I used the Sunshine Toyota website to select the Tacoma I wanted to possibly purchase. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They texted me to set up an appointment and Chip Iceberg was my salesperson. This is my third Toyota that I have bought from Sunshine and as usual, everything went smooth. Thanks Chip and the rest of folks there for doing a great job, I'm loving this truck!
Great Customer Service - PBerg
I first contacted the Szott dealership in Holly and spoke with Bob in the body shop area about a scratch on my vehicle. Bob was very helpful in giving me contact numbers and names for your dealership. Which is how I ended up at your dealership on Tuesday, September 13, 2016. First the cashier (sorry I don't know her name) was very nice and courteous. Scott Minton, manager and Doug Hunter, Painter Tech, both came out to look at my car. they decided that it could easily be buffed out. 5 minutes later Scott came back and said my car was done and that there will be no charge. No charge you never get that anymore. Scott made my day!! I Love my Szott family!
Smooth sailing! - Dr J
Eric did a fantastic job taking me though the test drive, negeoiation and final sales process. He had multiple customers at once and handled that with ease. I would certainly recommend Eric to help take you through a smooth, fun process.
They had a model I liked and gave me a fair price - txmcxlx
I wanted a car with a minimum of gadgetry and they had one in stock with 2179 miles on the odometer. They adjusted the price for usage and I drove it home. Even though I wanted a base model they didn't try to steer me into something I didn't want. The transportation segment of the car market is underserved. While I was there another customer came in and stated they wanted a reliable car and didn't care about gadgets.
The 150 mph speedometer on my car is ridiculous. The space is better used for better warning lights which are easily obscured by the sun.
This is my second leftover purchase and hopefully it will do better than the Nissan I traded in which was sold as new/used with 115 miles on the odometer and an engine defect. I only purchased leftovers because base models are in short supply and I don't want gadget laden vehicles.
A+ Thrill - Garden Teacher
This is my 4th Subaru! I ordered the 3.6R Touring and it is gorgeous. I ordered sight unseen due to my previous high expectations from my 17 year old L L Bean Legacy Outback) Andre gave me the best price (I researched) and helped me learn to operate all the new technology. He is still helping me!

Always has my best interest in mind - B.R.
The Toyota service department kept my older model car in great running condition for many years. Service manager, Anthony Iafrate, always had my best interest in mind when recommending work to be done.
Great Job Crown Toyota - GRMick
Purchased a new 2016 4Runner Limited from Mike McLaughlin at Crown Toyota. The buying experience was excellent...highly recommended Toyota dealer in the Grand Rapids/Holland area..
From the time of arrival, through vehicle selection, price/trade-in negotiations and completing the sale, Crown Toyota was helpful, fast, fair and very knowledgeable. No pressure ever, detailed technical knowledge, really helped us compare possible vehicles, and treated us honestly during the negotiations and closing the deal.
This is the 5th new Toyota we have purchased, the other 4 from Grand Rapids Toyota. Crown Toyota is much better, offering lower pressure, more knowledgeable staff and upfront fair pricing with no games. Very much with the drive to Holland.

Great Sales Consultant - umojanow
The energy that Mr. Jerome Edwards put into helping me obtain a vehicle was above and beyond the call of duty. His positive attitude helped me get over my disdain for Car Salespersons.
If Toyota had more Salespeople like Mr. Edwards, they will sale a lot of cars.
Best place in TC - linda67
Service is great. The mechanics really know what they're doing and they get the job done quickly. Service consultants are knowledgeable and polite. Wonderful waiting lounge. I used the shuttle service which is fantastic. I sent my daughter to this dealership and she found the exact Sienna she wanted at a great price. Best dealership in TC.
Dissapointed customer - Mal123
Toyota had a recall on airbags i waited nearly 2 months to get a call to get it serviced, when i arrived my paper work was wrong i had to wait because they screwed up on the paperwork twice. I finally got it replaced i had to wait for 10 minutes by the door to be seen even tho they had people just standing there. After all that i had my airbag light come on! In all the years ive had my corrolla ive never had one light come on. I have called the service department multiple times and left multiple voicemails and have not received a call back.
Fantastic Dealership! - laura1256
My husband and I went to Page Toyota last Saturday, September 24, 2016. Our intention was to test drive both a 2016 Toyota Highlander, as well as a 2016 Toyota Rav4. Though my husband purchased a 2007 Toyota Corolla as his commuter vehicle to Auburn Hills, each day, we had only visited Serra Toyota (located in Farmington Hills, MI) on one occasion. Several friends and business associates had recommended Page Toyota to us, based on both the professional service and great financial deals that they had received when purchasing their vehicles. We were NOT disappointed! We were completely taken care of by Dean Jarrell, who was our Certified Sales Consultant. Dean was highly knowledgeable about the Toyota brand, respectfully listened to what was important to us when leasing/purchasing a Toyota, and NEVER attempted to lease or sell me a car that wasn't in my best interest. This was the most positive and encouraging dealership experience we have ever had! Dean walked us carefully through the leasing program, allowed us to test drive the 2016 Toyota Highlander for extended drives, and answered every question we had honestly! Needless to say, rather than visiting several other local dealerships in the SE Michigan area (Suburban Toyota and M-59 Toyota Dealership) we were able to trade in our 2005 Ford Freestyle and drive away in our new Toyota Highlander hours later! Amazing! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dean and Page Toyota! Kudos to a seamless, stressless car leasing experience! We will continue our patronage with both Dean and Page Toyota forever!
Great service - LNDBBJ
I took my car in for the standard oil change. My service advisor was Brian Michling. He took great care of my car and advised me to get a tire rotation as well. He also gave me a great price on new tires and I will return soon to get them. He knows his stuff and is very professional. Will go to Brian for all my service needs!

