We came to My Import Auto to get my husband's Toyota Highlander serviced. We decided to walk the used lot while waiting. We were in NO way in the market for another vehicle. I found a vehicle that I really liked but not in the market to buy. After thinking about this for awhile, I decided to take the car for a test drive. Needless to say, I fell in love with this car.
Jordan Nye was my salesman and he was wonderful to work with. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. By the time our service was finished, I was abler to drive home with my new 4-Runner. Although the sale is over, if I need any assistance or have questions Jordan said I could call him and he would get me what I need.
This dealership on the whole is wonderful. The facility is very clean and organized. All the salespeople as well as support staff are friendly and easy to work with. You will get greeted as you enter the facility by more than one person. I would definitely say this is the best dealership I have ever bought a vehicle from.

I drove by the Dealership last week and decided to stop in as I was planning on trading in my Toyota next month. A few days later I was driving away with my brand-new Toyota Camry. Everyone was so wonderful. Ray Sadler, my Sales Consultant, couldn't do enough and with Dennis Barrera's (Sales Manager) help I was presented with an offer that just could not be refused. well after a job transfer south, I decided to trade in my 2011 J Cruiser (still think I am going to miss her) But Serra Toyota made it easy, I found a Avalon Hybrid that was such a beautiful car, and with an average of 40 mpg, that's twice of my FJ Cruiser. I worked with Dave Yunker, who I could see why he was salesman of the year quite a few times, He was a decent honest normal guy who worked for his money, I highly recommend him, also worked with sales manager Nate Maciag and Jim Tuohy the General manager who both were just a couple of class acts. My special thanks to Mr Tuohy who made me an offer I could not refuse. So again thanks Serra Toyota and staff for making the entire car process easy. This is my 2nd purchase thru Serra Toyota and I can honestly say they have done me well both in sales and maintenance back in the service department. I am going to miss them. Thanks guys!!

I CAN NOT believe what I'm going through right now! I traded in a very nice Tahoe to downsize a little and got a used Rav4 from Labadie Oct 1st. I was told they would offer top dollar for my Tahoe because there had been alot of interest in that model vehicle there. I was offered a below standard trade value on the Tahoe but they came down to an agreeable amount on the Rav4. I was happy with the terms and went about my business.
Until 3 months later I get a call from my bank that the dealership was attempting to just now turn in the paperwork for the loan. My loan offer was good for 30 days. That time had come and gone, Labadie waited 3 months to fax in the blank check. Literally all they had to do was fax a blank check. They didnt.
I was unaware of any issue because I had been auto paying the car note while on a deployment. (I'm active duty military)
I call and try to get ahold of someone and I'm told I'll get a call back. I then missed a call from "TJ" the GM who leaves me a voice-mail that says and I quote "This is TJ from Labadie Toyota, I'm the general manager, for some reason I've had to get flagged into this deal. You have two options you can tell (your bank) to fund the contract that you signed and are responsible for or you can cut us a check for $4063.48 for the negative equity in your Chevy Tahoe hybrid and bring the vehicle back. Those are your two options. Call me when you get this"
Hmm, surprising tone for a General Manager who didn't "manage" to get a fax off and screwed this entire thing up. Not to mention the fact that my actual negative equity was less then $3,000 do to the agreed price for the Rav4.
The huge problem here is that I no longer qualify for the original loan because i've taken over a family members hospital bills and my credit reflects it. I planned to do this to help out and purchased the car before thelse bills would be a factor.
My wife and two kids are two hours away from the dealership with no way to drop the car off and I'm on deployment during the holidays and these people won't even come pick up the car. I told them I would run my credit card to settle the difference.
Shame on you Labadie Toyota.

Sales people are good but manager is totally dumb. She is from Chinese or Korean descent and my salesman Dan went back and forth with her 7 times about price and apparently after 7 times she agreed on wrong price and was confused and asked for a price $500 more than agreed. I have 4 Toyota cars but I never bought a single one from there for same reason..not a great practice to gain customers and funny thing is I live only 3 miles away and same car I got it $700 cheaper than what we had agreed on before that price increase so actually I saved $1200 over that stupid manager's price.
Don't buy from them until that manager leaves. My salesman Dan was all aces and great guy but as long as this manager is here, would never go back.

I look on line for a used Camry, they had a 2012 certified, for $16,431. We went to the lot and talked to Brian Foster, he let us drive it. When we returned and started to negotiate a price he looked at his paper, and said that car is on the lot for $16,931. When I told him the sticker in the window and the internet price was $16,431. His reply was the price is always a little lower on the internet, and the person who puts in the window stickers put the wrong one in that at car. We made an offer, he came back from the manager with the counter offer, and said the window sticker guy is getting his butt chewed out right now. We exchanged offers again, and he returned saying I could get to your offer if we could decertify the car, BUT Toyota changed their policy Jan. 1 2015 we are not allowed to do that anymore. We left it at that.
Two days later we stopped in to see if they would take our offer, and low and behold the sticker on the car was still $16,431. Brian's Sheet now had it at $16,631, I asked him why the sticker was still $16,431, I was told the guy that changes them was sick. I made one last offer, when he came back from the manager he said they would agree to that, BUT they would have to decertify the car.
