I was in an accident with my 2016 Toyota Corolla(leased), and it was declared a total loss. Rob Gould, the sales specialist, worked tirelessly with me, and Progressive, to settle things with the Toyota Lease Company, and get me into a new lease. Even though I had not purchased "gap insurance" on the 2016 Corolla, Rob offered to pay what I owed to the lease company. In so doing, I didn't have to pay the gap out of my pocket, but rather worked it into my new lease. No one at My Auto Imports treated me like I was being "sent to the Principal's office", and I had no problem getting things straightened out. Rob even helped me return my rental car to Enterprise that very day, saving me even more out-of-pocket expense. Rob is very professional, while also being very relatable. John Gongalski also helped with the whole process, and he was just as friendly and professional as Rob. It was a good experience.

Dale over in the service department has never did me wrong!! I had something running rough on my car and dropped it off, he offered me a shuttle home (which I had someone already picking me up) a few hours later found out it was just a vacuum leak!!! Parts weren't crazy and had it fixed all within the afternoon!!!

It seems that customer service in a lot of places has declined but I was extremely pleased with my recent experience at Serra. I was able to drive right in to get started with no wait, The service guy was very friendly, polite, and helpful. The work was done faster that estimated time I was given. The checkout person was also very friendly and polite. They both went over the material given to me and made sure I understood the work that was done. Also, I thought the price was very fair and reasonable. I will definitely continue to bring vehicles back the next time I need service.

Recently, i had the opportunity to visit Spartan Toyota. Before setting foot at the dealership i had already been handed off 3 times, and then a 4th time before it was all done.
Upon getting there, i was introduced to a 3rd person a "sales consultant" .
A sales person !
He processed in his matter a fact deminer, repeating himself like a broken record despite any and all questions i had for him.
I asked again for clarification on a certain model car. His response was that of a flipent pre teen girl.
I asked again, thinking i had not asked the question correctly so as to be understood. Again , with another flipent reply, from the car sales person.
I reminded him of the fact that , I was the customer and that he was the sales person. That i had chosen to come there, and that i very well could be somewhere else.
He imidiatly replied by saying " you should talk to someone else "
I waited, then a few minutes later a 4th sales person appears along with a 5th person. He said hello and streched out his hand to greet me.
This is the same guy i saw leaving the mens bathroom stall , as i was coming in AND NOT WASHING His hands! !
Im not about to shake that kind of persons hand. So i didn't.
He asked if they had offended me.
I said yes, and choosing not to further embrace him in front of his peers, i left.
The manager did call some time later. I explained my side of the story. He did apologize, however i don't think ill be going back there again.

We stopped in for an unscheduled 15,000 mile service on our 2016 Toyota. The greeting we received when we first arrived was not the friendliest, the service writer seemed very unprepared and quick to make sarcastic remarks. One thing that was nice is while getting everything put in for the service, the service writer did inform us of a recall. After service was completed we had to sit back down again to completely redo all the paperwork after I had to look for the writer to see how much longer.

I look on line for a used Camry, they had a 2012 certified, for $16,431. We went to the lot and talked to Brian Foster, he let us drive it. When we returned and started to negotiate a price he looked at his paper, and said that car is on the lot for $16,931. When I told him the sticker in the window and the internet price was $16,431. His reply was the price is always a little lower on the internet, and the person who puts in the window stickers put the wrong one in that at car. We made an offer, he came back from the manager with the counter offer, and said the window sticker guy is getting his butt chewed out right now. We exchanged offers again, and he returned saying I could get to your offer if we could decertify the car, BUT Toyota changed their policy Jan. 1 2015 we are not allowed to do that anymore. We left it at that.
Two days later we stopped in to see if they would take our offer, and low and behold the sticker on the car was still $16,431. Brian's Sheet now had it at $16,631, I asked him why the sticker was still $16,431, I was told the guy that changes them was sick. I made one last offer, when he came back from the manager he said they would agree to that, BUT they would have to decertify the car.