Used car experience - KeyserSoze
This would be 4 1/2 stars if that were possible. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and do 5 stars.
First, the not so good.
1) I'm driving 5 hours each way to look at two used Tacoma's and I'm asked to put $50 down to hold one. Deposits are typically used to gauge serious interest by the buyer. Was driving 10 hours round trip the following day, is that not enough serious interest?
2) I can only put money on ONE car to hold for me, not two, even though I'd be there by noon the next day. I understand asking to hold two vehicles for a couple days - but the next morning?
Both of these policies need to be changed.
3) Please ... stop doing the "sign this piece of paper to show my manager you're interest in this deal". It's SO cliche, so 1970's dealership BS. Stop it, it cheapens an otherwise good buying an experience.
1) very good, prompt communication with Andrew the salesman before arriving
2) both vehicles were there, as described, and ready for me to test drive.
3) Negotiation for my trade was short, I got a reasonable price for it and made a deal quickly.
4) The dealership gave me the lower price (~$2,000 I found on the internet elsewhere, which made the drive worthwhile.
5) Three hours out the door from the time I arrived. Not bad for a trade, buy, proof of insurance, finance, and all the paperwork.
6) Andrew is a great guy, very courteous, very professional, I'd recommend anyone in the area to ask for him if you're looking at a car at Labadie. If I wasn't five hours away I'd send him additional business when available.
7) Oh yea, I got the $50 to hold the Tacoma refunded promptly and without any games.
8) Several small things like making sure I had the locking lug nut key before I left, removing some stick on mirrors, a last quick detail, both keys. manuals, etc. Last minute checks were helpful, especially when I couldn't return, being five hours away.
Toyota dealerships don't have a bad salesman good cop bad cop reputation, but they aren't like shopping at Lexus or Audi either. But all dealerships CAN be. You don't have to sell $50,000 cars to act a certain way. Treat people like adults, with respect, and don't play games. Labadie seems to be working toward that objective, they have a way to go, but they can get there.
Toyota dealer not cancel my extended warranty - Somnath
Toyota dealer not cancel my extended warranty. I was told it was included at the time of sale and now they are not ready to cancel. I called more then 20 times and every time they somehow ignore my request. Future buyer please make sure you should not fall in trap. They will eventual make your life xxxx. Me and my wife left so many messages and every time they tel some other sorry. This is very bad and there sale make you false promises.
Lured us to the dealership with a promise to buy our car - RING42MASTER
Let me preface this by saying that we did not seek out Victory Toyota's specific offer on our car. I listed it for sale on autotrader, and gave dealerships permission to make offers on my car. I received an email offer from Victory Toyota with an 'offer' of $20,500. Upon making an appointment to have it inspected, my wife went to the dealership and waited for an hour while they 'made phone calls' to see who might be interested in buying our car. Mind you, we were told the entire process would take 10 minutes, and that the dealership was interested in buying our car. We left with a promise of 'we'll call you if there's any interest.' Their staff were the ones who told us that they wanted to buy our car, but at no point did they make an offer to purchase. If you want to sell a car, don't waste your time with this shady dealership, no matter what they say on the phone. It will likely be a waste of your time, as it was for my wife.
Felt deceived - gareyb
I look on line for a used Camry, they had a 2012 certified, for $16,431. We went to the lot and talked to Brian Foster, he let us drive it. When we returned and started to negotiate a price he looked at his paper, and said that car is on the lot for $16,931. When I told him the sticker in the window and the internet price was $16,431. His reply was the price is always a little lower on the internet, and the person who puts in the window stickers put the wrong one in that at car. We made an offer, he came back from the manager with the counter offer, and said the window sticker guy is getting his butt chewed out right now. We exchanged offers again, and he returned saying I could get to your offer if we could decertify the car, BUT Toyota changed their policy Jan. 1 2015 we are not allowed to do that anymore. We left it at that.
Two days later we stopped in to see if they would take our offer, and low and behold the sticker on the car was still $16,431. Brian's Sheet now had it at $16,631, I asked him why the sticker was still $16,431, I was told the guy that changes them was sick. I made one last offer, when he came back from the manager he said they would agree to that, BUT they would have to decertify the car.
