We happened to be in the Kalamazoo area and stopped by Metro looking for a used Toyota Venza. At that time they did not have what we were looking for, but Tedd Ship took down the information of what we needed and said he would let us know if he came across one. Sure enough, three months later we received a call from Tedd Ship and he had a Venza coming in that filled all our desires. Tedd was a pleasure to work with, he was informative and detailed. Purchasing our car from Metro was smooth and painless:)

We had called ahead of time as we were driving from Middleville MI. When he was interduced to us the twinkle in his eyes and smile drew me right in, I could tell he loved what he was doing! He brought the vehicle inside as it was very cold outside.
His knowledge of the Outback was outstanding and he explained all the features to us. Took his time with us and was in no hurry. We had looked elsewhere and Andre' was top notch! During nagotiations he was very fair and gave us an excellent price! By the time we came to pick up the car I could have taken him home as my third son!!

I just purchased a used 2016 Toyota Sienna from Gerry. I have never purchased a vehicle from this dealership before, but will certainly do so again. Gerry came out and greeted me as soon as I pulled up but not in a pushy, typical salesman way. I felt very comfortable with him immediately.
This was not the first dealership on which I called, but was certainly the most professional and courteous. All the staff here were extremely pleasant and willing to assist in any way they could.
They had the vehicle I was looking for and in the condition I desired. They worked with me on the price and also took my Camry as a trade in giving me the value I was looking for.

If I'm honest....buying a car is my LEAST favorite thing to do. In fact I DREAD IT!!! BUT this was not the case with Labadie Toyota in Bay City, Michigan. Charlie was in contact with my husband via phone, text & email including price negotiations, pictures & many questions about the vehicle we were interested in. Most of the negotiations were done PRIOR to arriving at the dealership. Who wants to spend all day sitting & WAITING inside a dealership....now all we had to do was see the vehicle & drive it! We drove almost 3 hrs & were very pleased that it was EXACTLY what we wanted & everything Charlie promised it would be!
Charlie knew we were coming from out of town & he actually drove us by our hotel we were staying at & also make suggestions to the best places to eat, while waiting to see the finance guy to finish the deal!
We would do the 3 hour drive AGAIN, next time we need a vehicle!! We will DEFINITELY call Charlie!!!!!

We stopped in for an unscheduled 15,000 mile service on our 2016 Toyota. The greeting we received when we first arrived was not the friendliest, the service writer seemed very unprepared and quick to make sarcastic remarks. One thing that was nice is while getting everything put in for the service, the service writer did inform us of a recall. After service was completed we had to sit back down again to completely redo all the paperwork after I had to look for the writer to see how much longer.

I look on line for a used Camry, they had a 2012 certified, for $16,431. We went to the lot and talked to Brian Foster, he let us drive it. When we returned and started to negotiate a price he looked at his paper, and said that car is on the lot for $16,931. When I told him the sticker in the window and the internet price was $16,431. His reply was the price is always a little lower on the internet, and the person who puts in the window stickers put the wrong one in that at car. We made an offer, he came back from the manager with the counter offer, and said the window sticker guy is getting his butt chewed out right now. We exchanged offers again, and he returned saying I could get to your offer if we could decertify the car, BUT Toyota changed their policy Jan. 1 2015 we are not allowed to do that anymore. We left it at that.
Two days later we stopped in to see if they would take our offer, and low and behold the sticker on the car was still $16,431. Brian's Sheet now had it at $16,631, I asked him why the sticker was still $16,431, I was told the guy that changes them was sick. I made one last offer, when he came back from the manager he said they would agree to that, BUT they would have to decertify the car.
