Purchased 2013 Rav4 - PyriteMica
We just purchased a certified 2013 Toyota Rav4. The car was in fabulous condition and we really enjoyed working with Ken Karakula. He was very helpful and friendly and let the car and service along with warranty on this certified vehicle speak for themselves. I would recommend Ken and Metro to anyone looking for great cars and great service.
Exceptional experience - Sarawood
We had a great experience with Aaron when purchasing our new vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about each vehicle that we inquired about, but did not pressure us in any way. He was very quick to expedite the sale when we arrived later in the day.
Great Customer Service - PBerg
I first contacted the Szott dealership in Holly and spoke with Bob in the body shop area about a scratch on my vehicle. Bob was very helpful in giving me contact numbers and names for your dealership. Which is how I ended up at your dealership on Tuesday, September 13, 2016. First the cashier (sorry I don't know her name) was very nice and courteous. Scott Minton, manager and Doug Hunter, Painter Tech, both came out to look at my car. they decided that it could easily be buffed out. 5 minutes later Scott came back and said my car was done and that there will be no charge. No charge you never get that anymore. Scott made my day!! I Love my Szott family!

Heard Good Things, Was Not Disappointed - natalieruth1
My husband and I just purchased a 2017 Legacy through My Import and had a very good experience. The exact car we wanted wasn't on the lot, but Andre worked quickly and we had it soon afterwards. Salespeople overall seemed low pressure and honest, which we both appreciated! Good price too.
Good experience - BJR
I am very happy with my purchase of a 2016 RAV4 Hybrid. I worked with Ray Sadler. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car.
Found exactly what I needed. - Roxy88
I was looking for a SUV for my family but wasn't sure if I could really afford it. Lazer Volaj worked with me and found one I really loved and could actually afford. I am very grateful I got financing and am now enjoying my new car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Thanks again.
Great Job Crown Toyota - GRMick
Purchased a new 2016 4Runner Limited from Mike McLaughlin at Crown Toyota. The buying experience was excellent...highly recommended Toyota dealer in the Grand Rapids/Holland area..
From the time of arrival, through vehicle selection, price/trade-in negotiations and completing the sale, Crown Toyota was helpful, fast, fair and very knowledgeable. No pressure ever, detailed technical knowledge, really helped us compare possible vehicles, and treated us honestly during the negotiations and closing the deal.
This is the 5th new Toyota we have purchased, the other 4 from Grand Rapids Toyota. Crown Toyota is much better, offering lower pressure, more knowledgeable staff and upfront fair pricing with no games. Very much with the drive to Holland.
Great Deal on my new camry - dalesteve
I searched online for the best price and went to Draper. I found the car I wanted and got a very good deal. Todd was very good to work with and the environment was also very friendly and upbeat!
Absolutely outstanding - Adam
My husband and I were able to get a 2015 tundra, the employees there are so helpful explaining all the details from the loan to the truck. We enjoyed working with them and will go back there for our next buy.
Worst Used Car Experience Ever - Mic Y
I wanted to purchase a Highlander Hybrid. They had one with 96,000 miles. I didn't want that many miles but decided to go for it as these are somewhat hard to find used. I put $2500 down to hold this $22,000 vehicle while they fixed the stereo, which had a broken CD player. During the following week I called my sales man numerous times on his desk and cell phone for information and to possibly add to the order. I left messages, texts, voicemails. I was able to talk to him 1 time when he actually picked up the call. I don't know why he would not return my calls. Anyway, I wanted a quote to install a hitch. Never heard back, left messages, etc, During this time I learned that the vehicle would require about $1,000 in routine maintenance once I took possession. Again, I tried to talk to the sales man with no success. I was willing to pay a fair price for them to do this work, but they wouldn't take my calls. I elevated this to a sales manager. After explaining my situation he said he would check it out and get back to me. Never talked to him again, even after calling, leaving messages, etc. Finally I was fed up and decided to cancel the pending sale. I talked to Kenneth, the sales manager who finalized my pending deal while I was at the dealership. Kenneth basically implied that I could not cancel my purchase and get my money back. I explained to him that there was no way I was going to complete this sale and if the dealership didn't refund my money I would make sure the credit card company did. At that point he asked me "are you threatening me?". Threat? Really? How ludicrous.
My advice to you is do not use this dealership. The dealer I ultimately bought from (Gregory Infiniti, Libertyville IL) treated me like royalty, made the buying experience a delight, and did everything in their power to make sure I was happy. This is NOT the experience I received with Toyota Scion of GR.
Awesome - Bullcrap23
Dave Palevich is one of the best service reps I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Keep up the great work!
Great Sales Consultant - umojanow
The energy that Mr. Jerome Edwards put into helping me obtain a vehicle was above and beyond the call of duty. His positive attitude helped me get over my disdain for Car Salespersons.
If Toyota had more Salespeople like Mr. Edwards, they will sale a lot of cars.
