I destroyed my '09 F-150 in a collision on Friday evening 10/14, and not being able to be without a truck, I spent the next morning online reviewing the inventories of the 4 area Ford dealers. Kindle was the only one which had in stock the exact truck I wanted, so by mid-afternoon I had decided to take a nice 70ish autumn Saturday ride down on 2 wheels to take a look at it.
I was acknowledged by several sales dept staff as I walked around the lot, and was told to ask if I wanted help with anything, or had any questions; I was thinking, this is MY KIND OF PLACE!
What a pleasure to be able to walk around the lot and look at the truck inventory by myself WITHOUT being descended upon from 6 different directions by high-pressure salespeople tripping over each other to assume that they should tell ME what I wanted, as I've experienced at other dealerships over the past 45 years.
When I was satisfied that the truck that I had seen in their online inventory, and now up close on their lot, was the truck I wanted, I walked into the sales office/showroom and was greeted by Denise Kennedy-Watson, who sat me down and attentively and empathetically listened to my story and got the paperwork started in a fashion that only can be described as familial. She went above and beyond what I would expect a salesperson to do in order to get me a final price and financing deal that I can live with as a retired senior citizen on a fixed income; and she did it with the speed and efficiency of an extremely competent professional which gave me peace of mind that everything was right. She didn't try to sell me any add-ons that I didn't want, like I've experienced at other dealerships, just explained their availability to me and allowed me to decide; she gave me references to providers of optional equipment in which I expressed an interest in adding at a later date after I took possession of the truck, and even helped me download the Ford Pass APP to me Smart phone. Since it was then 5:30 on a Saturday, I decided to take possession on Monday; when I arrived to sign all the final paperwork on Monday, my wife and I were introduced by Denise to Scott Brown, who deftly guided us through the actual purchase and received our down payment. During the process I had mentioned to both Denise and Scott the fact that I had purchased my very first motor vehicle from the Kindle dealership back in 1971, but had moved north after that and bought from other dealers since then solely due to geography and time constraints. It's great to be back home!

Ended up shopping only. Was genuinely interested but went with a competing brand that offers CPO leases with truly unbeatable terms, due to the CPO element.
However!.... Having head an exceptionally bad experience at another dealer (Route 4 in Paramus, NJ) I was jaded against the Chrysler brands sales channel altogether. In returning an expired lease (2014 Grand Cherokee Limited) Nielsen was a logical choice due to proximity. Duane, (and Bernadine) was truly pleasant to deal with. During negotiations as part of business, I never -not for a single second- felt or suspected that I needed to be watchful. The Nielsen team's character becomes evident after walking the showroom for a few minutes, as is the customer servicing attitude of the support personnel. Both suggest that the culture permeating through the ranks in this business is one of integrity and respect for its members, passed on not only to its paying customers but as my experience suggests, to its shoppers as well.

I went to the dealership already knowing they had on their lot the hard-to-find combination of trim/options I was looking for in a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I had done a lot of research and already test drove a different trim of the car at another dealership so we were able to get down to brass tacks really quickly. The sales consultant (Jason) was pleasant to work with and there was nothing negative to report, other than one thing that you would probably experience negotiating at any other dealership for any other kind of car...including a 299.00 charge for window etching after already negotiating a price based on the sticker. In the end, after just a little push back on my part, the cost of window etching was crossed off the final invoice, so no complaints. I traded my 2012 Honda Ridgeline and got what I considered a very good price for it, with the initial value being 2,000.00 more than a previous dealer offered me. I went in on a Friday night for the first time and drove away with the car not much more than 12 hours later. I live too far away to ever use them for service, but I would certainly go back to deal with them on the sales side.

Went to trade my truck in here. They gave me more than any other dealership would offer me (the salesman pushed for more than it was appraised for so kudos to him!). Bought a new SUV but realized it was too small for me, went back the next day and was able to switch it for a different one I wanted (luckily my loan didn't process through yet so I was able to do this). They were also very nice about it. Max was the first salesman I ever had that was straightforward with me and didn't make me feel like he was just trying to BS me to get a sale. I'll definitely be sending more people his way!! Being someone in the military and law enforcement I'm skeptical with trusting people but Max was great, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I recently brought my car into Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus for service. My experience was excellent, I dealt with a wonderful service adviser named Noel Lopez. There were many issues with my car, Noel was able to give me a full description of what was wrong with my car and tell me what I could do to fix those problems. I waited for the vehicle that day, and my service adviser kept me apprised of all updates as they were received. I will most defiantly come back to Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus.

I've been doing some online shopping for a new vehicle. I inquired about a Jeep Compass.. Within a few minutes a very nice girl had called me. I told her my current situation and very well reassured me that I would have absolutely no problem getting what I needed. "We have 2016 they are practically giving away". She said all I needed to do was come down ASAP to take advantage of this offer. I did just so. Salesman and manager were very nice but I informed them what my max payment could be and my current situation with existing car. Well needless to say they came back with an offer for 100$ more per month. I'm not upset with them but more for the internet people that are used to lure people in promising them exactly what they want with absolutely no problems!
