Ken made it easy for us! - the.wild.couple
We traveled 2.5 hours to purchase a vehicle. The experience we had made the drive worth it! Thank you Ken, for coming in on your day off to help us make a purchase at a time that was convenient for us.
All together great experience. - AL
We looked at a lot of cars at a lot of dealerships in our quest to find the right car. The used car salesperson, Jennifer Smith, was so very helpful. She didn't give up until she found the car we wanted.
Best Service Ever - Barb-East Side
Andre was very patient and helpful with the selection/pricing of my new Subaru in the decision process. Which can't be easy some times. He was knowledgeable about the products and helpful with the overall choice. They even delivered my car, fantastic! He came highly recommended by my bother in law. I would highly recommend him also. Never met him, everything was done by phone and internet (and my brother in law), but great person! Thank you!
Great Customer Service - PBerg
I first contacted the Szott dealership in Holly and spoke with Bob in the body shop area about a scratch on my vehicle. Bob was very helpful in giving me contact numbers and names for your dealership. Which is how I ended up at your dealership on Tuesday, September 13, 2016. First the cashier (sorry I don't know her name) was very nice and courteous. Scott Minton, manager and Doug Hunter, Painter Tech, both came out to look at my car. they decided that it could easily be buffed out. 5 minutes later Scott came back and said my car was done and that there will be no charge. No charge you never get that anymore. Scott made my day!! I Love my Szott family!
White Glove Treatment / Valued Customer - maychvw5
This will be the 7th vehicle my family and I have purchased from Signature, and plan on purchasing my next vehicle from you. The main reason is the excellent White Glove treatment I receive from your service department - Mark, Ron, and Jane have always made sure my needs and requests have been made, treating me as a valuable customer. This service department and your mechanics in the back are very professional in every way. This team is greatly appreciated and I will continue to bring in any of my vehicles for maintenance giving Signature my business. For your sales team, I use to deal with Randy Klann who I always enjoyed dealing with, he has since retired this year. Which made me very nervous in dealing with someone new. I am no longer nervous I have found a new sales agent to deal with in any of my next purchases. This would be Spencer Simpson. Spencer was very professional and treated my wife and I with the utmost respect. He greeted us with a friendly smile and asked if he could help, and was not pushy at all. My wife and I did go to other dealerships looking for something different but walked out of the show rooms because we were not greeted the way Spencer did and I thank him for that. Spencer explained everything we had questions about. Spencer actually made our purchase fun. Signature I thank you for employing such a great team of professionals who know how to treat their customers. Thank you Van and Wendy Maychszak
Great Experience - Marilyn S
Ray knew exactly what I needed when I was looking to buy a Highlander. We went through the lot to be certain my new car had everything I wanted - down to the stitching on the seats. Ray was very thorough reviewing the options with me - now I have what I was looking for. I would be very happy to recommend Ray to anyone looking to buy a car.
Always has my best interest in mind - B.R.
The Toyota service department kept my older model car in great running condition for many years. Service manager, Anthony Iafrate, always had my best interest in mind when recommending work to be done.
Great Job Crown Toyota - GRMick
Purchased a new 2016 4Runner Limited from Mike McLaughlin at Crown Toyota. The buying experience was excellent...highly recommended Toyota dealer in the Grand Rapids/Holland area..
From the time of arrival, through vehicle selection, price/trade-in negotiations and completing the sale, Crown Toyota was helpful, fast, fair and very knowledgeable. No pressure ever, detailed technical knowledge, really helped us compare possible vehicles, and treated us honestly during the negotiations and closing the deal.
This is the 5th new Toyota we have purchased, the other 4 from Grand Rapids Toyota. Crown Toyota is much better, offering lower pressure, more knowledgeable staff and upfront fair pricing with no games. Very much with the drive to Holland.
Great Deal on my new camry - dalesteve
I searched online for the best price and went to Draper. I found the car I wanted and got a very good deal. Todd was very good to work with and the environment was also very friendly and upbeat!
Absolutely outstanding - Adam
My husband and I were able to get a 2015 tundra, the employees there are so helpful explaining all the details from the loan to the truck. We enjoyed working with them and will go back there for our next buy.
They treat you like family - Tracy Pemberton, Grand Blanc MI
From sales to service, the staff is pleasant, reliable and honest. The Atmosphere in the dealership is clean and comfortable and as inviting as a dealership can be...with amenities such as WIFI, a charging station and more! My family has purchased all 3 vehicles that we currently own from GB Motorcars. I am always acknowledged, (usually by name!) when I arrive, and waited on in a very timely manor. The service department is dependable, as I am always kept informed of the timeframe and cost for any service being performed. I always feel I'm in very good hands because they get the job done right the first time!
