Great buying experience! - 2002 Camry
Bought a Toyota Camry from Brian at Sunshine and had a great experience. I was treated well, the car was very fairly priced and the detail guys and Brian took care of a couple little things I wanted done immediately. I would definitely deal with Brian and Sunshine again - no high pressure sales treatment, just a good car at a fair price with good customer service to boot!

Service Manager Brian Michelin goes above and beyond in customer service. Our Service Rep Antoine Tucker is like family - he keeps us safely on the road year after year. We have a choice of three Toyota dealerships in our area. We wouldn't dream of taking our 2012 Rav4 or 2008 Highlander LE anywhere else.

I received great service from sales rep "Dean Jarrell" and sales manager "Jason Dunsmore". I new exactly what kind of car a wanted. I had visited two other Toyota dealerships before I visited Page Toyota. Dean and Jason were the only ones that was able to get me the exact car I wanted. They also gave me a fair price and a fair trade in on my old car. The new car delivery was excellent. Dean showed me how to use all of the features of my new car. He also took the time to introduce me to the gentleman who is going to be my main contact for future service. I am very happy that I bought my car at Page Toyota. It seems that customer service in a lot of places has declined but I was extremely pleased with my recent experience at Serra. I was able to drive right in to get started with no wait, The service guy was very friendly, polite, and helpful. The work was done faster that estimated time I was given. The checkout person was also very friendly and polite. They both went over the material given to me and made sure I understood the work that was done. Also, I thought the price was very fair and reasonable. I will definitely continue to bring vehicles back the next time I need service.

Overpriced unnecessary repairs - Jan
I went in for an oil change and was told that my inner tie rod needed replacing. The quote was for over $1200. When I questioned why I had to replace my rack and pinion too when all I needed was one inner tie rod, I was told that it was a package that the manufacturer sent out and Spartan had to replace all of it at the same time. Checked this out on youtube, and NO, not true according to numerous people's videos demonstrating how easy it was to change the inner tie rod on my particular make, model and year. So I called a reputable small local shop and I now have a new tie rod and total bill was $252. I saved about $1000 by not using Spartan Toyota's repair shop. I think they must change managers at Spartan because I know I've had good service in the past. So - ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION. Even if you have to pay for the second opinion, it may save you hundreds of dollars.

We stopped in for an unscheduled 15,000 mile service on our 2016 Toyota. The greeting we received when we first arrived was not the friendliest, the service writer seemed very unprepared and quick to make sarcastic remarks. One thing that was nice is while getting everything put in for the service, the service writer did inform us of a recall. After service was completed we had to sit back down again to completely redo all the paperwork after I had to look for the writer to see how much longer.

I look on line for a used Camry, they had a 2012 certified, for $16,431. We went to the lot and talked to Brian Foster, he let us drive it. When we returned and started to negotiate a price he looked at his paper, and said that car is on the lot for $16,931. When I told him the sticker in the window and the internet price was $16,431. His reply was the price is always a little lower on the internet, and the person who puts in the window stickers put the wrong one in that at car. We made an offer, he came back from the manager with the counter offer, and said the window sticker guy is getting his butt chewed out right now. We exchanged offers again, and he returned saying I could get to your offer if we could decertify the car, BUT Toyota changed their policy Jan. 1 2015 we are not allowed to do that anymore. We left it at that.
Two days later we stopped in to see if they would take our offer, and low and behold the sticker on the car was still $16,431. Brian's Sheet now had it at $16,631, I asked him why the sticker was still $16,431, I was told the guy that changes them was sick. I made one last offer, when he came back from the manager he said they would agree to that, BUT they would have to decertify the car.
