Not your typical high-pressure dealer - kzoo123
Just bought a used car from Metro Toyota. While it wasn't a completely no-pressure, no-hassle experience it was overall a good one. Terry was helpful, very friendly, and professional. He came in on his day off to help expedite the process, which was most appreciated. He worked with me to make sure my questions and concerns were addressed all while he juggled several customers. Joe, in finance, was very helpful and quick! I wouldn't hesitate to go back.
Friendly staff, not overbearing, walked away happy - Gizmologist
I was in the market for a certified used car with low mileage and a good feature set. I was torn between a RAV4 and a Camry. Aaron was very knowledgeable about the inventory they had in stock as well as the features each one had. He helped shape my decision in a way that a week later I'm still happy about. I did additional research on-line and agreed to the sale given that the asking price was on the low side of what would be expected for the model and features present in the car.

The salespeople were knowledgable, efficient and courteous. I bought my first Audi here 12 years ago and have always received exceptional service. Very clean facility.
Great Sales Consultant - umojanow
The energy that Mr. Jerome Edwards put into helping me obtain a vehicle was above and beyond the call of duty. His positive attitude helped me get over my disdain for Car Salespersons.
If Toyota had more Salespeople like Mr. Edwards, they will sale a lot of cars.
A satisfied customer - Robert 67

Helped a Lot - Cheryl Jiang
I was considering selling my Camry to Toyota dealership due to my urgent leaving. I visited several Toyota dealerships around me and Suburban offered me the best price. Leng Huang is very friendly and helpful. She is patient and explained any details that I have questions with. She is also bilingual in Chinese which can help with customers who has difficulty in speaking English. Also I had car maintenance once in Suburban, the service people was also very helpful, they asked my opinion and being very polite. I would definitely recommend others to come to this place.
Great buying experience. - Suank
This is my second RAV4. I was living in a different state when I purchased my first RAV4 but I did use the service center at Dunning Toyota before buying my new car. I was very pleased with the service so when it came time to purchase a new car it was obvious that I should go to Dunning. I confess that I went in knowing what I wanted. Then I met Beth Bashert. She not only found the car I wanted and then took the time to explain all the features on the car. Beth continues to keep in touch to make sure I am still happy. Yes, I am very happy with my car, with Beth and with the entire Dunning experience.
Found exactly what I needed. - Roxy88
I was looking for a SUV for my family but wasn't sure if I could really afford it. Lazer Volaj worked with me and found one I really loved and could actually afford. I am very grateful I got financing and am now enjoying my new car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Thanks again.
Great Job Crown Toyota - GRMick
Purchased a new 2016 4Runner Limited from Mike McLaughlin at Crown Toyota. The buying experience was excellent...highly recommended Toyota dealer in the Grand Rapids/Holland area..
From the time of arrival, through vehicle selection, price/trade-in negotiations and completing the sale, Crown Toyota was helpful, fast, fair and very knowledgeable. No pressure ever, detailed technical knowledge, really helped us compare possible vehicles, and treated us honestly during the negotiations and closing the deal.
This is the 5th new Toyota we have purchased, the other 4 from Grand Rapids Toyota. Crown Toyota is much better, offering lower pressure, more knowledgeable staff and upfront fair pricing with no games. Very much with the drive to Holland.
Great Deal on my new camry - dalesteve

Absolutely outstanding - Adam
My husband and I were able to get a 2015 tundra, the employees there are so helpful explaining all the details from the loan to the truck. We enjoyed working with them and will go back there for our next buy.
Excellence - Joe23

Consistent Excellent Service & Professional Sales Experience - RAJ7
Have been a service customer of Grand Blanc Motorcars since 2006 for Toyota and BMW vehicles. The service process has been professional and the work performed by the technicians was done right the first time. Purchased last two Toyota Highlanders at this dealership. The most recent sales experience in July 2016 interacted with Dan Myers and Jim Ray. Based on being a long term customer, Dan and Jim made the Sales Process very simple. Kudos to Dan Myers for going the extra mile to make sure my new Toyota Highlander purchase experience was problem and stress free.

