Were very straight forward. - Patrick Okeefe
Easy to talk with, it's a business they need to make money, but also treat the customer fair. Take the time to answer your questions, no pressure.
2010 Chevrolet Traverse - Mshaw
I was looking for a Traverse for my family and I found one here. The staff was excellent. They did their best to complete the sale in a timely fashion so my one year old son wouldn't have to spend all day there. Very friendly staff.
One of the best car buying experiences we have had! - Scott
We came to Szott Toyota looking for a new Camry Hybrid. We were shown the inventory and easily chose our new car. We worked with Ray Sadler and without question, Ray was the best salesman we had ever encountered. Not only was he extremely knowlegeable about the Camry and especially the hybrid system, but he was also very professional and courteous. We will definitely encourage our friends to go to see Ray and work with the excellent Szott team. Thank you for the great experience and for the awesome Camry.

Great dealership team - ThreeBears
Bought a Tundra 2016, Crew Max, 4x4 regular fuel truck. Signature Toyota has a great team approach for their customers. Being new in the area I was not sure about some of the local dealers. However, Randy Love, Sales Manager was very helpful and worked with me for over several weeks in selecting/ordering the right truck that I was wanting to purchase. Mark, in the service center made me feel welcome and helped me with some issues on one of our other Toyotas we own. Met Tony in Detailing and was able to discuss undercoating process for my truck. He did an excellent job. Worked with Theresa, Business Manger she was very helpful in helping with the paper work and dealing with an out of State registration. She made it very easy. Even when Theresa was not there one day(day off) Kathy C. stepped in, pulled my file and Fax'd additional paper work to the Louisiana DMV in a matter of minutes. When the truck finally was ready for me to drive home Spencer Simpson, Sales and Leasing walked me through every aspect of the truck, showed how all the knobs and buttons worked and was very helpful with explaining all the new electronic systems. Family will buy from them again.
Great Sales Consultant - umojanow
The energy that Mr. Jerome Edwards put into helping me obtain a vehicle was above and beyond the call of duty. His positive attitude helped me get over my disdain for Car Salespersons.
If Toyota had more Salespeople like Mr. Edwards, they will sale a lot of cars.
Good dealer - Cara_liu
I buy a user-car from Leng Huang. She is so enthusiasm and give me more help. When I had troubles in buying a car- insurance, she gave me more suggestions. Thanks for Leng.
How to have fun buying a great car! - Scott
Since our first purchase here seven years ago I have been impressed with their attitude toward the customer. At that time Dave Sedgley was in sales and sold us our first Subaru. He now manages the sales team and is a pleasure to work with. This time we worked with Andre Coffee, who is a friendly, helpful, service oriented sales person who we totally enjoyed working with during the sales process this week. I`m still impressed. No hassles and absolutely no pressure. Just great service. They`ve figured out how to make purchasing a new car enjoyable.
Service - shannonpatton13

Excellent Mechanics and Service Director/Fair Prices - kcfield
I have a high standard for auto service. I expect the mechanics to be excellent, the prices to be fair, and the service management to be honest, ethical, and to communicate well. My wife and I had an excellent experience with Dunning Subaru service, so we decided to try Dunning Toyota for my wife's 2003 Corolla's service. I was impressed with the Service Director, James Norris. First, he set up an appointment and welcomed us as new customers by email before ever coming in. Second, my wife brought her car of 220k miles in, which at many dealers would have been an opportunity to try and sell optional services and repairs as "essential" Dunning did not try to sell anything other than the appropriate interval service repairs--essentially changing all of the fluids (which were due based on date). Third, the service cost came in UNDER estimate. Fourth, the dealer completed the service timely. Fifth, the general manager of the dealer John T. communicates very well with customers, and helped to make sure that the overall service experience was excellent. Both Dunning Toyota and Dunning Subaru have my highest recommendation for their service department. I cannot yet rateon their sales department as I have not purchased from Dunning, though I was impressed that the general sales manager did come out and introduce himself the first time I came to the dealership for service.

Mechanics are excellent, new service advisors need training - Sienna Driver
We have always been very happy with the service at Traverse Motors. With the recent change in ownership, there have been changes in service advisors. 9 years very satisfied, 5 stars. Recent visit, not so much. Strongly recommend more training and education for newer advisors. Van with 250,000 miles has never run better!
New Car purchase - Paul F
I have recently purchased my new 2016 Prius which is my third car from this dealer.
Each and every experience has been completely stress free and very pleasant.
My recent purchase with sales consultant Phil Preville was nothing short of Perfect !
I met him in 2015 when I was first thinking of buying the new Prius but I wanted a 2016 and was in no
I told him to keep in touch with me when Toyota was offering the 0 interest financing. So he did just that several times from mid 15 to now advising me what was available and simply to tell me that he has not forgotten about me.
Then I got his call to tell me the 0 interest for 48 months was now available.
So we made an appointment to test drive the Prius and his knowledge of all the bells and whistles that this computer like car could do amazed me, it's like he built the car.
He explained everything about the car, all it's warranties and simply told me to call him any time with any questions I may have.
Phil is just a regular guy that you can talk to like a friend and he will help you in every way possible.
So needless to say we made the deal and I'm now driving a new Prius knowing that if I have any questions or concerns Phil is just a phone call away to help.
it doesn't get any better than that.
Just an FYI there customer service dept is just as friendly and just as awesome in there service !
Happy camper - Jennifer Davis