Best place in TC - linda67
Service is great. The mechanics really know what they're doing and they get the job done quickly. Service consultants are knowledgeable and polite. Wonderful waiting lounge. I used the shuttle service which is fantastic. I sent my daughter to this dealership and she found the exact Sienna she wanted at a great price. Best dealership in TC.
High praise for Colleen Paige at Page Toyota - Deb from Detroit
I just bought my newest Toyota from Colleen Paige at Page Toyota. Every aspect of the transaction was great! Colleen was able to place us in a vehicle same day so we said goodbye to our previous car and left the lot in our new Rav 4. It is absolutely a great ride and so much fun to drive! Every aspect of the transaction was smooth and easy from describing the car we wanted, to test driving, to signing the finance paperwork with Kristie. And did I mention that 0% financing is a perfect way to top off our purchase?
Great service - LNDBBJ
I took my car in for the standard oil change. My service advisor was Brian Michling. He took great care of my car and advised me to get a tire rotation as well. He also gave me a great price on new tires and I will return soon to get them. He knows his stuff and is very professional. Will go to Brian for all my service needs!
Wonderful customer service! - Angela

I called more then 20 times and every time they somehow ignore my request. Future buyer please make sure you should not fall in trap. They will eventual make your life xxxx. Me and my wife left so many messages and every time they tel some other sorry. This is very bad and there sale make you false promises.
Worst experience I've ever had - Jadobson3
I CAN NOT believe what I'm going through right now! I traded in a very nice Tahoe to downsize a little and got a used Rav4 from Labadie Oct 1st. I was told they would offer top dollar for my Tahoe because there had been alot of interest in that model vehicle there. I was offered a below standard trade value on the Tahoe but they came down to an agreeable amount on the Rav4. I was happy with the terms and went about my business.
Until 3 months later I get a call from my bank that the dealership was attempting to just now turn in the paperwork for the loan. My loan offer was good for 30 days. That time had come and gone, Labadie waited 3 months to fax in the blank check. Literally all they had to do was fax a blank check. They didnt.
I was unaware of any issue because I had been auto paying the car note while on a deployment. (I'm active duty military)
I call and try to get ahold of someone and I'm told I'll get a call back. I then missed a call from "TJ" the GM who leaves me a voice-mail that says and I quote "This is TJ from Labadie Toyota, I'm the general manager, for some reason I've had to get flagged into this deal. You have two options you can tell (your bank) to fund the contract that you signed and are responsible for or you can cut us a check for $4063.48 for the negative equity in your Chevy Tahoe hybrid and bring the vehicle back. Those are your two options. Call me when you get this"
Hmm, surprising tone for a General Manager who didn't "manage" to get a fax off and screwed this entire thing up. Not to mention the fact that my actual negative equity was less then $3,000 do to the agreed price for the Rav4.
The huge problem here is that I no longer qualify for the original loan because i've taken over a family members hospital bills and my credit reflects it. I planned to do this to help out and purchased the car before thelse bills would be a factor.
My wife and two kids are two hours away from the dealership with no way to drop the car off and I'm on deployment during the holidays and these people won't even come pick up the car. I told them I would run my credit card to settle the difference.
Shame on you Labadie Toyota.
Don't buy your car from here - Neil
Sales people are good but manager is totally dumb. She is from Chinese or Korean descent and my salesman Dan went back and forth with her 7 times about price and apparently after 7 times she agreed on wrong price and was confused and asked for a price $500 more than agreed. I have 4 Toyota cars but I never bought a single one from there for same reason..not a great practice to gain customers and funny thing is I live only 3 miles away and same car I got it $700 cheaper than what we had agreed on before that price increase so actually I saved $1200 over that stupid manager's price.
Don't buy from them until that manager leaves. My salesman Dan was all aces and great guy but as long as this manager is here, would never go back.
Felt deceived - gareyb
I look on line for a used Camry, they had a 2012 certified, for $16,431. We went to the lot and talked to Brian Foster, he let us drive it. When we returned and started to negotiate a price he looked at his paper, and said that car is on the lot for $16,931. When I told him the sticker in the window and the internet price was $16,431. His reply was the price is always a little lower on the internet, and the person who puts in the window stickers put the wrong one in that at car. We made an offer, he came back from the manager with the counter offer, and said the window sticker guy is getting his butt chewed out right now. We exchanged offers again, and he returned saying I could get to your offer if we could decertify the car, BUT Toyota changed their policy Jan. 1 2015 we are not allowed to do that anymore. We left it at that.
Two days later we stopped in to see if they would take our offer, and low and behold the sticker on the car was still $16,431. Brian's Sheet now had it at $16,631, I asked him why the sticker was still $16,431, I was told the guy that changes them was sick. I made one last offer, when he came back from the manager he said they would agree to that, BUT they would have to decertify the car.
