships around the state of Michigan.
I have my car serviced at the dealer every 5,000 miles and Jack is always there to make sure I have a cup of coffee or a snack in-hand while I wait. Jack has even taken calls outside of work for me and has really made the whole experience more like a friendship. I really appreciate everything he has done for me.

You should note the change from the earlier rating. I won't go into a long explanation of the miss-communications that led to the earlier rating but everything has been resolved to my satisfaction. Even though the problem appeared minor it is a very expensive repair so it is understandable that the dealership would proceed with caution. Hopefully Ford will appreciate dealers like Great Lakes that once all the facts are clear go the extra mile to keep Ford owners happy.

Krapohl Ford is the only place I go to for a oil changes, repairs and detailing. They always do an amazing job and are the nicest people. If I have any problems or questions they are 100% ready and willing to do anything for customer satisfaction. I leased a 2015 Ford Explorer last year and they were wonderful. I love the vehicle and have had a great experience everytime. As well as great service Krapohl Ford are a huge and generous part of the community. You see their name everywhere for donating to the local community and sponoring charity events. They are just the best.

I recently had our 2011 Ford Edge in for service at the Owosso dealership. During their inspection the technician noted a loose inner tie rod end. Service advisor Brent went over all options. He was very thorough and professional. I decided to make the repairs, including recommended front end alignment.
Service manager Noah and Brent kept me appraised of progress . When I picked up the vehicle and noticed slight pull to right at higher speed they immediately took personal charge and saw to it that correction was done on the spot.
I have done business with Signature Ford for many years. My experience has been that this attention to detail is the rule , not the exception.

My husband and I went up to Campbell Ford to look at a new Escape on Saturday February 27. We already have a 2011 Escape we bought from Jason Zeismer. We took my husband 2008 hhr to trade. We love our 2011 escape so we kept that. We looked for Jason right away wanted to buy it from him. He gave us everything we wanted. Told him what we wanted for payments and for trade in and he did it just like when we bought the 2011 escape. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle go to Campbell Ford. They want to sell you a vehicle and are willing to work with you. We are from Laporte Indiana couldn't find a dealership around here to work wth. We love Campbell Ford!!!!!