Love my Avalon, Serra Toyota made it easy - jonny58
well after a job transfer south, I decided to trade in my 2011 J Cruiser (still think I am going to miss her) But Serra Toyota made it easy, I found a Avalon Hybrid that was such a beautiful car, and with an average of 40 mpg, that's twice of my FJ Cruiser. I worked with Dave Yunker, who I could see why he was salesman of the year quite a few times, He was a decent honest normal guy who worked for his money, I highly recommend him, also worked with sales manager Nate Maciag and Jim Tuohy the General manager who both were just a couple of class acts. My special thanks to Mr Tuohy who made me an offer I could not refuse. So again thanks Serra Toyota and staff for making the entire car process easy. This is my 2nd purchase thru Serra Toyota and I can honestly say they have done me well both in sales and maintenance back in the service department. I am going to miss them. Thanks guys!!
Great service - Acorn
Martin Allos has helped me with a car lease and a car purchase. He's always honest and I feel like he's listened to my needs. Highly recommend! The service center is outstanding as well.
Worst experience I've ever had - Jadobson3
I CAN NOT believe what I'm going through right now! I traded in a very nice Tahoe to downsize a little and got a used Rav4 from Labadie Oct 1st. I was told they would offer top dollar for my Tahoe because there had been alot of interest in that model vehicle there. I was offered a below standard trade value on the Tahoe but they came down to an agreeable amount on the Rav4. I was happy with the terms and went about my business.
Until 3 months later I get a call from my bank that the dealership was attempting to just now turn in the paperwork for the loan. My loan offer was good for 30 days. That time had come and gone, Labadie waited 3 months to fax in the blank check. Literally all they had to do was fax a blank check. They didnt.
I was unaware of any issue because I had been auto paying the car note while on a deployment. (I'm active duty military)
I call and try to get ahold of someone and I'm told I'll get a call back. I then missed a call from "TJ" the GM who leaves me a voice-mail that says and I quote "This is TJ from Labadie Toyota, I'm the general manager, for some reason I've had to get flagged into this deal. You have two options you can tell (your bank) to fund the contract that you signed and are responsible for or you can cut us a check for $4063.48 for the negative equity in your Chevy Tahoe hybrid and bring the vehicle back. Those are your two options. Call me when you get this"
Hmm, surprising tone for a General Manager who didn't "manage" to get a fax off and screwed this entire thing up. Not to mention the fact that my actual negative equity was less then $3,000 do to the agreed price for the Rav4.
The huge problem here is that I no longer qualify for the original loan because i've taken over a family members hospital bills and my credit reflects it. I planned to do this to help out and purchased the car before thelse bills would be a factor.
My wife and two kids are two hours away from the dealership with no way to drop the car off and I'm on deployment during the holidays and these people won't even come pick up the car. I told them I would run my credit card to settle the difference.
Shame on you Labadie Toyota.
Mcinerney does not Honor their own Coupon!! - Roby
Since moving to Detroit a year ago from S.Carolina, I had been using Mcinerney Toyota for my Camry service, etc owing to close proximity to my house. I had a great dealership expereince with Jim Hudson Toyota in S.Carolina but unfortunately cannot say that for McInerney Toyota. On the first week of June I had taken my Camry for a Brake & Battery inspection... all seemed well BUT the service adviser advised to replace my Battery (since my charge reading was low!), I wondered why since my car did not have any battery issue? Anyways I still got the battery replaced and they charged me full price, labour et al. Few days later I received a Flyer form McInerney offering coupon for battery replacement. When I took the coupon I was curtly told by the service adviser that I should have shown the coupon at the time of service... I requested to honor their coupon since it was within the same month and week... but I was turned down! I feel I was duped into getting a new battery installed and I was not offered any battery coupon despite McInerney advisor knew that there was a promotion going on!!!
Pushing you into a deal without explaining - Vldicker
I went here to purchase a Subaru I liked that they had. I ended up not purchasing the vehicle because of the customer service. When they valued my trade in they offered $1,500 less than I was offered everywhere else (it was a Toyota) and told me my vehicle was going to die (I had the vehicle looked at right after by my mechanic and it was in perfect condition). On top of that they brought out a bunch of paper work and were trying to have me sign everything without explaining it. Luckily I had my significant other there with me. He said the paper they were trying to FORCE me to sign was to purchase the vehicle even though I stated many times in the conversation that I was not ready to purchase it. So please be aware what you sign with these people! Also be aware on their website the prices listed are for after a $2k down payment!
Felt deceived - gareyb
I look on line for a used Camry, they had a 2012 certified, for $16,431. We went to the lot and talked to Brian Foster, he let us drive it. When we returned and started to negotiate a price he looked at his paper, and said that car is on the lot for $16,931. When I told him the sticker in the window and the internet price was $16,431. His reply was the price is always a little lower on the internet, and the person who puts in the window stickers put the wrong one in that at car. We made an offer, he came back from the manager with the counter offer, and said the window sticker guy is getting his butt chewed out right now. We exchanged offers again, and he returned saying I could get to your offer if we could decertify the car, BUT Toyota changed their policy Jan. 1 2015 we are not allowed to do that anymore. We left it at that.
Two days later we stopped in to see if they would take our offer, and low and behold the sticker on the car was still $16,431. Brian's Sheet now had it at $16,631, I asked him why the sticker was still $16,431, I was told the guy that changes them was sick. I made one last offer, when he came back from the manager he said they would agree to that, BUT they would have to decertify the car.