Great Sales Consultant - umojanow
The energy that Mr. Jerome Edwards put into helping me obtain a vehicle was above and beyond the call of duty. His positive attitude helped me get over my disdain for Car Salespersons.
If Toyota had more Salespeople like Mr. Edwards, they will sale a lot of cars.
Best place in TC - linda67
Service is great. The mechanics really know what they're doing and they get the job done quickly. Service consultants are knowledgeable and polite. Wonderful waiting lounge. I used the shuttle service which is fantastic. I sent my daughter to this dealership and she found the exact Sienna she wanted at a great price. Best dealership in TC.

Internet price and in dealership price $3000.00 different - DizzyFuzzy
Internet price and in dealership price $3000.00 different.
They quoted me a price on a Toyota Tacoma at $44000, at their dealership and then I checked the Internet price was $41,000.
I asked them about this ,and got a lot apologies etc,but when it comes down it,the dealer lacks attention to detail in their business,or is just deceitful

Me and my wife left so many messages and every time they tel some other sorry. This is very bad and there sale make you false promises.
Used car experience - KeyserSoze
This would be 4 1/2 stars if that were possible. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and do 5 stars.
First, the not so good.
1) I'm driving 5 hours each way to look at two used Tacoma's and I'm asked to put $50 down to hold one. Deposits are typically used to gauge serious interest by the buyer. Was driving 10 hours round trip the following day, is that not enough serious interest?
2) I can only put money on ONE car to hold for me, not two, even though I'd be there by noon the next day. I understand asking to hold two vehicles for a couple days - but the next morning?
Both of these policies need to be changed.
3) Please ... stop doing the "sign this piece of paper to show my manager you're interest in this deal". It's SO cliche, so 1970's dealership BS. Stop it, it cheapens an otherwise good buying an experience.
1) very good, prompt communication with Andrew the salesman before arriving
2) both vehicles were there, as described, and ready for me to test drive.
3) Negotiation for my trade was short, I got a reasonable price for it and made a deal quickly.
4) The dealership gave me the lower price (~$2,000 I found on the internet elsewhere, which made the drive worthwhile.
5) Three hours out the door from the time I arrived. Not bad for a trade, buy, proof of insurance, finance, and all the paperwork.
6) Andrew is a great guy, very courteous, very professional, I'd recommend anyone in the area to ask for him if you're looking at a car at Labadie. If I wasn't five hours away I'd send him additional business when available.
7) Oh yea, I got the $50 to hold the Tacoma refunded promptly and without any games.
8) Several small things like making sure I had the locking lug nut key before I left, removing some stick on mirrors, a last quick detail, both keys. manuals, etc. Last minute checks were helpful, especially when I couldn't return, being five hours away.
Toyota dealerships don't have a bad salesman good cop bad cop reputation, but they aren't like shopping at Lexus or Audi either. But all dealerships CAN be. You don't have to sell $50,000 cars to act a certain way. Treat people like adults, with respect, and don't play games. Labadie seems to be working toward that objective, they have a way to go, but they can get there.
Lured us to the dealership with a promise to buy our car - RING42MASTER
Let me preface this by saying that we did not seek out Victory Toyota's specific offer on our car. I listed it for sale on autotrader, and gave dealerships permission to make offers on my car. I received an email offer from Victory Toyota with an 'offer' of $20,500. Upon making an appointment to have it inspected, my wife went to the dealership and waited for an hour while they 'made phone calls' to see who might be interested in buying our car. Mind you, we were told the entire process would take 10 minutes, and that the dealership was interested in buying our car. We left with a promise of 'we'll call you if there's any interest.' Their staff were the ones who told us that they wanted to buy our car, but at no point did they make an offer to purchase. If you want to sell a car, don't waste your time with this shady dealership, no matter what they say on the phone. It will likely be a waste of your time, as it was for my wife.
Felt deceived - gareyb
I look on line for a used Camry, they had a 2012 certified, for $16,431. We went to the lot and talked to Brian Foster, he let us drive it. When we returned and started to negotiate a price he looked at his paper, and said that car is on the lot for $16,931. When I told him the sticker in the window and the internet price was $16,431. His reply was the price is always a little lower on the internet, and the person who puts in the window stickers put the wrong one in that at car. We made an offer, he came back from the manager with the counter offer, and said the window sticker guy is getting his butt chewed out right now. We exchanged offers again, and he returned saying I could get to your offer if we could decertify the car, BUT Toyota changed their policy Jan. 1 2015 we are not allowed to do that anymore. We left it at that.
Two days later we stopped in to see if they would take our offer, and low and behold the sticker on the car was still $16,431. Brian's Sheet now had it at $16,631, I asked him why the sticker was still $16,431, I was told the guy that changes them was sick. I made one last offer, when he came back from the manager he said they would agree to that, BUT they would have to decertify the car.
