Went to Spirit Dodge for issues with a car they were servicing, even though it was not their issue, they diagnosed a major problem. Rather than see me walk away upset, they stepped up and gave me fair value for the car as a trade in and put together a great lease deal. Knowing this car was for my teenage daughter, they put her safety ahead of everything and got us into a 2017 RAM 1500. Sean was great and listened to our needs rather than push us. Michael the GM understood our situation and really worked with us to give us a deal we could be satisfied with. All around great experience. Fred the service manager deserves some of the credit as he was instrumental in working with our trade in. Good bunch of guys who really earned our business with no B.S. games.

We came in after seeing the Memorial Day lease specials ad and were interested in the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport Edition. My father and I told Joe upfront that we were on a budget and he worked with us to make it happen! The entire time he was extremely friendly and professional, didn't pressure us, and made sure that we were 100% satisfied. This was by far the best car buying experience that we have had!

I saw a car online and reached out to the internet service department. Nicole Kelly immediately contacted me. At first I was told the car was sold but two days later she reached out to me by phone, email and text until she reached me to inform me that the car was available and then we set up an appointment for me to come in and see the car. Bruce Hayes helped me out and showed me the car. He was very friendly and the process was smooth and quick. Jay finalized my contract and I was done in all in just over an hour. The staff were all friendly and efficienct.

I was in the market for a used Durango RT when World Jeep- Chrysler- Dodge- Ram and Brianna DiBella one of the most sweetest car managers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting contacted me when I inquired about this Durango RT they had on their lot. It started out that a made an appointment to meet with Brianna on a Thursday evening traffic made it impossible to keep my appointment. So I contacted Brianna DiBella to let her know I was unable to make it that evening. She suggested that she would have the Durango delivered to my house that same evening. I thought she was pulling my leg, she wasn't. Brianna Dibella had the Durango cleaned, fueled and delivered within two hours of our conversation ending. I told her that I was so impressed by this that if I purchased the vehicle I would be a customer for life. It is the type of V.I.P. service you would expect from a high end car dealer. Brianna told me enjoy her, the Durango for the two days plus i would have her in my possession and return it back Saturday and let her know if I liked the Durango RT. So I did just that and I meet with Brianna DiBella Saturday 9am that Saturday and I was pleased to find out her sweet personality and work ethic along with her calmness made me comfortable as if I knew her for sometime, like hanging with a good friend. So what I'm saying is it is a great place to purchase a vehicle from and Brianna DiBella was a major reason why! By the way I got my self a HEMI yes it's a HEMI! At the end of it all I was given a Customer Advocate, Bill Morgan. I have to say, I have never had the service experience I have had with Ryan Jonas and Route 18 Dodge. The service is absolutely amazing with their attitude toward helping and the full experience of how kind and fast they work. I am from New York and I would rather take the hour drive to the dealership compared to going to any dealership in New York. My father received a mailing from your dealership at his home which included a Scratch-off ticket to win a 60 Inch TV, which upon scratching off showed that he had won. Obviously being wary of things that you receive in the mail he proceeded to call your dealership about the mailing to verify and they told him that HE DID WIN THE TV. He then set up an appointment to go visit this morning to claim his prize and also look at your vehicles.
Once he got there the They explained that he did not win the TV and he did not read the fine print which included a double Asterisk in very fine print, basically lying to him. There were other upset people there who had experienced the same thing. They salesperson the proceeded to show him a 2015 vehicle with 30,000 miles on it when his own vehicle is in pristine condition and nearly paid off.
I find it really ridiculous that you have to lure seventy year-old man to the dealership through these tactics, along with probably many other people. Especially when he called and you could've told him on the phone the real deal. Maybe you should purchase a book on business ethics, get new management, look at your current business practices and margins, and see if there's a reason why you can't attract customers for the quality of your product or advertise in an ethical manner. You should be ashamed.
