His knowledge of the vehicles was very helpful and he quickly searched the inventory list to find the new vehicle that met my exact requests while staying in my price range. He worked in a timely manor to complete my sale and get me home in time for dinner with my family. He made sure that I knew how to operate everything in my vehicle and even checked in on me a few days after my sale. Brian in finance and Tomas in management also made sure to get me a price that I was comfortable with in vehicle I was excited to say yes to. I was at another Chevrolet dealership earlier in the day. The service that I received from LesterGlenn was night and day vs this other dealer. Drew at LesterGlenn fully (and I mean fully) explained the vehicle. He walked me through every square inch. The other guys gave me the keys and had me check it out myself. No explanations. They did not ask me questions on what features were important it was basically this is what we have, take a look. LesterGlenn was different. There’s still a lot for me to learn about the tech and the truck, but Drew gave me a great base. It was the best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle.

I have never ever, had such a smooth buying experience. Drew and Cesar worked diligently in the hours prior to my appointment to make it as easy as possible. I was literally in and out in approximately 20 mins, driving my new vehicle home. Their attention to detail is phenomenal. When I inspected the car, it looked perfect to me. There is the tiniest, microscopic chip in my windshield, which they already arranged for safelight to repair for me, at my home or office. You cannot get more convenient than that. I really cannot recommend these guys enough. My sister works at a car dealership, and she was blown away at how smooth the process of buying this vehicle was for me.