Love my Avalon, Serra Toyota made it easy - jonny58
well after a job transfer south, I decided to trade in my 2011 J Cruiser (still think I am going to miss her) But Serra Toyota made it easy, I found a Avalon Hybrid that was such a beautiful car, and with an average of 40 mpg, that's twice of my FJ Cruiser. I worked with Dave Yunker, who I could see why he was salesman of the year quite a few times, He was a decent honest normal guy who worked for his money, I highly recommend him, also worked with sales manager Nate Maciag and Jim Tuohy the General manager who both were just a couple of class acts. My special thanks to Mr Tuohy who made me an offer I could not refuse. So again thanks Serra Toyota and staff for making the entire car process easy. This is my 2nd purchase thru Serra Toyota and I can honestly say they have done me well both in sales and maintenance back in the service department. I am going to miss them. Thanks guys!!
Great service - Acorn
Martin Allos has helped me with a car lease and a car purchase. He's always honest and I feel like he's listened to my needs. Highly recommend! The service center is outstanding as well.
Mcinerney does not Honor their own Coupon!! - Roby
Since moving to Detroit a year ago from S.Carolina, I had been using Mcinerney Toyota for my Camry service, etc owing to close proximity to my house. I had a great dealership expereince with Jim Hudson Toyota in S.Carolina but unfortunately cannot say that for McInerney Toyota. On the first week of June I had taken my Camry for a Brake & Battery inspection... all seemed well BUT the service adviser advised to replace my Battery (since my charge reading was low!), I wondered why since my car did not have any battery issue? Anyways I still got the battery replaced and they charged me full price, labour et al. Few days later I received a Flyer form McInerney offering coupon for battery replacement. When I took the coupon I was curtly told by the service adviser that I should have shown the coupon at the time of service... I requested to honor their coupon since it was within the same month and week... but I was turned down! I feel I was duped into getting a new battery installed and I was not offered any battery coupon despite McInerney advisor knew that there was a promotion going on!!!
Worst experience I've ever had - Jadobson3
I CAN NOT believe what I'm going through right now! I traded in a very nice Tahoe to downsize a little and got a used Rav4 from Labadie Oct 1st. I was told they would offer top dollar for my Tahoe because there had been alot of interest in that model vehicle there. I was offered a below standard trade value on the Tahoe but they came down to an agreeable amount on the Rav4. I was happy with the terms and went about my business.
Until 3 months later I get a call from my bank that the dealership was attempting to just now turn in the paperwork for the loan. My loan offer was good for 30 days. That time had come and gone, Labadie waited 3 months to fax in the blank check. Literally all they had to do was fax a blank check. They didnt.
I was unaware of any issue because I had been auto paying the car note while on a deployment. (I'm active duty military)
I call and try to get ahold of someone and I'm told I'll get a call back. I then missed a call from "TJ" the GM who leaves me a voice-mail that says and I quote "This is TJ from Labadie Toyota, I'm the general manager, for some reason I've had to get flagged into this deal. You have two options you can tell (your bank) to fund the contract that you signed and are responsible for or you can cut us a check for $4063.48 for the negative equity in your Chevy Tahoe hybrid and bring the vehicle back. Those are your two options. Call me when you get this"
Hmm, surprising tone for a General Manager who didn't "manage" to get a fax off and screwed this entire thing up. Not to mention the fact that my actual negative equity was less then $3,000 do to the agreed price for the Rav4.
The huge problem here is that I no longer qualify for the original loan because i've taken over a family members hospital bills and my credit reflects it. I planned to do this to help out and purchased the car before thelse bills would be a factor.
My wife and two kids are two hours away from the dealership with no way to drop the car off and I'm on deployment during the holidays and these people won't even come pick up the car. I told them I would run my credit card to settle the difference.
Shame on you Labadie Toyota.
Pushing you into a deal without explaining - Vldicker
I went here to purchase a Subaru I liked that they had. I ended up not purchasing the vehicle because of the customer service. When they valued my trade in they offered $1,500 less than I was offered everywhere else (it was a Toyota) and told me my vehicle was going to die (I had the vehicle looked at right after by my mechanic and it was in perfect condition). On top of that they brought out a bunch of paper work and were trying to have me sign everything without explaining it. Luckily I had my significant other there with me. He said the paper they were trying to FORCE me to sign was to purchase the vehicle even though I stated many times in the conversation that I was not ready to purchase it. So please be aware what you sign with these people! Also be aware on their website the prices listed are for after a $2k down payment!
Felt deceived - gareyb
I look on line for a used Camry, they had a 2012 certified, for $16,431. We went to the lot and talked to Brian Foster, he let us drive it. When we returned and started to negotiate a price he looked at his paper, and said that car is on the lot for $16,931. When I told him the sticker in the window and the internet price was $16,431. His reply was the price is always a little lower on the internet, and the person who puts in the window stickers put the wrong one in that at car. We made an offer, he came back from the manager with the counter offer, and said the window sticker guy is getting his butt chewed out right now. We exchanged offers again, and he returned saying I could get to your offer if we could decertify the car, BUT Toyota changed their policy Jan. 1 2015 we are not allowed to do that anymore. We left it at that.
Two days later we stopped in to see if they would take our offer, and low and behold the sticker on the car was still $16,431. Brian's Sheet now had it at $16,631, I asked him why the sticker was still $16,431, I was told the guy that changes them was sick. I made one last offer, when he came back from the manager he said they would agree to that, BUT they would have to decertify the car.
